Re: Grand Theft Auto

Archer is just an ordinary man, with a routine schedule, like any regular person. He was an ordinary citizen, almost never breaking any law. However, all of it changed when he sat down on a plane heading to Los Santos. Without any notice, he moved to the world of Grand Theft Auto. Follow Archer as he journeyed through the chaotic world of Grand Theft Auto, starting from robbing a mere grocery store to get money to planning a grand heist to steal millions of dollar. He would meet several interesting people along the way, people who belong in the original story and those who aren't.

Hanging Out

To be honest, I knew the map of LS right in my brain, I knew where the nearest strip club was and where the nearest bar or restaurant was. Heck, this world must have worked similarly to the real world since I now lived here. Still, what I even should do next?

There was no phone call yet from associates whether it was Lamar or Gerald. Still, with the money in my pocket, I might be able to buy a cheap apartment to temporarily stay in. However, how much money do I have left from the 10,000$ I have before buying the Bullpup Shotgun. Thinking about it again, the shotgun that I purchased cost 8,000$. So, I have 10,000$ now.

Should I steal another car to retrieve my car from the recycling plant in La Puerta? There was no one called ◄Mechanic► on my Ifruit. I couldn't call anyone to get the car from that place to here.

◄Incoming Call: Lamar►

"Yo, my dude, I heard from G that you do another job for him. That's cool, homie, but you need to spend more time with me, my dude. What do you say?"

[Accept Lamar Invitation?}

◄Yes►

◄No►

I accepted it, no question. No matter how much of an eccentric person he was in Grand Theft Auto, he was the only person that I knew in Los Santos besides that creepy Gerald who only said one sentence or less.

"Sure, where you at?"

"Strawberry avenue, near G's apartment," I replied.

"Cool, near Frank's house, eh?"

Lamar then closed down the phone call. Suddenly, I saw a classic American car from afar. The Emperor aka Lamar's car. He was wearing his usual green shirt and he seemed to be happy, and on the backseat, there was a black dog with a green collar on the backseat.

"Hey, hey, hey sup, my dude?" He pulled right alongside me.

I entered his passenger car, and I immediately recognized that dog. it was Chop, the rottweiler that accompanied the player during some missions in story mode. However, GTA:O happened way before GTA story mode, so there was a significant gap in some parts of this world.

It also meant that the heist that the three protagonists do in the future hadn't commenced yet, nor the conflict between the protagonists had been resolved. I didn't think I'd be involved in any way unless there was something else.

"Good, how about you, Lamar?" I asked.

"I'm good, my dude. Get in, we gon' around the neighborhood, seeing what you got."

"What?"

"My boy Gerald told me you are a real gangbanger, dude. Killing those balls in La Puerta, damn. You ain't going to invite a homie to a gangbanging?" Lamar commented, and apparently about something that I just did, not even thirty minutes prior to meeting him.

"Damn, your boy is certainly communicative," I commented.

"That's why he's what he is."

"Where are you going to take me?" I asked.

"Convenience store. Dude, you haven't eaten ever since you got off your plane, what's your stomach made of?"

Thinking about it, my stomach was rumbling all along. The blood-rushing adrenaline action that I kept getting ever since I was getting out of the plane made me forget that I still needed to eat and drink like a regular person.

Suddenly, a notification screen appeared inside of my peripheral vision.

[If you do not eat or drink, you'll eventually lose your health. You can grab food from restaurants, convenience stores, or grocery stores. When you eat, you'll restore your health bar. To eat snacks, you can access your inventory]

"Sure thing, which convenience store, though?" I asked Lamar.

"In this neighborhood, of course," Lamar said.

[Go to 24/7]

24/7, aka the 7-11 of GTA universe. In GTA Online, you could only buy snacks and robbed it. However, with how this world worked almost similar to the real world, there might be an ability to buy something else besides regular snacks.

Maybe they sold frozen food there, but who knows? I hadn't experienced anything in here. I really hoped they didn't only sell snickers, though. I wouldn't want to spend eternity eating snickers and drinking alcohol in this world.

I finally arrived at a convenience store. The objective finally disappeared and Lamar got out of the car alongside Chop. It might be fine to park the car on the side of the road, this gang hustler's car wouldn't be stolen, it was quite shit.

I entered the convenience store. The layout wasn't similar to what I remembered. The store was bigger as well, with six alleyways filled with food and whatnot. Near the cashier, there was a coffee machine alongside a microwave for heating up frozen food.

I walked up to the freezer of that convenience store. Frozen food, ranging from regular Salisbury steak to kebabs was inside the freezer. I put my hand in one of the packagings. It felt real, as in, this was not a vanity object that served no purpose whatsoever.

"Salisbury steak, huh? Chop'd love that shit. I'd buy some dog food for this motherfucker, want some?"

I didn't know whether he was joking or not, but knowing Lamar, he was probably joking about offering me dog food.

"What? Are you serious?"

"Nah. You're too tense, dude. You need to chill the fuck out, maybe smoke some weed or shit."

"Say what? Nah, I'm good." I picked up the Salisbury steak from the freezer and put it on the counter to pay for it. I didn't have any plan to rob the store, yet, even though it would give me a small amount of money.

The cashier asked for 3$ for that dinner. I gave him the 3$ from inside of my wallet. Yes, there was a wallet in my pocket, all of a sudden. I didn't know how it got there, but it was certainly convenient.

"Do you want to eat it in here?" He asked.

"Sure, put it in the microwave," I said.

The cashier put the food inside the microwave. Meanwhile, Lamar was putting a sack of dog food in the trunk of his car. Chop stayed inside the grocery store, right near the food counter. I waited for the food to come out of the microwave.

"Here you go, one warm Salisbury steak," the cashier gave the opened warm food to me.

I got the plastic container in my hand and headed outside. I looked for a place to eat. There was a bench in front of the convenience store. I sat down there, alongside Lamar. Why did he tell me to go here anyway?

"Dude, listen, have I ever told you about my boy, F?" Lamar asked.

F. he must have meant Franklin. I could pretend that I somehow knew him.

"Yeah, I heard of him, why do you ask?"

"Good, I know you're a real playa. Anyway, listen, Simeon has given me a job to repo some rides. There are three cars, and I need a little bit of hand. Would you mind helping us?"

"Sure, what's the catch?"

"No catch. Just come to my house in the morning. Bring some blam-blam and we'll go chop-chop on those ballers."

"Ballas? Again?"

"Nah. I'm just klddin'."

"Do you know where I can sleep?" I asked.

"Just use your car, fool."

"Fine."
