Re : Abnormal (Draft)

An unnamed man who is given the title, The Wanderer, is transported to another world by an unknown being and is forced to live his new life in that world. He befriends a sentient Voodoo doll and becomes a high school teacher teaching 10 extremely dangerous and magical students while also having to deal with many issues that occur due to the symbols aligning with the sun. There's a lot more but obviously I don't wanna spoil anything. --- This is just a draft/practice since the story is kind of all over the place right now and I'm just testing things out for now. Imma stop working in this. I'll be writing on the main book and the storyline won't be as shitty as this one.

The alarm starts blaring out and Boro immedietly gets up and grunts as he covers his ears and squints his eyes. He then opens one eye to look at me as his jaw drops at the sight of me still sound asleep. He thinks to himself: "What the hell? How is this idiot still asleep with this loudass sound?"

He then begins kicking me.

"Wake up ya bonehead! My little arms can't stop your alarm!" He blurts out loudly hoping to wake me up.

"Ugh...I never set an alarm. I guess it was Omocha then..."

I got up weakly and clicked the button to stop the annoying buzzing noise.

"Guess she wanted to wake me up early today..." I said hazily as I rubbed my eyes. My vision was very blurry but I still got up nearly forgetting Boro as he was about to shout at me before I grabbed him, covering his mouth in the process.

I got up and looked at the time on my slightly broken watch, which I had calibrated last night. It read 5:00AM. Usually I'd stay up till this time back in the outside world when I'd constantly go on my phone but that left no energy for me when I needed to teach my students. Hopefully things will turn around here.

I began to make myself breakfast while Omocha was asleep. I was using her ingredients hoping that she wouldn't mind. I quickly took a good shower. I couldn't go on my phone anymore since it was already out of battery and it doesn't seem like people here didn't have the right charger for my phone.

"There we go. Boro want anything?"

"Nah. I only drink the good stuff. As a matter of fact, I need you to go there and fetch me some now."

"Hmm? Ok fine I guess I'll go this early. I just don't know if he's open today."

I began walking to Shirakama's bar walking through the city. It was nice and quiet this time, there wasnt many people walking around causing commotion. Some cars were going and even some trucks that I watched out for this time obviously. I made it the sandy dunes once more as Boro continued to float near me, bugging me.

"Come on man how much longer till we arrive?"

"Be quiet." I blurted out to him. "We'll make it soon. But I swear if you drinking all of that makes me drum too because of your stupid link then I'll just forget about it. mand head back so I can sleep more. Now that I think about it. you probably set that stupid alarm at some point instead of Omocha. How could you? I can't believe you'd do such a thing so I can buy you alcohol in the morning. Isn't it a bit too early anyway?"

"Heh...its never to early for someone like me." He said. "And don't worry. You won't get drunk when I drink it. It'l only when your never cells feel pain or whatever. And luckily I won't be able to peek into your pervy thoughts either ya dirt bag."

He was still annoying as ever. There was more of. a red trail outside his bar as the whirlybird vent atop his bar was spinning uncontrollably. Maybe the wind being this aggresuve was some sort of sign. I just shook it off and entered as Boro was perched upon my shoulder yawning.

"Ah finally I can have some of that-" He said before pausing abruptly.

"Alright Kama I'm gonna need-" As I stepped in, I felt a slight splosh below my feet as a pool of blood was under my shoe. There was blood everywhere in the bar. As I looked around even more, there was bodies laying lifeless on the ground. I then saw Shirakama behind the counter breathing heavily, blood stains on his clothes.

"Kama?" I asked worriedly.

He turned around and glared at me menacingly, blood dripping from his teeth staining his elegant suit and pants.

I stared in shock. His eyes looked different. They looked like 2 red spinning circles. Those circles seemed familiar. One of the symbols that surrounded the sun. The Dharmachakra. Without a word, I felt an immense pain puncture through my stomach as my vision got blurry.

"Ack! W-Wh-" It was impossible to talk. I could see it. Someone was holding my own heart in their hands physically. It was so difficult to simy breathe, move and stay alive. My body felt like it was on fire. She knelt down and smiled. I could see a black flower bloomed onto her left eye. Blood continued to drip. It felt like every ounce of blood in my body was just emptied out in an instant.

"Sleep tight little lamb. Such a shame you had to come here and die just like everyone else." She said in a sinister voice. I then saw Boro teared to bits fallen to my side. His eyes no longer glowing.

"N-N-No...T-This can't b- *cough cough*" This was it. My life ends once more.

"I'm back." I said to the void woman who was sitting on her throne once more looking down on me.

"Okay... you have to admit this one was on you."

"What the hell even happened?" I asked with concern.

"Heh...its simple. You made the wrong choice. It was all that voodoo dolls choice and you just decided to go along with it. But it didn't matter anyway. If you didn't get it drinks then that voodoo doll would simply break the link and kill you."

I sighed heavily.

"But, you were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Shirakama was under control by another force. A rival or his you see... I won't go into details though."

I then went on my knees and begged.

"Please, you have to bring me back."

"Why would I? Your body has withered away already. Shirakama is gone, under control by that vampire."

"PLEASE! I'LL DO ANYTHING." I asked, my head now to the floor as I continued praying to be brought back to the world."

"Ahahaha I see now, you really started to enjoy living in that world huh? The old world was too much for you and you were depressed? Weren't you struggling to survive to a simple Runesukaji?"

"I just...I feel so weak...I feel so pathetic...I want to get better. I want to see the kids I was promised to see I'm this world whether they were gonna kill me or not... I made a promise to a girl in my world. I can't let her down now. She wanted to see me smile, she wanted me to see my students smile. I just... I don't want to let her down...I don't want to feel like an outcast anymore."

"Your words are touching. I guess I'll make an exception then." She begins swirling her finger creating a blue portal once more beside her.

"I may not know how you feel completely. But I will bring you back. I'll bring you the day before. You will appear in Shirakama's bar. Don't make the same mistake twice, or you'll stay permanently dead."

And with that the world flashed bright once more and I appeared, sitting on the stool in front of Shirakama.

"Are you alright? You look like you've just seen a ghost."

"I-I'm here..." I said quietly. He noises of the other men chatting drowned out.

I then grabbed Shirakama by the shirt.

"Listen! You have to get away from here! Very soon something bad will happen!"

"Hey hey calm down man! Just tell me what's going on."

Without hesitation I grabbed Shirakama by the shirt and pulled him out. Boro was half-asleep but as I exited the bar, my loud footsteps bursted his bubble as he woke.

"H-Huh? Hey! Wait what's going on!" He exclaimed as he floated towards us, his eyes still flashing rainbow.

"Let go of me! What if someone steals from my bar!" Shirakama shouted out to me.

"There's more to be concerned about." I exclaimed quickly in a worry. Suddenly, a large black spike is sent hurling towards us about to impale my chest when Shirakama quickly got in front and created a distorted warp in front completely swallowing the spike. He then realized and proceeded to yell.

"Kurohana! Come out!"

All of a sudden, a woman dressed in red and black appears out of the shadows with a black spike on her arm as it came close to slicing my head off before Shirakama grabbed my head and pushed it down. I took one glance at her, her smile was sinuster, but, her eye were the same as the eyes I saw in Shirakama before I died. This was her, the one who killed me, the one who made me suffer. I clenched my fist. The black flower was still bloomed on her left eye. This was definitely her.

"Chehihihi!" She was laughing wildly as she stepped back, the spike disappearing into her hand once more.

Shirakama stood up and dusted himself off.

"You're the one who ki-"

I then paused knowing I shouldn't reveal my ability to redo life-worthy mistakes.

"Ahh! Shirakama. Its been a while since we've last fought huh?"

"Yes it has." He then held his hand out protecting me.

"But I'm not gonna let you touch this man."

Boro finally floated over to us and managed to catch up while he was panting heavily.

"*huff puff* I'm here...huh? Whos this girl?"

"Quiet Boro." I exclaimed. It was good I told Shirakama about Boro earlier or else he would be even more confused.

"Wanderer, take you and your voodoo doll out of here before you two get hurt!"

Kurohana already made a blade of black flowers as she licked it before looking at Shirakama menacingly.

"I'll have good fun with you."

I already ran far enough and looked back quickly to see a huge gust of sand get sent blown towards us.

"Damn it!" I shouted as I screamed in agony covering my eyes.

Boro frantically put his little hands on my eyes and began to heal them.

"Shirakama isn't gonna beat her. I need to help." I thought to myself. "But I'm too weak. I was struck once and died."

I continued to watch as Shirakama was indeed struggling the constant attacks from her as he continues blocking and hitting back as much as he can.

He then shouted to me from afar. "That voodoo doll!" My eyes healed and I looked up at him as he shouted desperately. "Does it have any souflow?"

I then looked back at Boro who layed asleep on the ground. "GAH! HE FELL ASLEEP AT A TIME LIKE THIS!" Kurohana cackled as she sent a blast of black energy at Shirakama as he then shouted desperately. "You two formed a link! I can feel it emitting from you two! Run towards me and try not to get hit so I can grab your hand and take his soulflow from your contact!"

I breathed heavily as I looked around. It felt like death was right around the corner once more as Kurohana's attacks were just too powerfully and large to get around. The world felt like it was slow-mo. I knew I couldn't get close without getting in the impact. A flow of energy rushed through my body as I suddenly dashed too quickly and appeared in front of him, my hand was so close and were about to touch. The purple aura continued to flash wildly around me as I finally place my hand on his and I suddenly felt a part of me being drained. This was it.

Kurohana grunted as she shouted "No!" suddenly the sky went grey as Shirakama shot a blast of energy into the sky and formed an empty space around us as the walls, ceiling and floor were gridded with pentagons as he suddenly said quietly.

Isolate.

The yellow blast of energy surrounding us suddenly bounced around as 5 extremely powerful blue beams emerged out of the walls and onto Kurohana as she screamed in pain from the constant blasts of energy.

"NO! I CAN'T LOSE NOW!" She gathered the rest of her strength and summoned a large flower destroying the dimensional distortion as she then jumps into it and flees.

"No! she's getting awa-" Shirakama suddenly shouted as he then saw that the flower was about to self-destruct. It was flashing white and black faster and faster. He quickly put another distorted warp around us as the explosion finally happens blasting sand in all directions, being blocked from reaching anywhere thanks to the distorted warp. The sand subsides and all that was left was a crater as the warp is then released and gone. Shirkama then falls to the sand looking up.

"Shirkama! Are you alright! Dont die, don't die!" I shouted to him frantically.

"I'm not gonna die you moron!" He shouted, still laying on the ground as she went back to breathing heavily.

We were fighting for a while. It was getting really dark. Boro was still asleep on the floor.

"We won! We did it"

"Stop making this seem corny!" He says abruptly.

Shirakama finally got up. "I didn't manage to get her this time...well like always. But... thank you. If it wasn't for the soulflow you gave me then I would've perished, or worse...she would have got me under her control and used me as a minion to do some horrid things."

He then got up and began walking back to his bar while I helped him by carrying his arm on my shoulder. I managed to pick Boro back up and into my shirt pocket.

"So...You're becoming a school teacher huh? Well that's nice. You don't need to know any magic. But, do you even have teaching experience?"

"Well yeah. As for how I got it... well its a secret I'd rather keep to myself." I said looking up at the full moon as I began talking to myself. "I'll see your face very soon...Its been so long since we've talked. Its just, I've been having fun on this new adventure. The feeling of something new has been truly fun for me. I want to see you again...Masami."

***

I ended up sleeping in the bar instead of Omocha's toy shop this time. As Boro stayed up drinking with the men and having a blast. Its seems he's more popular now as the bounty hunter on the hill got up slowly and began running away dropping the newspaper that displayed my face. It seems he's given up on me for now.
