The kid was dumbfounded and ran off, "I just saw someone famous! Sis! Sis!" a cute girl wearing a bikini looked at the kid, "What, Max?" Max pointed at the water, "I just saw Ace! The Gym Leader!" the girl clapped, "The Gym Leader! You found him, that's great!"

She waved, "Ash! Max found the Gym Leader!" Ash and Brock ran over, "He did?! Where?!" Max slapped his face, "Not this Gym Leader! Another one! You know! One, Ten, Hundred, Thousand! Ace!"

Brock and Ash were stunned, shouting in shock, "Ace!? Ace is here?!" they looked at each other with laughing faces. Max was stunned, "Huh? You know him?!" Ash nodded and rubbed his nose, "Ace is my Teacher."

Brock added, "He also gave me Minior and Lycanroc." Max wiped his glasses in excitement, "Wow! Really!?" Ash asked, "Where is he?" Max pointed, "He jumped in the ocean." Brock was stunned and Ash shook his head, the girl asked, "Is he famous?"

Brock nodded, "May, Ace is the Gym Leader in Oreburgh." May knocked on her head, "Oh… Oh!" Brock shook his head as Ash grinned, "He's really strong! Stronger than your dad!" May was stunned and said, "That's impossible."

Meanwhile

Ace was diving down in the ocean, holding his breath as he looked around. He saw a Feebas and took out some Pokeblocks, the Feebas swam over, "Feebas?" needless to say, Feebas was a little suspicious!

Ace took out the map and pointed at it, Feebas looked at the Map and said, "Fee." Ace handed the Feebas more Pokeblocks as Feebas led the way. Ace put the map away and followed it.

They continued diving down and Ace realized that having no Water Pokemon was a bit of a problem! But he forgot about this quickly as they came to an underwater cave!

Feebas waved and swam away as Ace waved at him, going into the cave. He looked up and punched the stone, making a hole in the ceiling as he went up, sucking in air before diving down again.

Ace pulled out a waterproof flashlight and turned it on, lighting up the area around him. He looked around and continued swimming, a few Luvdisc passed by.

Ace got an idea and grinned evilly as he stopped the Luvdisc, taking out Pokeblocks. They ate the Pokeblocks and Ace made some gestures.

'I know a good Water Type Trainer, do any of you want to leave this place?'

The Luvdisc looked at each other before saying "Luv? Luvdisc, Luvdisc??" Ace nodded and fed more Pokeblocks before taking out a Love Ball. After catching a Luvdisc, he fed the rest a bunch of Pokeblocks and swam away.

Ace had to sigh that there were some beautiful Water Pokemon here. Clamperl, Gorebyss… He even saw a Huntail swimming around!

Eventually, he passed by them, swimming up and surfacing in a pool.

Ace took a breath and looked around at the secret chamber before pausing, if he wasn't mistaken… Wasn't there a Registeel somewhere here??? Oh no… It was a Regice!

Anyway, Ace hoped that he didn't bump into him. He only wanted to look at ruins and fossils, not that Ice guy. Plus, if he wasn't mistaken, these hiding ones were the original Regis?

But, Ace moved on, looking around at the secret chamber. He shone his flashlight around. Noticeably there were no Unknown Runes. It was a very simple chamber with almost nothing in it.

Ace rubbed his nose and started digging around before finding fossilized grass. He crouched down and looked at the Fossilized Grass. It was in the shape of a nest! Ace's eyes lit up, so this was a den in the past?

He looked around, digging near the nest, finding fossilized eggs that were broken, bits and pieces of Pokemon…

Fossilized remains of a Bellossom… Empty Sunkern shells…

Ace continued digging and the wall collapsed. He sighed and moved the debris, freezing. His eyes widened and he started laughing as he uncovered the large fossil. Ace held the Fossil and burst out laughing, "Finally! You're mine! Bahahahaha!"

Perhaps even a 'Zehahaha!' 

Ace put the Fossil away in his sub-space, continuing to search around the secret den. He looked up and decided to dig up after sweeping the den for everything he could find. After all, he took a bunch of pictures already.

A while later

"Prepare for Trouble! And Make it Double! To-Eh?"

Everyone looked at the ground as a hole appeared. Ace popped his head out, blinking.

Ash, Brock, Jessie, James, Meowth, and Pikachu shouted "ACE?!"

Ace looked around and saw everyone, making a joke, "I took a wrong turn at Albuquerque." May and Max were stunned, "That's him?!" Max ran over, holding out his Gameboy, "PLEASE SIGN MY GAMEBOY, MR ACE! I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!"

Ace looked at him and said, "Well, I have a lot of biggest fans. There was a kid around your age… Blah Blah Blah…" May's lips twitched, "He sure talks a lot…"

Max nodded over and over again as a man walked over, looking at Ace, "You're… Oreburgh Gym Leader?" Ace paused and looked up at him, "Hey… You're Steven?" Steven nodded and Ace tilted his head, "Are you still the Champion?"

Steven's lips twitched and he sighed, "That time consuming job, are you kidding?" Ace laughed as everyone else shouted in shock, "CHAMPION!?" Ace pulled an arm out, engraving a signature into Max's Gameboy with his finger as he slowly climbed out of the hole, dusting himself off.

He shook hands with Steven, "Nice to meet you, I'm Ace." Steven shook his hand with a smile as Ace rubbed his nose, "I guess you're here for Stones?" Steven paused and asked, "You found something??"

Ace grinned and threw out a capsule, "Not only did I find something! I found a lot of things!" a Fossil Machine appeared as Steven gasped, "You found fossils!?" as he leaned next to Ace, very excited.

Team Rocket and Ash's group huddled together, "What are we going to do now, Twerp? Mr Ace is here, we can't fight." Ash sighed, "Well, I don't know, maybe Ace can help us get out of here." 

James clenched his fist, "I want to show him our progress! Right, Charmeleon?!" Charmeleon popped out from his belt, "Char!" May was stunned and scanned Charmeleon, "You have a Charmeleon?!"

James rubbed his nose, "Charmeleon is very strong, so I don't use him all the time." Brock rolled his eyes, "Train the new Pokemon, right?" James' lips twitched as Ash rubbed Charmeleon's head, "Hey, buddy." Charmeleon cheered as Jessie said, "Come on out, Slowbro!" 

May and Max looked at the strange Slowbro, "What is that Pokemon?!" Jessie turned her nose up, "Zip it, Brat! You'll never have a beautiful and cute Pokemon like my Slowbro!"

Slowbro looked blankly for 4 seconds before saying, "Bro…"

Ace was chatting with Steven, handing him the Seastone Cube, "I also found this stone." Steven's eyes lit up and he held the cube, "Wow! What kind of stone is it?!" Ace shrugged, "I found it in the Sea… so I called it Seastone."

Steven held it up, looking at it carefully, "I see…"

Ace rubbed his hands, looking at the Fossil Machine. He took out the huge fossil and squeezed out the Gene Perfector from a tube, wiping it on the fossil lovingly. Ash peeked over his shoulder, "What's that, Teacher?"

Ace laughed three times, "This is my 7th Team member!" he carefully put the fossil in the Machine and looked excited, laughing wildly.

May hugged a Wurmple, "A bit eccentric… no?" Brock rubbed his chin, "You can't say that, this the miracle of fossils!" May blinked blankly, looking at Jessie, who was also confused.

James, Max, and Brock looked at the Machine closely.

Meowth tugged at Ace's pants, "Hey, Mr Ace! Is Perrserker here?" Ace's lips twitched, "You only think about Perrserker? What about me?" Meowth was dumbfounded, "What ABOUT you??"

Ace rubbed his fur all over, "I don't mind raising another Meowth!" Jessie swiped Meowth from him warily, "Don't steal our precious Meowth! We're the only ones around here allowed to steal Pokemon!"

Steven asked Ace, "Can I keep this? I can pay…" Ace waved and smiled, "You can have it. I don't need it." Steven smiled happily, "Hey, thanks! Here." as he took out a Pokeball, "It's a Beldum that just hatched."

Ace was dumbfounded, "You're giving me a Beldum!?" Steven scratched his head, "Well, I have a Metagross. Giving the Eggs to friends is better than raising over 30 Beldum myself, right?" Ace held the Pokeball and looked at Steven, "Well… Thanks! I didn't plan on raising a Beldum but…"

He scratched his cheek and smiled, "I can afford another one!" Steven smiled and waved, "Don't worry about it too much." Ace pulled out an Egg, "The Beldum is too precious, here. It's my gift."

Steven was stunned and looked at him in shock, "Huh?" Ace put the egg in his hands, laughing, "Don't worry about it. Just keep it. I have too many Eggs on me, I like giving them away." Steven scratched his ear and laughed, "Well then, thank you!"

He took the Egg and asked, "Do you know…?" Ace nodded and smiled, "It's a Rokidee." Steven nodded and Ace added, "Its final evolution is a Flying-Steel Type." Steven's eyes lit up and Ace released Perrserker for Meowth.

They chatted here and Steven asked Ace about Fossils and the like. The others had lunch with Team Rocket as they waited for the Fossil Machine.

Jessie sipped some coffee, "Ah~ Nothing like lunch with friends." before splashing James with the coffee, shouting "AS IF! We need to get out of here!" James already had a little umbrella to block the coffee, "But I want to see the Fossil Pokemon…"

Jessie looked at him and he pouted, she finally sighed, "Fine! But then its operation steal the Twerp's Pikachu!" Meowth was getting his face licked by Perrserker with a dazed expression while James nodded, "Okay!"

Ash's group right next to them: ???

Suddenly, the Machine dinged and a white light appeared!

Ace jumped and looked at the Machine, laughing, "Come on, Come on, Come on!" Steven was looking at the machine with anticipation, "I wonder what Pokemon it'll be!"
