Annoying Minor Annoyances

The wind was blowing gently with the leaves flying in the wind. The sun is not so scorching becomes a view that is so suitable for relaxing. But the word relax is not in the Werewolf dictionary.

Every day and every time they are busy with various jobs. Whether it's Alpha or Omega, no one relaxes. Even so, Caroline looked so relaxed walking in the cold wind.

If you remember, it was about three or four days before winter and Caroline was looking forward to the snow. It was not without reason that she was waiting for the first snow to fall this year. This is all because of the dream she had last night, the dream that brought him to reality.

Caroline chuckled as she recalled the dream that night, her legs still moving but she didn't know where to go. His mind was full of the trouble she was dealing with right now until she felt a hand touch his shoulder.

Caroline turned to look at Jeremy who looked at him assessing "you don't have a job huh..?"

Caroline snorted, removing Jeremy's hand from her shoulder. His blue bead looks so cold it makes Jeremy realize his behavior "oh..sorry.."

Caroline didn't care and stepped back on her feet but Jeremy just blocked her way.

"Are you not going to explain to me why there is an Alpha aura in you?" said Jeremy looking at Caroline who immediately stepped aside and intended to leave.

"This is different, your aura is stronger than any Alpha I've ever met. Don't you intend to explain to me?"

Jeremy spoke again, he said something very troublesome for Caroline. What is the relationship between the two, why does Caroline have to explain things that she still doesn't understand. Even if she understood, she wouldn't tell Jeremy either.

She wasn't the stupid girl who would say such an important thing to a stranger "Mind your own business!"

Caroline immediately left but Jeremy was not that easy to give up, he instead followed Caroline without being told. Caroline had clearly shown that she didn't like what the man was doing. But Jeremy's basically indifference made Caroline snort in annoyance.

Caroline stopped in her tracks, staring coldly at Jeremy's emerald green bead. She sighed harshly "don't you know human language?!"

Jeremy fell silent in bewilderment he was being sarcastic at the moment. But if he was curious about something then he had no intention of letting it go. That's what Jeremy has been doing all along, and he's going to do it now.

"I don't know.." There wasn't the prestige of a representative of the current Alpha leader in Jeremy, but Jeremy didn't care as long as he could figure out what had been bothering him for the past few days.

Feeling played by Caroline, she immediately left and Jeremy followed Caroline behind. Like a dog that is so loyal to its master, even though Caroline feels uncomfortable with other Werewolf views at this time.

After all, Jeremy is such an important person in this place, and Caroline being able to get close to Jeremy is a miracle. All Werewolf know that Jeremy is not someone who gets close to other Werewolves easily. But it's true that Jeremy is such a good Beta and has a smile as bright as the sun.

But it was the attitude that did not get along with many people that made many of them discouraged from getting closer to Jeremy. The questioning gaze of Jeremy's reason for being close to Caroline was visible in Caroline's eyes right now and it was very disturbing.

"Enough!! What do you want?"

Caroline was sick of being followed like this, especially the unfriendly stares from them which made Caroline even more annoyed. And Jeremy stupidly smiled broadly showing a row of neatly arranged white teeth.

"Who are you really?" said Jeremy looking at Caroline who again took a deep breath.

"I'm Caroline and an Omega, are you satisfied now!!" Caroline answered with a harsh snort at the end.

"It's not you that is visible, but you who are inside. You're an Alpha aren't you, the aura of an Alpha is emanating from your body. And I can feel it clearly"

It seems that Caroline's patience is being tested right now since this man named Jeremy has been saying things that don't make sense. Indeed what Jeremy said was true but Caroline would not say it to the Alpha's right hand.

Especially considering that she and the Alpha had a bad relationship and Caroline was lazy to deal with the Alpha right now.

"I'm Omega, actually how many times do you want to say that nonsensical thing"

Caroline was getting annoyed and she kept snorting nonstop in front of Jeremy who had a higher status than her who was an unemployed Omega.

"Caroline..."

Jennifer's voice was heard, which made Caroline breathe a sigh of relief when it was Jeremy who didn't seem to like Jennifer's presence now. Jennifer immediately pulled Caroline back with a disapproving glare at Jeremy.

"Mr. Beta what's the matter with Caroline, haven't you heard that Caroline is my responsibility. So if you need anything with Caroline, I hope you also tell me your problem."

Jeremy glanced at Caroline who chuckled at Jennifer's unpredictable attitude. She thought Jennifer would scold him for walking aimlessly and not helping him. But he chose to suppress Jeremy who was trying to interrogate him.

"I'm just saying hello, then I'll say goodbye" Jeremy finally gave up, choosing to leave Jennifer with Caroline who breathed a sigh of relief.

"Finally he's gone too, you know he's been following me" Caroline argued with an annoyed tone.

"I told you, Jeremy, I took care of it but you refused," Jennifer said making Caroline snort.

"Ah.. never mind, I have something important to tell you right now"

Caroline had intended to say this to Jennifer later, but since Jennifer was already in front of her wouldn't it be better if she said it now "I met my past self"

"She's a Half like you, but she's a Lycan and a wizard. And she's an Alpha too."

Caroline easily said that to Jennifer who had a surprised look on her face. Jennifer did know but not that far and she couldn't believe that Caroline had Lycan blood.

"And the reason I'm disabled is that she sealed my inner wolves all this time and that was also to protect the last Lycan me"
