End of Winter

Days passed again, like a dream now things were coming to fruition. Not only to find out each other's identity but now is to uncover the truth it self. This is the next stage, the stage where they will understand each other.

"So how?" Luis asked, glancing at Caroline who was sitting quietly on the sofa.

The man seemed to be still waiting for Caroline's answer, but the girl's actions were only to be silent and watch.

"Hah... I don't understand your way of thinking now" said Luis again, as if he was complaining about everything that happened a few days ago.

Caroline smiled faintly, staring right at her cousin's reddish-brown beads "nothing special, I just did what I had to do!"

That was all Caroline's answer, the girl got up to the window and stared intently at the outside world which was starting to show its spring.

She raised his hand, touched the window pane then pushed it open "just like the end of winter, all my anxiety ends too"
