What a joke.

"Do you always have to support her, I am also your granddaughter, no one ever cares about how I feel, Daeva said to her grandmother, feeling aggrieved. She stood up from the table and headed towards the waiting room.

Turning towards Aurielle, Senior Mrs Reddens, took her hands and said, "watch over your cousin, she has had it hard ever since she was born. I know she might be repulsive sometimes but she is just like you and you are all my beloved grandchildren. I am sure, such a mistake wouldn't happen anymore, so please try to get along well."

"I'll try my best, grandma, I must leave now, see you later and have a nice day", Aurielle said, walking towards her car. She headed towards her blue Mercedes Benz AMG GT63, where Roman, her Butler was waiting for her, Daeva, however was also waiting for her, she was leaning on the door of her car, had a lollipop and a smirk on her face.

One had to admit that she was very pretty, she had a face of an immortal beauty. Golden blond hair, beautiful shiny green eyes, always glittering whenever the sun shone in them. Full pink lips and a body shape similar to Aurielle. If Aurielle was a seductress who enchanted men, then Daeva was the innocent beauty, who every guy wished to protect and love. Her behavior and acts proved the opposite side of her appearance. She was in fact more or less, the villainess of the Reddens household. Everyone believed Daeva was a curse for the Reddens household, except for Senior Mrs Reddens, who always had a soft spot for her and indulged her every attitude, since she lost her parents on the day she was born causing the family to name her Daeva which means evil spirit. Daeva's father was her last son, whom she loved dearly and doted on although Aurielle's father was her favorite child. Too much of doting and loving made Daeva irresponsible and disrespectful.

"Hmph, what a joke and disgrace", Aurielle thought to herself. Ignoring her, she kept on walking towards the door, which Roman opened for her, before she could make a step into the car, her hand was held by Daeva, who seemed to be quite angry for being ignored.

"Are you blind? Can't you see I was waiting to speak to you?"

"I am well aware that you are waiting for someone, but I didn't think it would be my esteemed self, how may I help you cousin?" Aurielle asked her, obviously staring at the hand holding hers.

"So you think you are special just because, grandmother promised you could start learning about managing the family's company? Let me tell you, I won't allow it, you will suffer, just as you have made me suffer during the whole summer holidays. I have good plans ahead for you. Don't bother to thank me, it is what cousins like us owe each other. Whoever made you believe you are better than me, is only fooling you. I will always trample on you Aurielle, you are nothing more than my shadow", Daeva spoke to Aurielle, in a harsh way, completely different from the appearance she showed in front of their grandmother.

"Oh really, is that what you believe Daeva darling? Firstly let go of my hand, secondly I don't really understand what issue you have, all I did was show my love to you. Afterall you are my cousin and I wouldn't want anyone saying bad things behind your back, like you having sex with Tommy in public or having a orgy with men who are older than you. Aren't you ashamed of yourself? All you do is act as if you are a 5 year old child whose candy was taken away but have you ever thought of our family reputation? I will see you as a worthy opponent Daeva, when you start acting like one, not like a bitch".

"What did you just call me?" Daeva asked her, raising her hands to give Aurielle a slap, however her hands were held by Aurielle, who pushed her to the floor.

"Don't push your luck cousin, I promised grandma to manage with your childish behavior, so don't make me turn on you, it might be a hospital this time, not the boot camp. See you in class", Aurielle said winking her a smile.

"That little piece of shit, what does she think she is? Since she thinks she has grown wings, I will break them and burn them into ashes", Daeva said, getting up and dusting herself. "Ahhhhh, I look like a pig", she screamed in resentment. She turned towards her personal maid Dana, "are you watching a movie? Get me another set of clothes, I can't go to school looking like a bump." She stormed towards her room in an angry manner, ignoring all the stares heading towards her way. "I swear I will make her pay, she will kneel and beg me, how dare she lay her hands on me?", she kept murmuring to herself.

Surprised to see her granddaughter run through the house like a mad person, Senior Mrs Reddens looked at Maria, her assistant, who only looked back in amusement."Seems like Daeva is still very temperamental, the boot camp didn't really make her calm like I hoped. I don't know why the both of them keep acting like two hedgehogs. Not ladylike at all", she said in exhaustion.

"Madam, I would advise you offer the both of them the same chance, everyone is aware that Ms. Daeva isn't happy about not being chosen to learn about the family's business. Maybe making them both work together will strengthen their relationship and make them understand each other more", Maria said while massaging Mrs Reddens's arms.

Mrs Reddens sat there, thinking about the suggestion intently and then said "that sounds like a good idea. Maybe Daeva will learn one or two things from Aurielle this way. Arrange the car, we are driving to the company."

"Yes ma'am, I will get that done immediately", Maria replied, walking out of the room.
