Giving Cold Shoulder Again

The book got released in the market just a week ago, and from what she jeard from Gu Jinyu was that the book was selling well.

Everyone was very eager to buy this but the production team can not keep up with the demand of readers. 

He was very satisfied with the outcome, and Chen Yu was also contented with this. If the sell goes well, than she will have enough money and time to get things done.

Besides, she also requested Gu Jinyu for a favor. If the sale goes well, he will help her without any second thought.

But she didn't thought that her brothers will also fight over her book. A faint but warm smile spread across her face as she wathced them fight from side.

Mother Chen also started to laugh while standing by her side after she saw them like this.

It just so happened that every one of them wants to have different books, but the price of these books were not that low to buy them one for each.

Also Chen Yu's birthday was near at hand. She never got to celebrate a birthday with her family. So Mother Chen wanted to give her daughter a proper birthday celebration.

The Chen brothers also knew her plan. So they're also saving their pocket money to buy the present for Chen Yu.

And for Sher, it was another thing that was more tragic than Chen Yu. She didn't knew about her real birthday.

Nor she ever celebrated her birthday, when she was little the Orphanage never did something like birthday party.

The brothers has already knew her presence, so they satrted to call her.

From there argument, Chen Yu felt dizzy that she can't even say who is who.

The door of room closed with a big sound, and then Chen brothers face fell.

This cold shoulder that Chen Yu gave them was something that was not wrong at all from Mother Chen's perspective.

Others didn't have anything to do, so they continued fighting.

Chen Yu went back to her as she closed the door, then she picked up the phone from her desk as she called Gu Jinyu.

"Hello, how have you been, Sir?", Chen asked with a smile on her face.

"I'm alright, what about you? Your book is really such a hot topic," Gu Jinyu was in a good mood. And now her call made him even more happy.

"Um… it's all thanks to your conference. I'm just working a little hard, that's all," Chen Yu flattered the old man.

"Did you contact the persons I asked you to?" Chen Yu's voice became serious this time.

"Don't worry, it's done the moment you told me to." Gu Jinyu immediately responded to assure her. After all, this is a favor she asked him for the first time, how can he dili-dally in a serious work like this?

"I said you before that I'm not interested at all. Don't come here and find me with these stupid news," Chen Yu shrugged her off as she again buried her mouth in her book again.
