Author's note

This isn't a normal chapter, so just skip past it to chapter 1 if you don't feel like reading it.

This is my second official book that I am working on.

I know some of you who came from my previous book may be disappointed that I dropped it, but to me it was more like a sort of beta test before I release the real thing.

The real thing in this case being this book.

Now, this is my entry into this years WSA so I would appreciate any effort to vote using power stones, golden tickets or just even adding the book to you library would help immensely!

I already know some of you may read the first chapter or two and be like 'This is like shadow slave!' and yes, while there are some similarities, they are just that. Similar.

In no way am I copying SS and I don't plan on doing it in the future. I'm just a fan of the book and felt some inspiration for how I could start off my book when I was reading through it again.

I doubt there is any author out there who hasn't read someone else's work and went 'I like this! I can do something similar with my work!' so please keep it respectful in the comments.

You'll also notice that the similarities between the two will lessen very quickly once you read past the first 5 chapters.

I am also planning to do a bonus chapter for every gift above 1000 coins.

The list goes like this:

Luxury car (1000 coins): 1 bonus chapter

Dragon (2000 coins): 2 bonus chapters

Castle (5000 coins): 3 bonus chapters

Spacecraft (10,000 coins): 5 bonus chapters

Gachapon (15,000 coins): 10 bonus chapters

As I'm sure you can immediately tell, the number of bonus chapters does not scale with the coins, but come one guys! You can't expect me to write 15 chapters in such a short time period! (I will anyway :) )

One last thing before I send you down the rabbit hole called this book. I am open to any constructive criticism in the comments - it allows me to correct any mistakes, plot holes etc. and grow as an author. But any random hate towards myself or other readers will not be tolerated. People come to webnovel to relax and read, it's not fair to bring their mood down because you feel like it. Basically, just be normal.
