Pinky Promise

After ditching the rest of the party along with some "stolen" snacks that Tang Fei confidently wrapped up and placed in her bag, the pair were on their way home.

Lazily leaning on the car door Tang Fei admired the city skyline. Multiple lights shined in the pitch black night sky creating a mesmerizing contrast, but in the end it couldn't compare to the strong, cold figure of her male god.

Keeping a steady grip on the wheel with his always perfect posture, he looked elegant and aloof, like a painting of an immortal. But his usual snarky comments were far from it. Tang Fei silently patted her chest remembering all the damaging comments that severely hurt her state of mind in the beginning.

"I can't believe you could actually stay silent for so long." Breaking the silence Leng Youyuan spoke, raising a sharp eyebrow at Tang Fei once the traffic light turned red. "Congratulations."

"Haha, very funny. I released some tension today, so I'm feeling pretty peaceful." Tang Fei calmly responded, shifting herself to lean in her hand.

Turning back to face the road Leng Youyuan lightly frowned thinking of something. "...You know there are other, less dangerous ways, to have a fight right." While the annoying woman was fine, it still slightly worried him that she might not be able to beat up everyone that comes after her.

Hearing this Tang Fei's mouth formed an O, but shifted into a tiny smile. But it was only there for a millisecond before being replaced by a nonchalant attitude. "Yeah I know, but they practically presented themselves on a platter." Yawning Tang Fei replied, only to be met with a sharp glare from Leng Youyuan. Feeling that his angry expression was amusing, a peal of laughter escaped from Tang Fei's lips."Pffft alright, if you're that worried about me, then I won't go looking for fights."

Receiving a skeptical glance from Leng Youyuan Tang Fei once again laughed. With tears in her eyes she brightly smiled before opening her pale lips. "I promise okay~" Saying this she reached out her hand. "Pinky promise."

"You do realize I'm driving right?" Leng Youyuan coldly responded. But even so Tang Fei still held up her pinky while smiling like some idiot. Relenting with a sigh he removed one hand from the wheel, and entwined his pinky with the annoying woman. "You know if we die it's your fault right," he sighed.

"I know! Now let's get home to eat some ribs!"
