Synopsis

A young man who wakes up with amnesia in a forest, fearful of his surroundings. As he tries to find a place to call home and figure out the situation he is in, he encounters a castle. Out of curiosity and fear of staying outdoors, he tries to make his way in, only to be stopped by a puppeteer monster. In an act of desperation, he successfully dodges, surprising himself, “Who am I?”. The louder this question echos in his head, the heavier the pain in his chest from the sense of being alone in a world where everything is foreign. Once he encounters the princess of the castle, he is on guard the entire time, “I HAVE QUESTIONS!!”. Whether the princess can answer these questions for him or not is not the point, he just needs to make sure if there is anything that he can willingly trust in this vast world. The person whom the world revolves around. The person who defeats all of his opponents, and ultimately gets the beautiful girl. The sole existence all villains fear. That is the protagonist. What about me? As a failed author who had only one success throughout his whole career, I had reincarnated into my late novel. "This is it" I thought, as I tightly clenched my fist.
