Ryan was pleasantly surprised when Metang learned 5 moves. 'He most probably learned it just before evolution' thought Ryan.

Metang has learned the move Magnet Rise which Ryan was happy about. Magnet Rise is a move that makes the user immune to ground type moves. 'In the games it lasts for 4 turns, I don't know how much time it lasts in the real world' thought Ryan.

Ryan was thinking before Metang headed towards him and snuggled him. Ryan was grateful that he has kept his mind like before.

Ryan was nervous since Metegross line are carnivores predator. Usually it wouldn't be a problem, but after evolving there is a small chance that the pokemon's instincts would flare up. Since Beldum evolved Ryan was worried that his predator instincts would start to come out.

It seems like he didn't need to worry. He gave Metang pats on the head. Metang seemed happy with it.

Ryan decided that its time Metang trained in move mastery. Since Metang was trying to level up and keep his evolution at bay at the same time he didn't have time for move mastery. He called Gardevoir and said to help Metang with psychic type moves

Soon a week passed in a flash and he decided that he will return a day early to prepare himself for the tournament. The training was successful and all of his pokemon are above level 30 while Pikachu is now Lv.40 and a elite pokemon.

The training went smoothly.

1st Day:

Pikachu: Pikachu ate another light stone and started to assimilate the energy. This was when Ryan thought of the Hydro-electric power plant that ash used to train Pikachu so that he can generate more electricity.

It was a good plan going to pewter city and train Pikachu's electric sacs. If Ryan starts training Pikachu more, Pikachu can use 10 Million Volt ThunderBolt which ash's Pikachu can do.

Dreepy: Dreepy was a pokemon Ryan had given to Giratina to train. Dreepy has made leaps and bounds in terms of both power and move set mastery. Giratina has been bickering how strong Dreepy is and will be the strongest Ghost/Dragon type.

Ryan was happy for Dreepy. After all a father will be always happy for his child.

Golbat: Golbat and Ryan started to become close. Golbat seeing Ryan as he alpha stayed behind him as a sign of respect. As soon as Ryan saw this, Ryan started to close the gap between them by training Golbat by himself and talking to him. Due to this Golbat has been showing signes if evolving.

Torracat: Being a starter pokemon it will evolve at the level of 34. Soon it happened. Ryan was overseeing the training of Torracat who was level 34. Torracat was frustrated that he can't break his limits. He started to train relentlessly. This determination was what needed for his evolution.

the next day Torracat evolved into a magnificent Incineroar. He roared like a king. Watch out those who are weak to fire types or else you will be burned to cinders.

Metang: Metang was just like Dreepy training under the tutelage of his own type. He now was well versed in Psychic type moves. Ryan started to train him in other moves to master it. One thing was certain he wouldn't be participating in the tournament.

Metang was training to use moves while floating. His psychic energy has skyrocketed because of this. He also started to train in the move 'Roar of Time'.

Ralts: Ralts has been under the guidance of her mother. She has evolved into a Kirlia. She was presented wether she wanted to become a Gallade or note. Kirlia wanted to become a Gardevoir obviously due to her gender.

The other days were the same more or less except the evolutions.
