Caroline stopped moving her hands, staring right at Luis who was busy with his food. She had forgotten that Selena came a few days ago and Jeremy had just given the news that Livina's mother had come again. Stupid of him, she even forgot to take care of Selena who was angry with him. His hand reached for his drink, moved to grab a tissue, and drank hastily.

Hearing the noise from Caroline made Luis turn his head, looking at his cousin who seemed to be in a hurry. "What is it?" Luis joined in cleaning his hands, looking questioningly at Caroline.

"Selena came over to the house, and I told Jeremy to come over to the apartment," she said, grabbing his jacket, and getting up from his seat to quickly leave.

"Wait Lin," said Luis, getting up and running after Caroline, who had already left the restaurant where they were eating.
