The Royal Palace (Norwegian: Slottet or Det kongelige slott) in Oslo was built in the first half of the 19th century as the Norwegian residence of the French-born King Charles III John, who reigned as king of Norway and Sweden. The palace is the official residence of the current Norwegian monarch while the Crown Prince resides at Skaugum in Asker west of Oslo. The palace is located at the end of Karl Johans gate in central Oslo and is surrounded by the Palace Park with the Palace Square in the front.

Sovereign wanting to spend some thing away from the mess in the rest of Europe has accepted the invitation from the king of Norway Harald V. And now she's staying in the royal palace and doing meet and greets around the country. The Northern Parliament being the ones who can take the cold are in charge of her protection while she's in the northern country.

Currently she's busy dealing with Avrora's pet bear she named Pirozhki, who she even dressed up with a large black jacket. Because the shipgirls being super strong and being able to take navel gunfire, Aurora is handling the 10 foot tall over a ton giant carnivore apex predator like a large dog. Which she carries around making it look like she's carrying a large stuff toy.

Sovereign is with Chkalov, the Sovetskaya sisters Rossiya and Belorussiya, the sisters Chapayev and Kuybyshev who are protecting her today. The problem with the pet bear is that Aurora is using Kuybyshev's large fur jacket to replace the one that Pirozhki took off. Like some dogs who once their owners put on some clothes on them will roll around and bite at said clothes to get off of them. Which is why Kuybyshev is trying to pull the jacket off of said bear.

"You can't just go and take her jacket," Sovereign said watching the scene before her. Pirozhki doesn't like the jacket being pulled off of him and is roaring as he's clawing and biting at Kuybyshev who being a shipgirl isn't being harmed by the fully grown bear.

"But it's cute on him," Aurora said.

Pirozhki running on all fours is trying to shake Kuybyshev off of him and took them close to Sovereign. Seeing the bear running right at their princess, Rossiya grabs Sovereign and held her to her larger body for protection with Chkalov, Belorussiya, and Chapayev press their bodies on all sides of Sovereign, creating a wall of shipgirls around her. The over a ton bear slam into the bodies of the 3 battleships and one aircraft carrier and was like him slamming into the side of a mountain. With him stun Kuybyshev pulled off her jacket form him and Aurora check on her pet.

"You ok princess?" Rossiya ask looking down at Sovereign.

Helping her is Chkalov who is explaining to her what the upgrades will do for the shipgirls still being refitted, and Recruit the Eagle Union training battleship who because of how it would be a huge amount of work to refit her to be a real battleship and costly, she has become Sovereign's personal aid who handles most of the day to day tasks that are needed to be done.

The war chest needs to be filled and is the reason why Sovereign is letting her shipgirls make money where they can. Mainly modeling clothes and showing up at events where they also acted as security for said events. The Sakura Empire shipgirls are a big hit in Japan and cause Sovereign's husband Starflame asking her first, allowed the Japanese government to examine her shipgirls and see if they can't make their own.

"There are only 3 other Meta shipgirls," Chkalov said handing Sovereign a piece of paper naming the shipgirls and what fleet they belong to.

"The answer is still no, I'm not going to be returning to the states anytime soon," Sovereign said.

"The Russian ambassador also inviting you to the embassy, also the Chinese ambassador as well," Chkalov said.

"Nope," Sovereign said never imagining that one day she would be dealing with government officials and governments all trying to win her favor. All because she has the most powerful military force in the world currently.

"There's also an event happening at the local museum. They found an old pirate ship and the relics found are on display, they would like you to attend," Recruit said.

"Sure sounds fun, tell them I'll be there," Sovereign said.

"Right away," Recruit said leaving to make the arrangements.

2 - Soldiers guarding a military research base are loyal and obey orders, but once they learn that they're not being paid at all and all benefits are gone as well.
