In the Name of Trust

Frey looked at Caroline with a confused look, feeling strange about her Mate who looked so sluggish. It was as if something had made the girl like that and he immediately approached the Mate, tugging at the side of Caroline's face before staring at the golden bead with a worried look.

"Did something happen?"

Caroline smiled, realizing that the man before her was indeed so gentle that it made her forget her past trauma. Even so, she still hadn't accepted the man because of what was happening right now, and she hoped that this would all be over soon because she wanted to fully trust the man in front of her.

The man who was destined for her, and when that time comes, she will solve all of that man's problems.

"I just met someone annoying earlier, but now it's okay" replied Caroline pulling Frey's hand with her gaze that couldn't be separated from the Mate's ice blue bead.

"Are you sure?" asked Frey again hoping that Caroline would be honest with him.
