"I feel like I stick out like a sore thumb right now." Sam chuckled after seeing how the father and daughter combo managed to patch up.

"Nah, Sam. You are the reason why we ended up like this. Like, had you not had that talk with me last night… Had you not urged me to tell dad about the truth… Had you not done all those things, we would still have quite the distance between us, if you ask me." Ashley spoke.

"Well, I feel like my daughter is right about that. I mean, had it been not you but someone else, they would've never managed to do what you did. And for that I am thankful to you as a father." Arnold smiled as he said that.

"Umm, I don't think I have done something that big, but I'm going to take all the praises that I'm getting right now." Sam gave out a cheeky smile as he said that.

"So, when are we gonna tell this to mom?" Ashley turned towards her father and asked.
