CHAPTER 50

2 YEARS AFTER

Cris is already 16 years old and was sent to West Prime Academy an Academy owned by the Ueiss. Lucas and his sister went to that school too, because it is near their residence.

“I always think that this school is great for everyone,” Lucas said

“Why is that?” Cris asked while he was drinking strawberry milk from a box

“Because when it comes to advancement they are one step ahead of the government” Lucas replied

“Well, Ueiss and the government are already cooperating, so let’s just appreciate everything” Cris replied

“Well… is sir Tezkhen coming today?” Lucas asked

“Yeah he will” Cris replied

“Aren’t you going to the classroom already?” Dr. Thomas said (father of Thunder Ueiss)

“Oh well sir we are going,” Cris said

They followed Dr. Thomas as they went to the classroom,

“Tezkhen will teach you now, Luna Odette Scott come with me I’ll send you to your classroom”

“Bye big brothers,” Luna said sadly

“Hey, Luna cheer up! You will meet a friend in your classroom!” Lucas said to his younger sister

“Luna… you’ll do great!” Cris added.

Luna and Dr. Thomas went on

“Luna is such a cute girl,” Lucas said proudly

“Oh yeah she’s cute indeed but how about you?” Cris said sarcastically

“You! Huh! What do you know you are loved by a girl who's the same age as my sister… oh wait does she still remember you?” Lucas replied sarcastically

“Okay enough with the sarcastic mishaps with the two of you, get in already…” Tezkhen said

“Okay sir Tezkhen”

“Haaa why am I being punished with this?” Tezkhen said frustrated

“Hi Tezkhen, see you at the canteen later,” Arden said then blew a kiss to Tezkhen

Tezkhen then catches it and puts it in his heart,

MEANWHILE

“Theo… I heard Zoey will be at Dernier’s school but Zephia said Zoey will stay here” Evan said

“What is the problem?” Theo asked

“Well, nothing but as you know Dernier is not here, right? And he is staying at the dorms well Samuel is going to the same school as well it might be hard for Zoey to blend in the school she is still 8” Evan said anxiously

“Calm down she is a smart kid,” Theo said calmly

“Well you are right… by the way one of the applicants for teaching at the Academy was familiar to me, I saw it on Zoey’s folder Zephia said she was a tutor of Zoey before, and after she learned that Zoey would transfer she said she will apply,” Evan said while stirring the coffee

“What do you mean by familiar?” Theo asked

“Well because…” Before Evan could continue Dominic barged into the house

Dominic is very drunk and he is with someone who they don’t recognize

“Oh are the family of him? He was very drunk at the bar and I sent him here” Said the stranger

“Thank you so much here’s one thousand keep it,” Theo said as he sent off the stranger

“Why is Dominic so drunk in the afternoon, let me just call Ren” Evan went calling Ren and immediately he was answered

“Why is Dominic drunk?!” Evan asked furiously

“What?!! He is drunk?!!” Ren said

“And why is that?!” Evan was furious

“We had a fight and he walked out, I was supposed to ask him for marriage but he misunderstood after I asked one of our friends to have a practice he thought I was cheating on him” Ren explained

“Seriously… well just talk it out” Evan then hung up and he and Theo carried Dominic to his bedroom.

“Evan I just remembered we have been engaged for so long but we haven’t got married officially…” Theo asked out of the blue

“Indeed you are right… there are so many things going on with our lives, it’s not as if someone will come back from the grave and steal me from you” Evan said half-jokingly

Theo and Evan just laugh it out,

AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE

“Hey, Troah have you checked all the applicants for teaching over there?” Troye asked

“Yeah I did, there is this applicant named Stella Johnson, who was a restaurant manager, then 16 years ago at the age of 20 she gave birth to a child but it was already dead before she could see it…” Troah said as he investigated this person,

“Why are you interested in her all of a sudden? Well you investigate applicants but that is some deep digging, and she is already accepted” Troye was confused and surprised at how his brother was acting

“It was because this Stella Johnson works where Evan worked 16 years ago when he had Dernier Cris and the fact that Evan accidentally impregnated his boss but all of his bosses are men except for this person, and none of the other female employees or from the bosses did have a child in that period…” Troah said in a curious tone

“You mean…” Troye was stopped by the ring of the bell.

BACK AT EVAN’S HOME

“Denim didn’t you have something to say about a teacher at Dernier’s school?” Theo remembered what they talked about earlier before Dominic arrived

“Oh about the teacher whose name is familiar… it was the same name as Dernier’s mother, it was Stella Johnson, but it might be a coincidence because she died after she gave birth to Cris…” Evan said but he seemed to be unsure

“Who told you she died?” Theo asked anxiously

“Her parents, who hated me…” Evan looks in the eyes of Theo who is worried.

“Good morning class I’m Stella Johnson your new teacher in Music and Arts”

“Good morning Teacher” Cris and Lucas replied together with their classmates.
