“I want to see it cause… I want to wear it to my wedding… I’m getting married to Sofia”
Mark said casually
Everything is shattered as if a mirror were smashed in front of Evan.
“Evan, are you alright?” Mark asked as he was worried about Evan’s reaction
“Yes I’m fine…”
Evan’s POV
I don’t even know if he is joking or not but all I felt is I’m shattering.
“I want to request to if you can be the one designing Sofia’s wedding gown?” Mark continued
“S-sure I-I would love to”
“Great then we’ll come here for the design and measurement, Thanks bro I know I chose the right best friend, see ya!” Mark said as he left
What have I done…?
I went home after I close the shop.
“Big Bro Evan why do look like you’ve been carrying the whole planet behind your back?” Dominic said as soon as he saw me
“Is that how you welcome your brother?”
“Not of course, actually I cooked your favorite food and your favorite dessert,” Dominic said to me
“Di—“
“NO! Not that!” Dominic panicked
“HAHAHAHAHA I’m just kidding ok, I’m seriously starving…”
“Aren’t my big bro came from an expo didn’t they serve food? How cheap!” Dominic said as his eyebrows almost met
“They did but my good-for-nothing best friend came to my boutique and requested me to design the suit I design before”
“The couple suit? Big bro, are you getting married? Darn I’m sad and happy at the same time” Dom
“I can’t be celebrating now he is going to marry Sofia”
“Sofia? Sofia Pythone?” Dominic said shocked at what he had heard
“You know her? Is she famous?”
“Nope, she is one of the ballet class teachers,” Dom said
Well, this woman is surely one of Mark’s types. I and Rei ate together with his cooked food he sure is a good cook.
“Are you sure you are taking fashion designing not cookery?”
“Yup, I’m going to find a partner who knows how to eat and do the housework except for cooking, but if they are lazy then it’s alright I’m going to buy a machine to do the work, “ Dom said proudly

A few days later
*ring ring*
“Welcome to Fashion Perfect how may I help you?” Crystal asked
“We have an appointment with Mr. Weaver,” Sofia said
“Boss Evan someone is looking for you,” Crystal said as she found me
“Thanks, Crys you can go back to your work”
Finally, I got to meet this snake
“Hello, Miss?”
“Sofia Pythone fiancé of Mark your best friend,” Sofia said proudly
I know you are snaky bi**h
“Oh ok please come inside my office”
“Your office is nice…” Sofia as she looked at my office I don’t know if she is being sarcastically
“Oh yeah of course, anyways here is the paper and the pencil and some crayons you can draw your designed gown”
“What?!! Is that supposed to be your work idiot?!” Sofia said and my blood is starting to boil
“Pardon? So what if I let you design what if you don’t like my taste oh yeah of course you do” I said without thinking
Third Person’s POV
Evan let out a big sigh and just went to get his designs on the drawer and show it to Sofia. Sofia took a lot of time picking a dress until she chose a gown, a V cut in front which could show her cleavage but Evan just let her.
“I have already done this design I just need your measurement”
After taking Sofia’s measure Evan seems to be mocking Sofia in his mind (just what I thought she is malnourished) after the meetup Sofia went home and Evan called Mark.
“Hello, Mark?”
“Yes?” Mark replied
“Please measure everyone I’m going to do the design and dresses and suits I also want to know the motif?”
“Why can’t we just talk in person?” Mark asked
“I’m joining a business expo in two days and I need to join the Fashion Showcase I’ll be out for 2 weeks”
“But next month is the wedding!”
“I know I’m going to do the design it’s not as if I’m going to sew the dresses by myself, and by hand”
“Yeah right well the motif is orange I’ll send tomorrow their measurements and good luck have a safe travel,” Mark said
Evan went to another expo again to gain an investor because he messed up last time.
“It is nice to see you again Mr. Weaver,” Mr. Smith said as soon as he noticed Evan
“Me too Mr. Smith”
“If you want to find some investor I could find you one but it was such a waste when you left the young master that I want you to meet is interested in fashion but he won’t come to this event because he is busy,” Mr. Smith said disappointed
Evan just smiled (yeah it was such a waste) he thought.
3 days after Evan finished all the designs for the wedding.
Weeks after the fashion Showcase Evan went home and prepare the dresses for the wedding, he is also the best man of the groom which made him more irritated, and Dominic just laughed at his brother.
The wedding day has arrived and everyone is prepared and of course, Evan wore the matching suit to Mark’s suit which must be their suit when they get married but at least it’s not a waste, as the bride walked down the aisle she felt annoyed on how Mark and Evan have matching suits the wedding still proceeded even though Evan want to scream (I’M AGAINST THIS WEDDING) he just waited till the wedding is over.
Evan didn’t go to the reception instead he went to a bar and get himself drowned with alcohol.
“Hey, you alone?”
“Who the hell are you?” Evan asked while still holding the glass
“My name is Theo, What’s yours?”
