To compete with a monster like Itsuki, Cynthia has to get a team of powerful Pokemon. The last time, Cynthia checked Itsuki had two mythical Pokemon and one legendary Pokemon. Itsuki told Sabrina to not tell anyone about his Latias. Latias was his trump card that he wanted to reveal in the Kalos League.
