"Get him to the ICU immediately! His lungs and organs aren't functioning!"
Through his semi-unconscious state. Incoherent words were registered on his ears that felt like deja vu to Caleb.
He was being dragged hastily by people wearing medical uniforms. All he could see with his half-closed eyes were the white ceiling and his mother with tears streaming down her face.
'Am I in the hostipal... What the hell happened?'
Now that he thought of it. Before he transmigrated, it was just like this. The familiar situation and the exact same condition.
A young man, because of COVID passed away so early even before experiencing the joys of his remaining long life. Heck, he died keeping his virginity.
It was one of his biggest regret in life. Dying as a fucking virgin!!
"Audino!" A cloud feel like voice that sounded from a pokemon.
A vibrant pulse of pink enveloped Caleb's body. Audino has used a healing pulse on Caleb to rejuvenate his internal organs.
"Shit! The MRI had shown his brain being damaged, most likely from ABI. Go fetch the CT scan hurry!"
"Come out! Gothitelle, lady use Calm Mind on my grandson." A feminine old voice was also heared through Caleb's barely functioning ear. His ears were ringing so he couldn't recognize the person who had just spoken.
He suddenly felt better, but sleepy. Before he faded away into the sweet relief of unconsciousness, he heared a door slamming. He complained. 'Close the door gently for fuck's sake, someone's trying to sleep here...'
...
"...can't calm down, Clint! How the hell do you expect me to react? Huh!? We had already lost Charles, now Caleb is even in this kind of state. Sob* sob*, am I that horrible as a parent for Arceus to treat me like this. If all my boys are taken from me, I don't think I could handle that." A hissing turned into a crying mess at the end and woke up the other occupant in the room who was lying down in a hospital bed.
He heared the shuffling of feet and the rustling of clothes before a man's calm voice stated. "I am worried too, Noraima, but we have to believe he would wake up from his coma. He's a strong boy and the doctor already informed us that the analysis showed that there is nothing wrong with him and has stabilized. Give it some time and I'm sure he would soon wake up, it has already been two days, all we could do is wait and pray to Arcues."
Caleb had enough of the drama, so when the woman started to sniffed and started to say. "I know that but what if..." He cringed and shifted his position to the side while bringing the covers up to cover his whole body and murmured. "Stop being so loud. Take it outside, I'm trying to sleep."
Silence engulfed the room for a couple of seconds. A pin drop that just as Caleb thought he was about to get some much-needed rest, he suddenly heared a choked screambefore something collided on his bed and dragged him out harshly of his comfy covers while the male voice who Caleb already recognized as his father, shouted. "Nurse Joy!!"
(A/N: Poor Calleb. He was hospitalized and he was handled so rough.)
While Caleb was suffocated by Venice who had pulled him to her embrace. His face was directly placed on her bouncy bussom friends.
His mind was wondering why she was in his 'bedroom'. However, he first addresses the most important matter at hand. He can't breathe!
He tried pushing Diantha's mother off of him but soon found himself surprised to the fact that he had laccked strength to so. He felt so weak, with his air running out he did what his instincts told him to do.
He opened his mouth with and bit down whilst pinching both the big bouncy boobs that was suffocating him.
She shrieked and backed away. Welp, that did the trick as he was freed from her grasp.
He took a deep breath and got away from the insane woman.
"You little brat. How dare you do that to your mother-in-law! Not that I don't mind..."
"Mom!"
Diantha shouted while blushing. Her mother always was saying such nonsense even calling herself mother-in-law of Caleb.
Venice feigned embarrassed as she covered her pinched chest. She massaged it making it wiggle wiggle teasingly.
Diantha glared at her mother warningly. Venice held her hands up bitterly as if she won't continue her act anymore.
Noraima approached her son and asked worringly while checking up on his body and face. "Are you feeling okay, my baby?"
"I'm alright, mom- argh!" At the moment as he was about to reply to his mother, his mind was suddenly attacked with piercing pain. But, it faded as quickly as it came.
"Honey!" Her mom called worriedly as she saw her son suddenly sweating and frowning in pain.
"Lay down Caleb." Clint adviced. As he pushed him to rest.
The Carnotion Family were also worriedly glancing at him inquiring of his state.
"I'm alright. It's just that my head hurts a little bit." He smiled reassuring them as he lay down and rested his body.
"By the way, where's Magby? What happened to me? Last time I remembered I was participating in the school's pokemon training activity..." Then his eyes widened in shock. "That's right!"
His eyes wondered around the room only to find out it wasn't his bedroom all along. By the looks of it and his attire he was in a hospital.
Worried, Caleb looked around him, looking for his pokemon.
"Magby is fine, he fainted together with you. You were both both to the ICU since you were suddenly in a critical condition." Clint and Holland, Diantha's father filled him in on the details as they informed him.
"What happened Caleb? Why did you suddenly passed out in the middle of training?"
It was really unexpected and mysterious since Professor Ross was there to watch out for the students, he was a powerful trainer personally hired by the principal so his abilities are top notch.
But, when he was asked they were told that whilst training, Caleb and his pokemon were having difficulties as Magby raged on his inadequate fire power, when things were done and has calmed down. He fall on his side while bleeding on all his orifices.
The Nurse Joys couldn't find out the reason for his symptoms, so they conclude it to be a ABI.
However, a healthy young lad suddenly falls down on an ABI was very unlikely since the family informed the hospital that Caleb wasn't showing sighs of a tipical patient that has one, nor has he have any history of unusual activities.
They couldn't find out the cause so they just left it at that since after a while Caleb's condition has stabilized.
Caleb tried to remember what he had experienced prior to passing out. Then he said.
"Before passing out as you said, I was felt a very fiery connection suddenly linked with my... Uhmm... How should I say this, senses? Then, when I was wondering what it was, bright golden light enveloped my field of view and I felt that at that moment an explosion boomed in my head." Caleb tried to explain what he had felt as clearly as he could. He was finding it difficult to explain it into words.
The people who were listening looked at him in shock except for Diantha who was clueless and couldn't dicern anything by the words he spoke on his mouth.
