In the year 2030 earth was mostly the same but with few changes and one of these changes was the new found power that humans possessed. When this power was found out only few were able to harness it, some had the power but could not use it, this power was called hypnosis. The ones who could harness this power were recruited by a secret operation, the American government wanted to use these individuals as one of its trump card.

Two years later the operation had developed a way to induce this power in those who had the potential and it worked, only that in some people the power of hypnosis wasn't awakened some either gained telepathy or mind-reading, with this discovery the operation started putting more effort in studying the human mind. Time passed since the operation began to search for individuals with potential, that was until they found a boy 12 years old and some other homeless children , no parents and out of pity the operation took them in and began to train them they didn't try to induce the 12 yr old boys hypnotic power because thier detector had not been able to detect any form of telekinetic wave and when they tried to pry into the childs mind, it didn't work. For the hypnotics it was like a gaint steel structure was surrounding the child's mind no one could understand what was going on no matter how many times they tried, nothing, every one gave up since the cause for the kinetic blockage was the trauma the child expirenced when his parent died. Every one but one man who believed that the child wasn't ordinary when he told the operations leaders what he thought he was turned down because the operation could not afford to have a hypnotic that could not be controlled. That child's name was Ryan wave and this is his story.
