Chapter 23— Next Mission

"I think this is our time to act!"

"Yeah, now that he's in a bad shape, he won't be on our tail anymore". Jack opted in with enthusiasm.

"You guys don't know him like I do, Ryan Steven will stop at nothing to get what he wants, even when he's in a bad shape!" Lara added with a chuckle.

"We've only got three months left for the bank heist to begin", Oliver spoke next.

"These things take time, we'll need time to have a really good plan so that the mission can be successful!" Gianna said with a serious face.

"Yes... and we've been making some progress so far!" Mia added.

"I guess you're right!" Jack agreed.

"I have to gain his complete trust so he'll give me some useful intel!"

"But did we have to beat him up so badly?" Mia sounded like she pitied the detective.
