Deal,The Qi user. A main quest.

"you can open your eyes now."

Sam open his eyes and found himself standing in front of a man siting on a throne. He tried to remember what is happening and how he got here. But everything is blank

Last thing he remember was seeing a beautiful sun set. Then it hit him.

"i died."

The one siting on the throne. who looked like a god with full of might and glory. He felt like an ant , small and powerless. He couldn't help but blur out

"are you god?."

To which, the man on the throne smiled and said to sam while ignoring sam's question.

"we will meet again Qi user, all you have to remember is that you need to get orian drake's legacy before the sub world Separates from the main world's node."

Sam didn't understand what the person on throne was speaking about. But before he could ask a transparent screen popped up in front of him.

Sam was surprised when he wished he could have more information on whats happening. As he read the quest. He knew it was issued by the man in front of him. And just below there was a log. Just as he look a the transparent screen refreshed.

It seem he already had conversation with the man infront of him and even made some kind of deal. He didn't understant why his memory was locked and what kind of deal he made.

And before he could think further. A light from the man's hand hit him and then he lost his consciousness.

It is inside a small settlement inside a forest. Inside of one the wooden house's. a man who was built like a bear was talking to a pregnant women.

"don't worry jessie. We will just have to hold for few more months before we will get reinforcements. And we can move out of this forest."

His word's didn't comfort her. He could still see her stressed eyes. Until the women spoke while looking at him.

"how can we hold out for few months vile? It is the biggest tide in all our scattered tribes history. We should have taken empires dukes offer. At least we would have survived and this baby could have born."

The man felt some regret when he remembered his father rejecting the empire's offer. But all that didn't matter anymore. He placed his hand on the women's womb and said

"i promise, I will protect you and our baby jess. "

Vile then left the house. He picked out an axe outside his house while leaving. After a few more minutes he entered a house which was at the center of their little settlement. It is more like a gathering hall more than house.

As he walked inside. The people made a way from him. He walked to the table in the center and ask a man

"what did the scouts found ?"

One of the man at the table answered

"a group of 70 wolf type beasts will reach us in a day. And there is also a saint level beast which is might be coming our way. And if it did, it will reach the settlement within 2 months "

Vile nodded and spoke up loudly do that everyone inside the hall could hear him.

"i will head to fino tribe after we take care of the wolfs. If we want to survive we need the help of fino and t reuk tribes help. And I know they will think the same after this few recent months."

There are about 40 men inside the hall. If you include every grown adult in the settlement then they are less than 90 guys. With almost 50 families. The other two near by tribes were in similar in numbers.

2 month had already passed. Vile lost a hand. With the 3 tribes coming together they built a new settlement and a underground bunker is being constructed with the help of few mages from t reuk tribe.

While facing a saint level beast too many people had died. And vile lost one of his arms. Its been 3 days, since he last saw his wife, jessie. He had to stay on the wall and only slept 3 hours a day.

He was the one of the three chief's of the new settlement. As he fall asleep in a hut near the wall. He got a dream of him giving his word to his wife.

Vile didn't have the same confidence he had when he gave his promise. And unfortunately another saint level beast is head towards their settlement.

He didn't know if the settlement can survive that is why him along with 2 other chiefs deiced to take a gamble by building a underground bunker. So that even if all the men fall, women and children can have a chance of living.

he can only hope that the empire. No, the duke will take care of them when he show's up. 3 more days passed and the construction of bunker has completed and he meet his wife after almost a week.

When he did meet, he was surprised to see his wife seemed healthy and smiling. Even in this dire state. But when she saw that he lost one of his arms is gone. she became sad. Vile just hugged her and spoke

"i am glad that you are in good health jess."

When he heard those words, she started crying. With a hiccups she said to vile.

"i a..m sorry vile. "

Vile didn't say anything but just hugged her tighter. After a few more seconds jess spoke up again.

"i need to tell you something vile. It is about our baby."

When vile heard it. He got worried he placed his hand on her belly and asked in worried tone.

"what happened to our baby."

The baby and jess were his only hope left in this dark world. He didn't think he could keep fighting if anything happened to either of them. Before he could think along those lines.

Jess spoke up again in a slightly happy tone.

"i think our baby is blessed vile. As he grows I could feel myself getting better. Its like basking under the warm sun."

Vile was puzzled when he heard those words. But he became happy in the next second. He smiled with a new born resolve and said again.

"i will make sure you two are safe jess."

"please be alive vile. I don't want our baby to grow fatherless"

Before vile could say anything he heard a loud horn sound. He immediately said jessie to go in side the underground bunker. While he ran towards the walls.
