Chapter 24 - Future Plans

"Good Work, Rapidash" Blaine walked towards Cynthia and Itsuki.

"You two have defeated me. I can't believe I suffered two loses in one day. That's was really an exciting battle. This year's Indigo League is going to be really interesting. So here, this is the Volcano badge which you two rightfully have earned." The Volcano badge was red color and shaped like a flame with a small pink diamond in the center.

"Thank you Blaine" Itsuki and Cynthia took the Volcano badge and put the badge inside the badge case.

"4 more badges to go in 42 days. I still have to caught few Pokémons and train them before the Indigo league."Itsuki needed 2 more Pokémons for Indigo League.

Cynthia and Itsuki said their goodbye to Blaine and went to Pokémon Center to heal both of their Pokémons.

It was already near lunchtime so Itsuki and Cynthia was going to have lunch in Pokémon center but Cynthia had something to do.

"Itsuki, can you please give an hour or so. I have to call my family. I haven't contacted them for weeks. I want to call them before we leave Cinnabar Island."

"Sure go ahead. I will for you."

"System, give reports on team rocket?" Itsuki was drinking a glass of apple juice while sitting by the window. Itsuki completely ignored those annoying women who was looking at him and blushing.

[Master currently Team rocket has their squads spread in every single city in Kanto, searching for you. The squad that supposed to come in Cinnabar Island is yet to arrive; they will need 4 more days to come with ship.]

[Master while searching for the information of Team rocket members, I have found something which might interest you.]

[Blaine used to be a member of Team rocket.] The glass on Itsuki's hand suddenly trembled. Itsuki never expected that Old bald Blaine would be an ex-member of Team rocket.

"Do team rocket and Blaine still has any connections?" If Blaine still has connections with Team rocket then it won't long before team rocket sends their squads to Cinnabar Island.

[No master. Blaine currently has no connection with Team rocket. The team rocket and Blaine has signed a peace treaty after Blaine became a gym leader. That's why team rocket never come to do business in Cinnabar Island.]

[Master might know this; a gym leader has special privileges. A gym leader is considered the most powerful man in the city. Aside from accepting challenges, Gym leader also has the responsibility to look after his city with police. Blaine knew many secrets of Team rocket and was also a scientist who worked for team rocket, so team rocket did not took any chances of provoking Blaine after he became gym leader.]

[Team rocket feared that Blaine would tell their secrets to Police that's why Blaine and Team rocket signed a peace treaty. In this peace treaty it was mentioned that neither party would reveal other parties secrets to the public. Blaine, in his younger days has committed lots of crimes and team rocket had evidence of his crimes.]

A cold smile escaped from Itsuki's face which frightened many people.

"For now I will let Blaine live. After I am done with Team rocket, Blaine won't be spared either."

"What projects did Blaine work on as a scientist of Team rocket?"

[Master Blaine has researched on the Pokémon genetics. Blaine research suggests that some Pokémons ancestors were more powerful than current Pokémons. He was researching to find a method to trigger those genetic powers when Pokémons goes under evolution but unfortunately his research was no completed because Giovanni wanted Blaine to work on Project Mewtwo.]

[In Project Mewtwo Blaine and 5 others scientists worked for years to redevelop Mewtwo from Mew's genes. After years Blaine finally became a gym leader of Cinnabar Island and quit Team rocket.]

"What happened to Project Mewtwo?"

[The research was continued. Giovanni wanted to make his Mewtwo born with other Pokémons powers so he sent his elite squads to find the three legendary birds of Kanto. Giovanni wanted to combined all the genes and create something a new. After 3 years of searching, The elite squads finally found Articuno and Master knows the rest.]

"System what illegal business Team rocket does to fill their pocket with money?"

[Mainly running Pokémon black market business, the Team rocket members steal from people and trainers and sold in Black market. Also kidnapping or threatening of rich peoples, killing, robbery etc.]

Itsuki smiled.

"Send all the information of elite squad members to the police and public along with some of their crimes like robbery, killing, stealing."

[As you wish master, by tomorrow the Kanto police will hunt for team rocket.] Itsuki nodded with a satisfied smile.

'This should keep the Team Rocket busy for few months and I can peacefully enter the Indigo League.'

"System what information did you get on Aura?"

[Master the internet has nothing on aura. Aura is old concept that almost all the people in the world believes as a myth. But I have found a place where Aura originates. If Master goes to that place, master might learn more about Aura. Rota, Cameran Palace, is the place where the last Aura Guardian was seen.]

[And that was about 80 years ago.]

Itsuki fell into deep thought. 'Rota is located in Kanto but traveling to Rota will take lots of time. That place is where the ancient palace located. Long ago, Kanto region used to rule by Cameran palace king. Even if I ride there using my Dragonair then also it will at least take 4 to 5 days to go there.'

"But with Articuno, I should able to go there and come back very quickly." Itsuki decided that his next location would be Rota. Itsuki also decided to take Cynthia if she wishes to come. Otherwise, Itsuki would go alone.

"I also have to advertise my Neko App. I have to make music videos for my songs and use them for advertisement. I am sure my songs will attract people's attention to my app." After thinking for some time, Itsuki asked System to make lyrics video for his songs. Right now Itsuki did not have much time in his hand, and shooting music video would at least take one week. Itsuki just couldn't afford to waste that much time.

"I still have more than 40 minutes; I should go for a light shopping." Itsuki walked out of the Pokémon center.

'I should also buy a camera and video shooting equipments; I might make music videos or films in future.' Itsuki went out and bought the things which he will need in the future and stored them in the inventory. Itsuki bought some training materials, unique food which only can be found in Cinnabar Island, some clothes.

After one hour...…..Scene change

"Itsuki, where did you go?" Itsuki, after shopping was returning to the Pokémon center, met Cynthia in the entrance. It looks like she too was entering the Pokémon Center.

"I just went for some light shopping. What about you?" Itsuki always carried a bag with some clothes, Pokeballs, foods etc in it. Itsuki can't go around showing people that he can bring things out of thin air.

"I talked with my mother and grandmother. They said they are going to come during Indigo League to support me." Cynthia and Itsuki walked inside the Pokémon center dinning section. Many people looked at Itsuki and Cynthia. Girls looked at Itsuki while some boys couldn't stop looking at Cynthia.
