Exiting the stadium Ash told Meowth to stay behind and inform him when his match will start because after the opening ceremony they will immediately start the league.

He saw a pastry shop that was near the stadium and chose to sit on one of their chairs when a little girl approached him and gave him a menu, "Big Brother, this is our menu for today just call me if you already chose what you want."

Glancing at the menu Ash casually chose a vanilla cream cake and a cup of coffee, the little girl bowed and immediately informed her father who was the owner about Ash's order.

Ash looked around the busy street and saw a girl walking with a Dedenne on top of her head.

'Isn't that Bonnie? why on earth is she here?' Ash thought and stood up from his seat approaching the blonde girl.

Bonnie who was window shopping along with her pokemon Dedenne saw a handsome man seated outside a pastry staring at her, "Dedenne, look at that pervert that keeps on staring at me. Ah! he is approaching us Dedenne get ready to use thundershock if he tries to harass me."

Dedenne nodded and jumped off Bonnie's head glaring at the man approaching his trainer.

Ash seeing Bonnie and Dedenne taking an aggressive stance smirked and chose to play around, he put on a serious face and kept on nearing Bonnie until she shouted.

"Don't you dare take another step forward or else Dedenne will shock you until your hair will get fried!" Bonnie threatened while taking a step back.

Dedenne then started releasing lightning shocks from his cheeks telling Ash that he was ready to strike if he ever takes another step forward.

"Hmmm, what is a little girl like you doing here all alone?" Ash asked while looking at Bonnie.

"Little? Let me tell you mister that I am already 13 years old so don't you dare call me little!" Bonnie replied angrily, she really hated when people call her little just because of her height.

Ash laughed seeing Bonnie's face getting red from anger and said, "You're 13? doesn't like you're 13 from my perspective. you should stop playing grown-up or else you some bad guy will come and take you away."

"Dedenne use thundershock!" Out of nowhere, Bonnie commanded Dedenne to attack Ash.

Seeing the incoming thundershock Ash shook his head and wrapped his hand with his aura and stopped the thundershock, "I can't imagine that the Bonnie I knew 5 years ago could be so violent." Ash said while looking at Bonnie and Dedenne who were surprised to see him stop the thundershock with his bare hands.

"Huh? how come you know my name? you're not only a pervert but also a stalker! HELP! HELP!" Bonnie started shouting for help making the people who were near them turned their attention towards him.

Ash facepalmed, he didn't expect this from happening, "Bonnie, you don't recognize me anymore?" Ash asked in exasperation.

Bonnie upon hearing his words took a good look at the pervert in front of her and exclaimed, "Ah! you're Big Brother Ash! we've been looking for you since we arrive in Sinnoh!" the blonde little girl pounced towards Ash giving him a koala hug.

Ash smiled and asked, "You said "we" does it mean your Big Brother Clemont is also here?"

Bonnie nodded and explained, "As soon as we found out that you returned and was in Sinnoh we immediately packed our things and flew here." she then looked at Ash's face again and clicked her tongue while shaking her head, "Seeing how handsome you have become I am sure that Big Sis Serena will surely get star struck."

*Flick!*

Ash flicked Bonnie's ear making her clutch her ear in pain, she said with tears in her eyes. "Why did you flick my ear? I was just telling the truth!"

Ash didn't reply to her question and asked, "So where is your Big Brother?"

"He's inside the stadium. Oh right, why are you here Big Bro? shouldn't you be inside also?" Bonnie asked, curious as to why Ash wasn't inside the stadium and was out here ordering pastry.

Ash walked back to his seat with Bonnie sitting beside him and said, "The opening ceremony isn't important I already have someone inside to inform me what time my battle will be."

Bonnie nodded her head and praised, "You really have changed Big Bro, you look way cooler than 5 years ago."

"Here's your cake and coffee Sir," The little girl said while placing the orders on the table.

Ash thanked the little girl and pointed towards Bonnie saying, "Give her the menu and let her order also."

Bonnie took the menu and ordered what she wanted and continued her questions.

"Big Bro, did you already met with Big Sis Serena?"

Taking a sip of his coffee Ash nodded, "That's right, she is with my mother, and they are currently inside the stadium."

"Woaaah! to think that your relationship already progressed this far, I really respect Big Sis Serena."

Ash was speechless hearing Bonnie's words and chose not to explain knowing that she won't even believe and will only make things worse if he tried defending himself.

"So how strong have you become Big Bro? earlier you were really cool when you blocked Dedenne's thundershock like it was nothing!" Bonnie kept on asking question after question not even caring if Ash was getting annoyed.

"Okay, okay. the interview is over so finish your cake because I will go back to my house." Ash finally couldn't take it anymore and stopped the little reporter from talking.

Bonnie pouted and finished the cake immediately she stood up and said, "Seeing that you are living together with Big Sis Serena then it is normal for me to follow you back home hehe."

Ash rolled his eyes and asked, "Your brother would be worried if you just disappear all of a sudden."

"Hmmm, then let's go inside the stadium then and meet with my Big Brother. he is also excited to see you again." Bonnie said and dragged Ash inside the stadium not even listening to his protest.
