Chapter 1

The first day of school can always be exciting, especially for a freshman in highschool. This is the story of the freshman Sienna Robinson, who will be attending a new highschool. She moved to a different city, and changed counties. Which means that she is going to a whole new high school. And, this is the story of how she goes from the 'new kid' to the most popular girl in school in less than a month.

"Sienna! You are gonna be late for your first day of school if you don't get up this instant!" Sienna's mother yelled from the kitchen, as she prepared breakfast. Her yelling only got a groggy grumble from her daughter. "I'm coming." Sienna tried to yell back, but it was more of talking loudly, because she only just woke up.

She gets ready by putting on some jeans and a nice shirt. She goes to the bathroom across the hall and brushes her teeth, and her hair, and does everything else she needs to do, to get ready. She then goes into the kitchen of their one story house to get some breakfast.

"Morning mom, what's for breakfast?" She yawns as she talks, signifying that she is not fully awake yet. "I am having pancakes with butter and syrup, while you are having toast with nutella." She has a cocky tone to her voice, and puts a plate with toast covered in the chocolate spread in front of her daughter.

Sienna only looked up and glared at her mother. She thought she was going to get pancakes, but was disappointed. "Thanks, I really appreciate it." She said with a little sarcasm in her voice. "Watch your tone, missy. Or you might not get breakfast next time." Her mother hada snarky tone when she spoke, it was a little scary to Sienna.

Sienna rolls her eyes, and eats her toast with no response. When she finishes, she goes over to her mother and lightly kisses her head, and waves goodbye as she walks away, and out the door.

As she walks to school, she puts in headphones and dances some on her way. Once she arrives, she notices the time, and accidentally bumps into someone who is about the same age as her. "Sorry! I wasn't looking..where I..was going." She looked up at him and her face became a red hue.

"It's fine. I don't think either of us were paying attention. I'm Leo. Nice to meet you." He smiled and put out a hand to help Sienna. "Nice to meet you. I'm Sienna. I'm new here." She had to look away when she talked.

"I hope we can be friends, Sienna. I have to go, you should too." He waves and walks away, leaving the girl at the entrance to the school. She shakes out of it and speed walks into the school, almost running by the time she gets inside, and full on running straight to her class.

"I'm here. Sorry I'm late." She catches her breath and sits down in a seat in the back corner. She pulls out a piece of paper and a pen as she catches her breath. The teacher then starts the lesson.

By the end of class, Sienna lazily walked out because she almost fell asleep, the class was very boring to her.
