Chapter 50 - Suzuki Amaterasu  

"My name is Kagami Itsuki and I am the new Chairman and owner of Azure Industry." Itsuki words made the receptionist, the other office workers froze in shock. Everyone looked at Itsuki, for an moment the entire floor had gone quiet. Itsuki felt little embarrassed when everyone stared at him but he didn't show his weak side, Itsuki took out his Trainer Id and showed it to receptionist.

"Here is my ID card if you want verification." The female receptionist looked at the trainer ID card and after seeing his name, she began get nervous and drops of sweats began to form on her neck.

"Sir, I thought that chairman would much older.... I mean I didn't expect Itsuki Kagami would be this younger. I apologize for not recognizing you." The receptionist bowed her head. She looked very nervous. 'I don't if the new Chairman will fire me. Please don't be offended.' The female receptionist was praying in her heart to not get fired.

Seeing her nervous look Itsuki chuckled." You can please take me to the meeting room. As for what happened, I am not offended. In fact it's normal for you assume that the new owner is much older than me. It's normal for you to not recognize me." The receptionist whose name was Sakura sighed in relief. She put a professional smile on her face." Sir please follow me." Itsuki noticed that her face wasn't that nervous as before.

Serena quietly followed Itsuki. This was her first time experiencing something like this which she only saw in movies. 'Itsuki is really amazing. He was able to earn this much and even a buy a company. From his confident look, I can tell Itsuki already has a plan for the company. I must not fall behind otherwise I will lose him.' Serena believed that it won't be long before other seductress approaches Itsuki, Serena wants to keep Itsuki only to herself. Serena looked at Itsuki's back and then quickened her pace to match his walking pace.

Sakura lead Itsuki and Serena to the highest floor. When the elevator door opened, Itsuki and Serena's eyes fall on a beautiful girl standing in front of them. She had dark silver hair. She was wearing black business suit just like Itsuki. Her height was about 5 feet 6 inches in height and her age was about 19 years old.

'System bring everything you know about this girl?'

"Hello, My name is Suzuki Amaterasu." Amaterasu bowed her head while introducing herself. Itsuki and Serena stepped out of the elevator while Sakura went back to her work.

Finn and Serena also bowed and introduced themselves.

"Hello! I am Kagami Itsuki."

"I am Serena."

Amaterasu looked at Itsuki and couldn't help but worry about the future of this company and her. Amaterasu had just graduated from college, after working 4 months she was given a chance to become the CEO by the previous Chairman. Her she became the CEO, Amaterasu wanted goal was to let Azure Industry rise to the top once again.

Amaterasu proposed some new plans and changes to the company But sadly the previous chairman didn't had enough funds and the chairman didn't looked too interested in this company anymore. Even chairman himself had given up in the company, this also one of the reason why he choose a young girl to become the CEO of the company. No one wanted to buy the company's shares since everyone thought that the Azure industry is going to sink in few years so why invest in a sinking company. This all made Amaterasu even more determined to make his company rise once again but her powers was also limited due to not having any funds.

Amaterasu's parents, relatives and even her friends wanted her to quit this job and get a new job in a big company. They all believed that with her talent she could get a high position in few years.

But Amaterasu was reluctant to leave the company. For months, Amaterasu has been working day and night and looking after the company just like her own baby. She was too attached with the company. Amaterasu kept trying to rise funds in many ways but she was always unsuccessful. Like this another 3 months passed and the company was suddenly bought by someone.

This news shook the business world. Amaterasu became very concerned. Because the previous chairman didn't restrict her but if the new chairman were to forced her to do new plans and projects or do something foolish than it would be over for this company. That's why when she learned that the chairman is going to visit the company today, Amaterasu was prepared. Amaterasu already had decided to make a choice. If the new chairman is not someone whom she can work with then she will resign. Even though just thinking about resigning hurts her, Amaterasu has no other option since she can't bear to see her own child being killed.

In Itsuki's retina a screen appeared with a picture of the women standing in front of him.

'Amaterasu means Sun God in Japanese mythology but in this world there is no mythology so her name must be a reference to Arceus, the pokemon said to have create everything.' Itsuki got all the basic information about Amaterasu and he was pleased. Itsuki also needed someone who is hard working and talented. Amaterasu just fits the criteria. 'I hope I can work with her.'

Meanwhile, Amaterasu looked at Itsuki and seeing how young he is, the decision to resign was already coming to her mind. 'He is so young. Can he even run a company? I bet his parents have bought his company for him to play with. No, no, let's at least hear what plans he has for the company, mother used to tell that I should not judge a book by its cover.' Amaterasu decided to listen to Itsuki and then decide whether she will resign or not.

Serena had complete different thoughts from Itsuki and Amaterasu. 'Wow she is so beautiful. From the way she looks her Itsuki, at least she doesn't look interested in him unlike other girls. That's good thing. Itsuki also doesn't looks interested in her.' Serena sighed in relief. To Serena, Itsuki is a pure diamond. He is very handsome, strong, rich. Itsuki is the type of guy who will attract girls so Serena unconsciously wanted to keep what she found years ago.

"Mr Itsuki please come with me. Mr Itsuki do you want to bring your girlfriend to the meeting room?" Amaterasu thought Itsuki should keep his romance and hard life separately. Seeing Serena with itsuki and from the way she introduced, Serena neither told or denied that she was his girlfriend. So Amaterasu mistakenly thought Serena was his girlfriend.

"She is my childhood friend. As for you joining us, I want her to decide." Amaterasu almost asked why the hell he is bringing his childhood friend here. The thought of resigning again came to here mind.

Serena on the other hand smiled and said. "That's okay, I can just wait outside." Itsuki turned to Serena and gave her apologetic smile. Itsuki understood that bringing a girl who is not even a his girlfriend in the first meeting of his company would give Amaterasu a impression of careless and unethical. So Itsuki let Serena decided whether she wanted to came along or not. Itsuki believes that Serena is smart enough to understand his silent words.

"Miss Serena can just sit outside in the waiting area." Serena gave Itsuki and Amaterasu one last look before heading to the waiting area which was opposite to the meeting room. When Serena went there, Serena was surprised to see a TV and snacks was being served to her.

Itsuki was sitting on a chair. Itsuki could see the view of Lumiose city from looking through the transparent glass. On the other side of the room, Amaterasu was looking at Itsuki. From the beginning her face expression never changed. If Itsuki was to describe her expression in one word then he would say 'COLD'.

'That looking at her cold face makes the situation tense.' Itsuki sighed and wondered if Amaterasu was purposely putting such cold face in front of him.

A man sitting on a chair and looking at the large rectangular glass window. The man was looking outside and deeply thinking something.

The door opened making a 'click' sound and a women wearing black miniskirt and a black coat. The women's hair, clothes and other things looked disheveled, as if hinting something. The women was Matori, secretary of team Rocket Leader Giovanni.

"What is it?" Giovanni asked without even looking back. Giovanni didn't care what his secretary did, he was never interested in his secretary's private life. Giovanni had only one goal and that is Project Mewtwo.

"Boss something has happened which caused Finn and his family to move to another Region. From what our sources was able to gather, it is rumored that Itsuki and Oak had a fight when Itsuki defeated Oak's grandson in a Pokémon battle."

Matori paused for a second to look at the device she was holding and then continued." Later Oak burned Itsuki's parents house and forced Itsuki's parents out of Pallet town. Our sources has found that Itsuki and his family had went to Kalos."

Giovanni had no reaction on his face. He was more worried how he is going to stabilized and keep the Pokémon black market running even though Trainers now can trade pokemon legally. Giovanni already knew that Oak was a selfish man, Giovanni learned this fact in a hard way. Both Itsuki and Oak is Giovanni's enemy. "Matori let those two fight each other. For now our Mewtwo Project is more important. As for our black market, don't worry I already have some new plans for it."
