Rayd Kovach awakes in a cold forest and runs from something that lurks him in the dark. How did he get there? What is chasing him and why? He must survive the night and look after answers. Corpses are being found terribly mutilated and having their internal organs removed. The nurse Marielle Bazynski is forced to recognize the corpse of your husband, killed in a brutal crime. The lacerations are terrible and there's not even a clue about the culprit. Outraged with the almost neglect of the authorities, she decides to investigate the crimes on her own. Their paths cross away in the search of a solution to the mystery, which has as a background historical events of Prussia at the end of the 15h century.
