CHRISTMAS (PART 2)

He went downstairs in silence and sat at the table, which by the way was practically ready, took some coffee and started drinking it without saying a single good morning!

Even though I didn't want to, I had to take the initiative.

-Good morning! (I said, but he remained silent)

-Did you love her? (he asked in a sincere tone)

-Alex? (I asked trying to see where that matter would lead)

-Of course! Why? Is there another one? (he asked)

-There will never be anyone like her. (I said remembering the afternoons and the trips we took and her smile)

-When you took her away from home I was very angry, I wanted to kill you and put a trunk, but I didn't. (he said as I swallowed the last part)

-Not to be rude, but why didn't you? (I asked hoping he had given up on that idea)

-I had it all planned until the car was separated. (he said looking at me)

-Eeeee…so why didn't you do it? (I asked memorizing the police number metally)
