Year- 2174

Place- Tokyo, Japan

"Nooooooo, help my child! Please! Somebody!".

"Ruuuun!!".

"Heey! You over there, what are you do-". BOOOM!!

An explosion. The scenery of war, massacre and killing. The voices and shoutings of people in terror. Where am I now? What is this? Unable to understand anything, I stood there frozen in one place.

Suddenly, I saw a woman covered in blood coming towards me. She came nearer and nearer towards me, her face downwards and her long, black hair hanging infront. She came near me and said in a feeble voice-"Why?". As soon as she finished, she again asked-"Why?". Unable to come to a decision, I just stood there watching her. Suddenly, she moved her hands swiftly which I saw was holding a dagger and pierced that straight into me while screaming like she was in despair, saying-"Why did you do this?!!". My eyes grew wide. I wasn't feeling any pain with the dagger pierced in my body.

"Huuh?". After that, I suddenly opened my eyes. Dream. It was all a dream, but a scary one for sure. It had been ages since I had a scary, awkward dream like that. I looked at the digital clock beside my bed. It was showing the time as 3:24am. I got up from by bed and headed towards the kitchen to fetch some water. After drinking water, I went back to bed. I tried to sleep, but I wasn't feeling an wink of sleep here.

I decided to drink some coffee for the time being. I again went into the kitchen, put some coffee seeds in the coffeemaker and made some instant coffee. I took my coffee and went into the living room. I sat on the sofa and decided to watch some T.V. until I drank my coffee. I switched on the T.V.

"Hey, you're wet".

"Who do you think it is because of ?".

"You're boobs are so soft, Yumiko".

Well, an adult anime was being broadcasted on the channel I had last watched. It is around midnight, so this is obviously not a surprise.

I remember the last time I watched porn was around 4-5 months ago. The workload had been so intense these last few months that I barely had time for myself. So, I decided to take a two week break from work yesterday and today is supposed to be my first day of my holidays, and also, today, I had planned to go to a trip to Norway. To specify, this is not my first time there. Infact, I have spent a majority of my childhood in Norway before moving to Japan. It had been a long time since I had gone there, so I decided to plan a short trip there.

I finished my coffee and was left with nothing to do after. Suddenly, I remembered something and decided to go out for a bit.

I got ready and opened the entrance of my big 3BHK flat. As soon as I opened the door, I felt the cold and crisp winter air on my face. The temperature outside should be almost around -5 degree celcius. I went downstairs to the parking lot to fetch my bike. I started my bike and went out towards the city roads.

My destination was the lab of Lanson's robotics. It is a private company found in 2165 by an uncle, who is my friend, dedicated in the field of A.I. and Robotics. He has a habit of sleeping in the day and working at night, so I deduced this to be the right time to talk to him.

Part-3

After a ride of 2.5kms, I arrived at the Lanson's Robotics Headquarters In Tokyo. It has a 10-floor buiding to its name with many skilled and talented scientists working in it, so it is quite famous.

I parked my bike at the parking lot and headed towards the main entrance. Now, the entrance is actually A.I. operated and will not open unless a qualified person from inside verifies the outsider. The entire building is also totally covered by a defense system solely operated by A.I., incase of intruders.

I contacted 'my friend' via the A.I and he replied back to me that he is coming to get me himself. After some time, the entrance opened and Dr. David Lanson popped infront of the entrance.

''Heya', Shoto-kun, what brings you here today?", The 40-year old man said.

"Nothing special. I got up early today with nothing to do, so I just came over knowing you would be awake. Also, I have something to discuss with you."

"Sure, sure, come in".

He then led me to the 5th floor of the building to his own personal research room. I sat down on one of the chairs there. The Doctor took a cup kept on the table and sat down infront of me.

"Now, say Shoto-kun, what you wanted to.''

I opened my phone, opened something on it and showing it to him said- "This. Take a look at this."

"Hm? What is this?".

"Yesterday, while working, I caught some strange radio signals from deep space, and when I looked into it deeply, I confirmed that it has come from some kind of an 'unnatural' object. After that, I got some more radio burst from the same object and each radio burst indicated that this object is blueshifting towards us, getting closer and closer every moment to the Milky Way Galaxy. My rough estimates show that it should reach our galaxy in around 5-6 days, at its current speed."

"An artificial object you say? You sure it isn't ours?".

"Completely sure because we have had no deep space missions in some time."

"Hmm, so what do you want me to do?".

"Nothing special. Just look into it, while I'm away and update me every now and then."

"Away? Where are you going?".

Huh? Didn't I tell you before that I am going to Norway."

"Norway? When?"

"Today".

"That's ok but why me? why don't you tell your organisation about it?".

"I am currently keeping this discovery confidental am observing it myself, as to not cause panic. I will tell them after it's fully confirmed."

But I'm an A.I. scientist! Why are you giving this space work to me? You know I can't do this".

"Says the former J-SAT employee. Look uncle, I'm very sorry to leave this to you but nothing can be done now. I decided to give you this job because your someone I trust very grately, so please look into it until I'm back."

"Haaaa, fine. I'll look into it."

"Thanx a lot, David."

"Sure, sure."

"So well, I'll take my leave now. Bye Uncle..." I said getting up.

"Say hello to Richard fro me there."

"Fine, fine."

After that I left that place, to get ready for my trip.
