Shooting the mv part-2

"So many things happened during the past decade in my life, a few ups and several downs. Now, I'm just a step away from fulfilling my dream. Still can't believe that I'm here." Jun let out a pleasant smile and added with a nod, "Yeah, I'm happy."

"Explain about the album?" The assistant director asked the next question.

Jun was already given a script on the way. He memorized it long ago. He explained, "It's like an introduction for my alter ego, Sky, who comes from a faraway galaxy. Sky has superpowers, you know like in the comics.

By teleporting, he goes to a random planet, to express that he is from a mysterious planet.

As for the main track, the word 'Mmmh' could be an interjection or an expression of contemplation. Based on the situation, its meaning changes. In my mv, it could relate to having a secret, when you are curious about someone having a secret, people think like 'mmmh' for "what is it?" It's that way.

In the second track, Sky eventually comes to earth and you know blend in with the normal public. He becomes the director for fun. He cheers around the staff while working around the film.

That's basically the concept of this album."

At first, when Jun heard about the concept, he was surprised. He then remembered in his parallel world's past life where fans of BTS used to create such a story.

But, here, the company itself is making one. Not just for himself, each one of the five is going to be created in this universe with their own side stories and get connected to this main storyline.

As for how it works out, Jun can only wait and see the results and decide. And regarding the stage name, he didn't care much. He doesn't want a cool nickname. Whatever it is, Jun was confident that he will make his nickname sound cool.

Meanwhile, there were a few reactions escaped from the other listeners.

"Oh!" The stylists exclaimed in surprise as it was the first time they are hearing the whole concept even though they were the ones that prepared the outfits. As professionals who had years of experience in movies, they realized that the company is probably writing an entire story for Jun, separately.

Meanwhile, the assistant director thought Jun was good at giving various expressions while talking. He wasn't that eloquent but his voice sounds pleasing, and more importantly, he looks good when seen on the screen. That was more than enough for him.

After a while, the assistant director and the stylists left, and Jun changed his clothes into the ones they told him to wear. For the first segment of the shoot, he wore black leather clothes and a unique-looking hand with thick shoulder-length extensions all around it.

The dress fit him perfectly but the hat turned out to be too big. Its base was already covering half of his forehead.

Looking into the mirror, he complained to himself, "I couldn't even look at my face properly because of this hat. Why did they even bother to dye my hair when I was supposed to wear this?"

He was a little bit discontent with it and planned to complain to his manager without a question but thankfully, as soon as he came out, the director was standing beside the manager saw it and it was removed away quickly while the stylist apologized.

Director Kim Jason started to explain about the scene, "Today, we'll shoot the mv and have a photoshoot for the album. If it goes smoothly, we can finish the intro part too but for now, let me explain about the first shoot. It was a solo segment where you will dance in the water."

"Eh? Water?" As Jun was surprised a little, Director Kim waved his hands, "Don't need to worry. You won't be diving into a pool or anything. It only comes to your ankle height. Choreographer Lee will explain what parts you will have to dance. He already arrived. The dancers are yet to arrive. They will come in the afternoon. Until then, you will shoot alone."

Jun nodded and followed them to the first floor. They set up like a closed room at a section with glasses and water was filled in it.

The shooting began at 6 o'clock. From 6 to 8, and then, 9 to 1, Jun was busy with solo shootings. He danced in the water; he lie on his back on the water; he sat at the edge of a high altitude handrail that is nearly 10 meters from the ground, which was a little bit scary even with support. After all, they could make him stand on some 1 meter above the platform and shoot from downwards.

But, according to the director, he would have to look down at the world in the video. And that was an opening shot.

Jun changed into dozen clothes for the album's photoshoot. It contained the costumes of both of the tracks. It was a little bit tiring for Jun, not physically but mentally to keep changing the clothes and the photographer is asking for different poses with different expressions. However, he persisted and did everything they asked him to.

Of course, nothing goes smoothly. A problem occurred when a couple of outfits, mainly the shirt didn't have buttons for it was supposed to expose his physically fit body from chest to abdomen. But, Jun said no directly.

Even though he has height and a good body, he didn't have abs yet. For that, mere exercise isn't enough. There is separate training for that and Jun never got the time to go for Gym and develop muscles and abs.

That was one of the reasons he was against exposing his upper body.

So, the director had no choice but to allow him to wear an undershirt and continued with the shooting.

During lunchtime, his dance crew arrived.

Everyone changed their clothes. Jun wore a blue sweatshirt and red trousers. The girls, on the other hand, wore white tight outfits. With additional laboratory goggles and visible curves, Noze was seriously looking very hot in that outfit.

Jun's favorite hairstyle in a girl is a ponytail. He never said to anyone before, maybe except for Somi.

When he saw the stylists give Noze a ponytail hairstyle along with the others too, Jun's heart skipped a beat. Even if she isn't his type, still, it goes without saying that he sees her as a woman and he is still young. Jun was used to seeing her at the practice in casual wear or training outfits.

She isn't the first woman that Jun felt like this but regarding her, this was a new experience for him. So, he faltered a little bit, making the dancers and his choreographer think whether he was still embarrassed or something.

However, he managed to get himself under control very quickly. Once he became comfortable, the shooting went very smoothly. They thought they will shoot it for 3 days but everything was finished in just one day.

They shot at the unfinished apartment, they shot in another building with a green screen behind, they shot at a park, they shot at a lake, and they even shot at the empty road with leaves spread all over the place.

In the end, the entire shooting was wrapped up at 2:30 A.M. in the morning.

"Thank you…" Jun spoke with a loud tone while the others cheered along with him.

The director asked him to stay at a hotel for the night so that everyone can have lunch on the following day for the success of the shooting. However, Manager Seon rejected the offer saying that he needed to return to Seoul because of a personal matter with the family.

Even though Jun was an adult, he was Manager Seon's responsibility. He can't leave the idol with them and return alone as the company seemed to be favoring him very much.

And Jun's security isn't the only issue. The manager is also like a guardian. He needed to make sure that the idol won't do something that turn into a scandal. With his handsome looks and several ladies in the dance crew with one of them even a beauty, the manager is more pressured to even leave alone with them during the dance practice much less alone in the city far away from the dorm.

As the manager said it was a family problem, Jun didn't want to stop him and he understood his plight of not leaving him alone. So, he told the director that they can have a lunch/dinner party once the album become successful.

And so, Jun followed Seon Jin Cheol back to Seoul. As he was too tired, he slept right away without a care.
