Re : Abnormal (Draft)

An unnamed man who is given the title, The Wanderer, is transported to another world by an unknown being and is forced to live his new life in that world. He befriends a sentient Voodoo doll and becomes a high school teacher teaching 10 extremely dangerous and magical students while also having to deal with many issues that occur due to the symbols aligning with the sun. There's a lot more but obviously I don't wanna spoil anything. --- This is just a draft/practice since the story is kind of all over the place right now and I'm just testing things out for now. Imma stop working in this. I'll be writing on the main book and the storyline won't be as shitty as this one.

The area around was deserted, I could hear the sounds of alcohol dripping down onto the floor.

"Ugh..my head..."

There were multiple empty bottles on the floor and Boro was lying unconscious and red faced on the center table with the most bottles.

"Aw crap. My job starts today. I was supposed to start early for when I didn't die but now..." I took a look at my watch and saw that it was 7:00AM (School begins at around 8:30AM)

I quickly grabbed Boro and shoved him in my pocket as I dashed out and towards the school. When I was on my way to the school for the first time, I got many different books, pens, and chalk ready and had stored them in the teachers lounge for the time being when I shopped in the city.

"Hey bro, you made it." Said Kenji at the entrance as he patted my shoulder.

"Oh and by the way, Sakomoto wants to have a word with you." I looked at Kenji a bit dazed but decided to comply anyway.

As I walked down the hallway towards the pruncipal's office I thought, Does he know about what happened last night? If I remembered correctly, Shirakama knows this dude pretty well.

"You called for me?" I asked as I opened the door slightly for him to hear me.

"Yes, indeed I did. You see there was an explosion last night. Two actually. I just want to know if anything happened since it sounded like it came from the bar and I can recall that I saw you went to the bar after you were done with cleaning everything here."

I gulped. It seems like he did find out after all.

"Yes sir. I was a bit busy dealing with-"

"How splendid then!" He says.

"Huh?" I was a bit dazzled.

He turned around to face me, his cigarette in his mouth and gleaming eyes as he sat back in his chair with his legs on the table.

"You see the students you're dealing with. Aren't exactly normal students. The rest of the students here are normal and do things normally like wear their uniform and such. However, there's a main reason on why no other teacher wanted this job despite the pay being high."

I titled my head in response a bit. This was getting freaky and it felt like the light in the room only got dimmer.

"These students are much more abnormal than you think. And if you were the one that caused that explosion or survived from it, then surely you'll be fine. I'll have you find out how they're like on your own. Just know that I'm not going to be here to help you all the time, I'm busy with other paperwork so good luck." The good luck he gave me sounded just like when Void told me the same thing. I really had no idea what I was getting into and things have already been going haywire.

I began walking down the hallway to my class. The other teachers and students have already entered their classrooms since the bell went and I was still talking to Sakomoto.

"I guess this is it then." I said to myself as I was now face to face with the door in front of me. The class was unbeleivably quiet. The sign on the wall next to me said 1-Y. The sun's rays shined on me as I layed my hands on the door. Memories flashed through my head on how I would constantly have to deal with my students back in the old world. Now, I didn't feel hopeless, I felt ready to take them on. This was a new adventure I had to take myself upon. One I needed to start. Time seemed to stand still as I tilted the handle. The mask on my face staying and slightly pulsating with golden light.

I walked in the new class, ready to finally start earning enough cash for myself in this new world.

"There is a list of the students names and a few details about them that I have here." I heard Sakomoto say this all to me a few minutes ago back in his office right after he said 'These students are much more abnormal than you think'. "Your class consists of ten students." he said with hand gestures as he sat at his desk with a smug look. "Firstly we have:

These are the students you'll be teaching throughout the year and probably further till graduation. It might seem quite overwhelming so Just know that I'm not going to be here to help you all the time, I'm busy with other paperwork so good luck." The last of his words continued to echo through The Wanderer's memory as he looked at the 10 students covered by the shadows of the classroom. This was 1-Y.

In the shadows, a student spoke up, "You must be our new sensei right? Oh how fun we'll be having with you. We've never had any good memories with past classes so hopefully you'll brighten it for us." His hands and head tilting in the shadows looking menacingly. There was a horn on the left of his head that had a strangle magic red circle around it as the horn itself seems to have a orange glow of ancient encantings on it constantly moving and circling it with the circle.

This was it. There was no going back. I've already gotten my supplies out of the teachers lounge and taken out a chalk from my pocket before speaking up.

"Alright class. My name is The Wanderer." I said as I began writing my name on the chalkboard. "However, in the classroom and whereever else you see me. You are required to call me sensei. Got it?" The shadows were still covering them but I could see their heads moving in nods.

Deja vu. I was so gloomy and tired back then when I introduced to my old class back in my world. Things felt more terrifying but exciting at the same time!

As I flipped on the light switch, the lights turned on one by one revealing all the students as they all had a blank face. I began roll call.

"Valentine Reels." The tall boy with red hair stands up. He also seemed to have a horn sticking out of the left of his head and had fiery orange eyes. Unlike most of the other students, he was bothered to wear the school uniform. "Right here teach." he said matching the voice of the speaker from before. He was definitely the one talking before. Looks more menacing in the light. He was a demon alright.

"Stadust Ranlie." A small girl with pink hair with a blue and yellow dress with blue star shaped pupils jumps up with excitement. "That's me!" She said enthusiastically.

"Tsugaki Yanpaku." A boy with sharp red eyes and the scarf covering his mouth along with a black singlet and pale skin stands up.

"That's my name." He says a little muffled but with confidence. He seemed to have a black steel cover on his skinny left-hand.

"Crystalline Chronin er-I mean Crystal?" A girl with angel wings that fluttered as well as golden and white formal attire stood up as her halo was a bit cracked as she giggles and says. "Here. And you can call me Crystallije if you want."

"Lunar Dusk?" A shy girl that sat next to Tsugaki shook her head nervously with a small frown. She had red eyes and a black dress as well as long black hair with a small oink flower hairpin on her head. Something seemed familiar about her but I couldn't put my finger on it.

"Fuuka Harusato? A confident girl stands up with her eyes closed and her voice in pride, there was crystals coloured blue and purple on her back while she had medium lengthed purple hair and white robes on with purple eyes and large breasts. " Ha! I am Fuuka! The-"

"Moving on." I said cutting her off as she sat down and pouted.

"Zakayuki Jinzamei?" I said? A boy will a serious straight face stood up, his hair short, spiky and gray, his eyes sharp and orange, his armour and katana, orange and black."Please refrain from talking to me for most of the lesson." He says as he begins reading his manga again.

"Deyuki Munebei?" No one put their hand up but a couple students pointed to the sleeping student with white hair and a wizard hat. His staff had a strange rainbow gem and was rested upon his desk as he was still leaning back on his chair sound asleep. On the picture that Sakomato showed me, Deyuki had emerald green eyes. It was strange but he looked a lot like Gojo Satoru.

"Mizuki jomiju?" A pleasant girl with black hair and peacock fingers sticking out from behind her acting as a tail which were coloured blue and green also matching with the colour of her clothes stood up, her eyes green and a feathery headband atop her head. She also seeemd to have the flattest chest in the class. "Hi! Hi! I'm Mizuki!"

"And lastly Yorim-" I looked around and saw that there was only nine students and that the last remaining desk was at the back where Yorimi was supposed to sit. There was no picture for him either so I couldn't tell what he looked like.

There I was, standing in front of my class. I know this class was much smaller than the one I used to teach but these students just seemed so much more...Colourful. This was a new adventure I was ready to experience.

A student then puts their hand up, it was Stardust.

"Yes? What is it Stardust?"

"Sorry to ruin your moment or something but when are we getting to the learning part? You've been daydreaming for about 5 minutes now. Also what's with the half-mask?"

I decided to ignore her comment on the mask."O-oh right!" I then dig into my briefcase and pull out a stack of papers.

The students all groaned in response at the sight of a pop quiz.

"Sorry, but this is necessary if I want to be able to see your level of learning." This feeling was just so familiar to me. No students liked getting smacked in the face with a pop quiz out of nowhere of any test in the matter, it was the only time I grinned sinisterly at the students feeling somewhat evil. But this time, I handed them out smiling for a different reason — a different purpose.

I watched as all the students were working quickly. Even Deyuki who has finally awoken a few seconds ago. This was great. I felt like a teacher again. I feel like I'm back in the world I once was — I still didn't want to go back however, this classroom feels like a dream world.

The bell finally rang for lunch break soon afterward as I quickly collected everyone's papers. Some looked troubled that they didn't do well but others like Valentine were smirking like they did well. We'll just have to see later.

The next class began. Now, I was assigned to teach every subject to these students. So be it. I have taught many different subjects back in my world for a bit. Deyuki then spoke up.

"So sensei , what are we doing first? I'd prefer sleeping instead of anything else if you'd ask me." He said as he placed his hands behind his head and his feet on the table.

"Eh... no. There's a lot we have to go through. I don't know how long you students had no teacher for but — we have a lot of catching up to do."

I continued to teach the class a bit. There were a few disruptions but not something I couldn't handle. I went through each subject with quick efficiency until the bell finally rang.

I was at Omocha's once again. She was a bit busy today working downstairs so for the most part I was marking their test papers and making questions and tasks suitable for them. Back in the old world, I wasnt bothered to do all this and just never really used my teaching experience but these students seem much more interesting. That's what I decided to do for the rest of the night.

The priorities I needed for when I came to this world are practically fulfilled. I can shower, gain income and stay safe...for now of course. That woman who killed me earlier, there's no doubt she'll return. I'll have to be read-

I then gasped as sweat dripped from my face and I dropped my pen. The fluorescent lighting flickered as I thought back to the students in my class. Lunar Dusk... Could she be? The same person? No. They looked similar but, a student like her can't be the evil one behind this. She seems too innocent. There has to be something I'm missing here.

I decided to stand up and look out the window for a bit. Boro has been asleep the whole time, tucked in my pocket. I should probably head to the bar before he wakes up. He said he was gonna kill me if I didn't give him enough drinks and he may or may not be joking but I still don't wanna take any chances.

I began to walk to the bar slowly. It was still dark. I managed to finish grading the papers and making the new work for tomorrow already so we should be in the clear. However, I'm going to have to think a bit more about this. If Lunar really was Kurohana — I'll have to stop teaching the class.

I am going insane.
