Chroyane

-The Lake-

"Leo...where are we?", Ashara asked while curiously run around the ship without any fear.

"I'm not sure, but I'm sure we're not in the river", Leo knows what happens, the giant turtle that guided their ship has taken them into a hidden location. There magic here, not much but there much more than any place that Leo been.

~Roar~

~Shhhh~

Both Aslan and Lucky seem to be on high alert, the turtle that guided the ships has disappeared into the water below.

~The sound~

A few moments later, they can hear a faint sound that is different from the sound of the winds, wave, or breathing that slowly gets louder and clearer. As the sound gets louder and clearer, they release a song that has mesmerised them spartan for a second. They release that they have been hypnotized by the song, understanding the danger made them tenser.

"SPARTAN", Artacus shouted and the spartan raise their shield and ready their spear.

"eh?", Leo was confused and wanted to ask Artacus what he doing but then he jumps with his spear into the water attacking something. A loud sound can be heard until a large turtle suddenly emerges from below the water slowly, everyone was holding on to something, and suddenly Artacus jumped back into the ship.

From the water, a large four-headed turtle emerges facing the ship with anger.

"Dare", head one.

"to", head two,

"Attack", head three.

"US", head four.

"CHILD", all four heads roar at them.

Leo had to protect the ship from the blast but he wasn't worried as Aslan can kill the stupid turtle, he looks toward Artacus who just jump back into the ship. Leo was dumbfounded at the guy that might just start the 2nd turtle war, Ashara has been hugging Leo's arms but still have stars in her eyes looking at the four-headed giant turtle.

"Is this betray Artacus....?"

"Nonsense my Lord", Artacus replied confidently." I thought it was a.....rock....but it suddenly moved".

"ENOUGH!", the turtle said.

"Stop shouting you stupid turtle, unless my spartan make a soup out you", Leo glared at the stupid turtle. "and believe me...that stupid carb too", like a giant crab also ascended from the water." Ashara, tonight dinner might be turtle soup and steam king crab!", Leo smiled.

"You speak our tongue!" the crab said.

"You have been invited...Mother Rhyone is just ahead", the giant four-headed turtle all pointed their head to the centre of the lake.

From the water, a beautiful girl also emerges. She has long golden hair and wearing a golden fish scale armour, as she ascended more from the water it reveals that she is a mermaid.

However, as they get closer she gets bigger.

"You have arrived...", She said and look toward the boat and came closer with her huge figure.

"WOW...she beautiful", Ashara said.

The spartan is ready but they awaiting an order, Leo slowly walks forward to greet Mother Rhyone which follow by Ashara, Aslan, and Lucky.

"Thank you child", she replied and smiled toward Ashara." Princess Nymeria Blood in you child...how time has passed", she looks at Leo as she reminisces.

"Hello, Mother Rhyone...I didn't expect to see a goddess in...this form"

"This body is only an avatar, as god or goddess cannot walk on this planet.", she said and back away a little."You wanted to ask me to lift the curse that I put on Chroyane, yes?", she asked.

"Erm, not really."Leo replied."I can do that myself since I'm much stronger than you."He pointed at her" and those stupid consort of yours", he pointed at the giant turtle and crab.

"Yes and I believed you are", she replied with a smile.

"I want your blessing so we can rebuild the Rhyonar kingdom, and with it...the old religion"

"Thank you child...there is not much magic in this world like it used to...dragon love by magic you see..when they die magic become scarce, but with the people worshipping us it would help us gain some power that was lost, you have our blessing and thank you, child..", she said gratefully.

After that sentence was heard, fogs decent and covered the whole ships in white smoke that hindrance any visual. They stood their ground until the mist slowly dispersing and found themself back to the river, Artacus order the spartan to stay on alert while they also check if anything is wrong or missing.

"whaaat....", Leo was dumbfounded," first they kidnap us and now they send us away without any gift? what a rude host",

"where are we Leo?", Ashara asked.

"you see up ahead?" Leo pointed in the direction where the mist is dispersing as the light from the sun finally penetrated through it." that should be the direction where our destination would be"

"Chroyane", Ashara said.

"Yes, Prince Garin the great beg Mother Rhoyne to flood his city and curse the invader that killing his peoples. Mother Rhoyne granted his wish, but the curse she cast affected Prince Garin too."

"What curse?"

"greyscale...the curse will turn you into a mindless Stoneman. if you curse someone, that same curse will affect them too."

"Is there any cure?"

"From my studies, there is no cure to greyscale...but this because the curse was made by magic and only magic can cure it...there should be me and maybe one more person"

"who?"

"it should be the Archmaester Marwyn...", Leo replied but he wasn't sure.

"that good...I don't want to be a mindless monster", she replied little frighten.

"the curse won't affect us, Ash....plus Mother Rhyone should already lift her curse in Chroyane"

"so what are you going to do with the Stonemans? kill them?"

"oh, my lady wishes to see the blood I see", Leo asked with a fake shock on his face.

"no...I mean, if you can cure them.."

"our goal to rebuild the city, our men will make sure that the city is safe. I need skilled peoples to rebuild, report state that there is many Stoneman in Chroyane."

"you wanted to cure them and they become a citizen of Chroyane"

"ahh, you need to stop cutting in when I try to explain thing"

"Sorry, Leo,"

"that ok but yes, most of them probably slave or pirates..or both. But I will give them an option to be a citizen or....well they don't really have an option, Chroyane probably the only place that would welcome a former Stoneman or woman."

"true, they would have nowhere else to go", Ashara replied.

"so, once we arrived in Chroyane. Would you be so kind to help me manage it?", Leo asked.

As they sail closer to the city they sail past the old village and town but as they arrived in the city of Chroyane through the river, they can see it contains sunken statues and temples, green obelisks, upended trees, and broken spires and marble stairs.

Since the mist has been lifted, they can see that the Stonemans has been watching them. Leo telling his men that they will land and prepare to secure it, the plan was for his men to capture all the Stonemans in the city, while Leo and Ashara would go around using Reparo spell.

The place is massive, Prince Garin took over millions of people down south to Volantis so Rhyonar city must be big to hold all its people and armies and thus the size of the cities is huge, but nature has reclaimed most of the city into ruins. On the higher ground, it seems to be the ruins of the old palace, there houses with no roof and a large building that has collapsed into the water.

Restoring the greatest of the Rhoynish cities, centre for festivals and location of the famous Palace of Love would take a lot of times, Leo and Ash will only restore the important building, while the Stonemans that he managed to cure and the slaves that he buys will restore the rest of the cities.

He will be the one that supplied the tools and materials and his men will keep the cities safe, the city has been in ruin far too long but, thanks to magic, Leo and Ashara have been busy themself slowly restoring and strengthen the foundation of the cities.

Now it nearly the end of 277 AC, six months have passed ever since they took over Chroyane. More and more people from the settlement around Chroyane has moved to the city, the also brought some farmer, fisherman, builder slaves from Volantis. Blacksmith from Qohor and Unsullied from Astapor, there also the 500 women from Lys that has become Amazonian warrior women.

The Rhyonar Legionaries have also been station in the city, just over ten thousand people are currently living as a citizen but more and more people are coming due to the news of equality and slave becoming a citizen. Most people were still scared to come into the Curse city, but the one that has no choice would still go due to the rumour of safety that the self proclaims Rhyonar king of the City Chroyane can offer them and their family.

~Chroyane~

Chroyane has been restored, there still many empty buildings and houses but it is ready to receive residents, across the bridge. Leo has made a fertile farming land just like the golden field, he also builds a gatehouse that will control the traffic in the water, this will defend them from pirates or invader that use the river to Chroyane.

Leo has built walls around his city to protect them from Dothraki and Gateway over the river coming and out of Chroyane, the Rhyonar Legionaries has been busy clearing out the pirate that trying to prevent Leo from making the gateway, Volantis has been sending spies but they haven't made any move yet, there also spies from Pentos and Bravo which Leo let them live for now.

In Lys, Arina Sungglass has managed to fully control her family and become its matriarch. With the help of Leo, she manages to make an alliance with the other 10 nobles families and on a fast track to becoming its head, just like Leo instructed she has increased the number of her ships and also made a trade agreement with Dorne.

In Dorne, Doran and Elia have been following the instruction of their little brother. The slave they bought has become a citizen, most of them are builder, farmer and blacksmith. They also bought a few thousand unsullied from Astapor and they become part of the Dorne armies.

Doran has told the Shadow guard to control the information concerning buying the unsullied, he doesn't want the king to know about them. With the increase of soldier and ships, his set his view to conquering the stepstone and wanted his brother Obreyn and his sellsword company to do it.
