The Search for a Sword

Liang Wei sat in his small room, staring at the 10 low-grade sprite stones he had left. He knew that he needed an intermediate sword to use the sword technique he had learned from the system. Liang Wei's eyes lit up, He made his way to the Eastern District and found the Swordsmith's Guild. As he entered, he was met with the sight of dozens of swords of varying qualities and prices.

"Welcome, young cultivator," a middle-aged man with a bald head and a thick beard greeted him. "What brings you to the Swordsmith's Guild?"

"I'm looking for a suitable sword to use with my new sword technique," Liang Wei replied.

"Ah, I see. Well, we have a wide selection of swords here, from low-grade to high-grade. What's your budget?"

"I only have 10 low-grade sprite stones," Liang Wei admitted.

As he picked up the sword, he felt a surge of power coursing through his body. He drew the sword from its scabbard and swung it through the air, amazed at its speed and precision.

But his joy was short-lived. Suddenly, the ground beneath him began to shake, and the walls of the temple crumbled around him. He realized too late that the sword was cursed, and that he had fallen into a trap.

Liang Wei woke up when he heard a commotion from a nearby street. Curiosity getting the better of him, he made his way towards the noise.

As he arrived, he saw a group of people gathered around a small stage, where two men were engaged in a sword fight. One of them was a burly man with a thick beard, wielding a large, two-handed sword. The other was a slender man with a thin, elegant sword.

The fight was intense, with the burly man wielding his sword with raw power, while the slender man moved with grace and precision. The crowd cheered as they exchanged blows, each trying to gain the upper hand.

Liang Wei couldn't help but be mesmerized by the skill on display. As the fight came to a close, the slender man emerged victorious, his sword gleaming in the sunlight.

"What he won again? how many times has it been?" a shot man in the crowd said.

"He won 10 times in a row without losing a single match since yesterday ", Another man in the crowd shouted.

"Yeah, this guy is no joke everyone thought he was weak because of how girly he looks, but he defeated everyone challenging him, " another fat man said.

As the crowd discussed, Liang Wei approached the slender man. "Excuse me, sir, but I couldn't help but notice your sword. It's exquisite. May I know where you acquired it?"

The man smiled. "Thank you. This sword was passed down in my family for generations. It's a high-grade sword, crafted by a master swordsman. But why do you ask?"

"I'm in need of a sword for my new technique it's an intermediate technique so I can't use it with my basic sword, but I only have 10 low-grade sprite stones to my name. I don't know how to acquire a better sword."
