Chapter 7

Leo grabbed Sienna's hand, and knelt down slowly. He presented the box to her as he opened it to reveal a pure diamond ring. He hesitated, but after a second he spoke. "Sienna Robinson. I know we just met, but I feel like we have a connection." He paused, and took a deep breath. "Will you become my wife?"

Sienna could barely process what just happened. "I…" She was speechless. This was a huge lifetime commitment. She needed time to think about it. "Can I think about it? I know it seems like I'm rejecting you, but I'm not. I just know that this is a lifetime commitment, and I want to make sure I'm gonna make the right decision." She closed the box and got down on his level.

"This isn't a yes, nor is it a no." They hug and everyone slowly cheers in confusion, but both of them understood what exactly was going on. She smiled at him, as he did the same as they let go of the hug. They stand up facing each other, and walk off the stage holding hands. The entire crowd remained silent while they walked, mainly because they were confused.

The rest of the party was casual. Everyone was making small talk, as both Sienna and Leo walked around. They were kinda awkward with some of the people, because everyone wanted to hear her reasoning, but she only lightly smiled and declined.

Later, after the party, Sienna goes back to the room where she changed first to grab the clothes she initially came in. She grabbed them, balled them up, and shoved them in her bag. She knew she would have to deal with that later, but didn't really care.

Leo put his arm around Sienna, and walked to the car that brought them here several hours earlier. Sienna checked her phone to see the time. "Oh, shit. It's past my curfew."

She sighed and put her phone back in her bag. Leo squeezed her lightly and got in the car. Sienna got in the passenger seat and they were off to Sienna's house. Sienna pulled up her house on the gps on her phone, and Leo drove with the directions.

When they got there, both of them got out, and walked to the front of the building where her apartment was. She buzzed for her mom to open the door, but she must have been asleep. Sienna sighed after a few minutes of nothing, then walked around to the back.

"Woah, hold on. Are you going to break into your own apartment building?" Leo was surprised at what she was doing, almost impressed.

"Yeah, what else am I supposed to do. Everyone in the building is asleep, so I have to climb in through the window. Don't worry, I do this whenever I'm out late," Sienna secured her bag to her back, and jumped up on the first balcony, climbing until she wasn't going to fall. Then she climbed to the next balcony and did the same thing. She did this until she was at her floor, the 5th floor.

Leo, while still on the ground, looked up in awe at her as she climbed over the balcony to the sliding door. She stopped and looked back at him, waving. He smiled and whisper-yelled ���I'll see you tomorrow at school."

She smiled and walked in the door, closing it behind her. Since everyone was asleep, she tried her best to stay quiet as she walked to her room. She put a note on the kitchen counter saying that she got home at about midnight because she knew her mom would be up before her.

She quietly walks to her room, and changes into some comfy clothes then she takes off her makeup and undoes the style in her hair. She yawns and crawls into her bed, pulling the comforter over her body as she falls into a peaceful sleep, happy with how her day went.
