Even with just a normal evolution, one not even using an EX grade stone like Vioarr did, her stats were still naturally increased!

Another thing he learned, when a pokemon evolves with EX rank grade potential, they gained an extra star in all stats! That was two stars for one evolution for Nemsus! If he had known this, he would have waited for his other pokemons to hit EX rank before evolving them, too!
