PFI#2 (asoiaf/got)

I've had this idea in my head for a while, one where the mc, a fan of the book, show and read many fanfics, transmigrates as ned stark the exact next day after the mad King kills his father and brother. The mc gets the memories and diluted feelings of ned, and also gets a op cheat. The cheat being 3 character template cards, already at 100% each, the cards contain the powers, non personal memories, and willpower (to temper the mc's) of the characters.

The first one being a wizard from the Harry Potter verse, who's equal to dumbledore in power, and specilized in runes, charms, and wards. The second is a mage king, who rules a kingdom similar in culture and weather to the north and is even more harsh to live in, and specilized in ice magic and also an expert Swordsman. The last is a sorcerer from the marvel verse, one who's powerful enough to be the sorcerer supreme, and specilized in battle and mind magic. All his magic abilities are then adapted to this world without weakness and meaning no need for a wand or borrowing power from outer entities. Also the combination of the 3 characters has lead the mc to having a enormous magic core, on par with a average god of magic from a strong verse like dc or marvel.

Events:

After the mc wakes he stays in his room to plans his future and ascend as the winter king to a powerful and feared kingdom. He leaves later in the day with a rough plan in mind, he then meets Jon arryn and robert who has just received news of what happened the day earlier through the kings letter, as Robert rages and Jon plots, ned interrupts them to tell that he already knows what happened as he was visited by the old gods and even gifted powers to avenge his family and shows them his magic and silences them. He tells them that he was given a set of mission to accomplish and that in doing so will cause chaos. He informs Jon to hold off on calling his banners and tells Robert to go back to stormlands to secure his people, while also applying that through the gods that maybe lyanna didn't get kidnapped and to be ready for whatever happens next and that they will always be brothers. Ned then goes to pack up a few things he needs and opens up a portal to the throne room. As he steps through, the filled hall (filled cause the king wants to brag about the letter he sent to Jon arryn) falls silent, as ned calmly walks towards the King, he freezes, not killing, anyone who gets in way without saying a word, as he reaches the king he puts everyone in an illusion where kills the king by turning him sold ice and then shattered the pieces. He then sits the throne and watches the stunned crowd. He introduces himself as eddard stark and that he came and brought winter with him to avenge his family. He flexes his magical aura and states that from this moment the North withdraws from the 7 kingdoms and is independent. Without waiting for a response he stands and leaves an iced covered crown, aerys crown, on the iron throne and walks through another portal, with the knocked out invisible aerys floating behind him. He is now standing in front of the Prince, his sister, and the 2 kingsguard, Arthur and oswell, looking at him in another bout of stunned silence. Ned looks at his sister and asks if she was kidnapped or ran away, to which she looks at the floor, giving him the answer. The Prince snaps of it and asks ned how he's there. Ned looks at the Prince and said that he was here to kill him if he had kidnapped his sister, and freezes the 3 males immediately after. Lyanna pleads for him not to kill the 3. Ned ignores her and tells the four of has happened in the last 2 days, from the killings, to getting his powers from the old gods, killing aerys and declaring independence. As ned gets up to leave, he says that he's disappointed in lyanna, and calls rhagear King, reminding him that he has to now placate the tullys, arryns, barratheons, and the faith while having to show that he is fit to be a strong king and secure his rule. As rhagear asks why ned is giving him this advice, ned responds that it is to show him out much work he has ahead of him and if he somehow fully succeeds and tries to invade the north by then ned would have used his magic to make the North stronger the 6 kingdoms combined, hoping this warning will prevent the loss of life, even if most would be southern cunts. As ned steps through another portal and is now at starfall and he is here to see his love. After another round of surprises and discussion, ned asks ashara to be his wife and queen, to which she happily agrees, to the horror of her father and older brother, but they know with ashara's mind and ned's power there is nothing they can do. Ned informs her to get ready and he will be back to pick her and her entourage up in a weeks time. Ned now back in the Vale, as explained the events of the day, both men stare ned in awe, but after calming down, Jon is a bit more at ease as the man the killed his kin is dead, without him being guilty of treason, and the new king is still the silver Prince the realm loved, and not a raping cunt. While Robert is as conflicted as he is enraged, ned sees this and understands that rhagears hold on the stormlands will be rocky for a long time. As ned gets ready to go home with his entourage, he asks Robert to think clearly about what he needs to do next (ned doesn't offer Robert a portal home, as he hopes Jon will talk some sense into Robert in the next few days). Another round of discussion now happens in the walls of winterfell, between the senior 'staff', benjen and ned. Before ned heads to sleep, he finally dupes aerys in a spare dungeon room and wards it. The next day, as news slowly spreads about the actions of the new wolf king, ned creates magic shadow clones and send them to invite every lord or lady of the north, their older heirs and members of their family for a meeting, ned and benjen get ready, after another of round of consulting each other. After a few hours of the guests arriving and being told was has happened in detail, they all stare at ned with a healthy dose of fear and respect, some even with a bit of love. Lord Bolton asks how ned is going to make the North strong and feared without his magic as a bonus. Ned stands says that he has a plan that will make the North strong in a short amount of time.

The plans: (he does these plans in order as written, roughly, over a couple of months)

Infrastructure - ned plans to send a clone each with a good amount of his magic to first upgrade each lords castle, with stone if needed. Secondly upgrade or built a large town next to their main castles. Thirdly take all scattered communities of people and sort in new or upgrade villages or towns of different sizes, and each of them to be connected to their lords castle by constructed roads, if possible by land. Fourth, each castle will then have a constructed road that leads to both Winterfell, no matter how after, and another to their closest lordly neighbours' castle. Fifth, both sides of the north's shore will be upgrade to hold more fishing villages, 4 military ports will be built (2 on each side) locations being bear island, flints finger (west) Oldcastle, and karhold (east). Sixth, Moat cailin will be rebuilt bigger and better than before, and will be the one of two training grounds for the Northern army, while being the seat for the crown heir of winter. Seventh, Winterfell will be upgrade and expanded, and Wintertown will be upgrade to wintercity. Eighth, new castles will be built, with good number of villages and town all over North, including the gift which will be taken back. Ninth, area between sea dragon point and stoney shore will have a castle built, a city charter, good number of villages and towns, and will be white harbours' Western counterpart, also benjen will be the Lord there and create a new cadet branch of house stark. Lastly, half of the castles on the wall will be rebuilt and upgrade and the other half, completely destroyed and sealed with magic.

Government - the new style of monarchy shall be a good blend of the way of old kings of winter ruled, the small council, the 2nd template worlds kingdom, and some inspiration from the modern world.

Society - firstly, a winter college will be built in the new wintercity, the college will replace the citadels role in the north, while also ned will devise a way to create a magical core for people, but the lower tier mages will swear a oath to never harm the north in any way and can go wherever they want, and the higher tier ones will swear an oath to serve the north in whatever capacity needed, and all must swear to never create or teach a new mage, so all mages must come from the north. Knowledge won't be freely available, but many guilds will be created and have different branches all over the north. Women will be given all more freedom to do what they want.

Agriculture - ned will do what he has read in many fanfics and sends clones around the world to look for food that grow in the cold and enchant them further, and sharing them among his lord, this will completely remove the north's need to buy food.

Economy, Military, Population - ned, with his lords, a good number of north men (around 10k), the company of roses, and with many slave accomplices, stage a simultaneously attack through portals on every major southern essos city, from tyrosh to volantis to slayers Bay, killing all older slavers, their accomplices, and brainwashed slaves, leaving the children alone, ned helps these cities create a new government, sources of income, and signs a multi-city and kingdom trade alliance that includes the north and braavos. Ned leaves back north with between 20-25% of all ships, gold, and people from each and every city freed. He then use both the sacrifice of aerys and the rediscovered winter throne to bind ice dragons to the blood and house of stark. Why blood and house, because in doing so one has to be both named stark and have the blood, avoiding a dance of dragons situation. The other benefits added to bonding with a dragon are have enhanced body and mind, poisen resistance, have greater energy control as a bonus, and men are handsome like Henry cavill and women are beautiful like Angelina Jolie.

Ofc, during all this time both ashara and benjen help ned with his plans, which makes the north love ashara. Ned and ashara marry exactly a year from the date that the mc transmigrates. The South ofc plots and goes through its share of chaos.

And from here I'm lost at how the story continues.
