LIVING ROOM

“Babe, where do you work now? I never heard the place you are working at” Theo

“It’s somewhere far and family and boyfriend are not allowed,” Evan said

“But Zoey is allowed…” Theo said

“We are not blood-related and he is tutoring me” Zoey

“Then you should go to preschool” Cris

“It’s ok I’m currently studying at a preschool actually” Zoey

“How about you transfer here we can go to school together,” Cris said

“No need, I can handle myself” Zoey

Theo was happy to listen to the kids talking, he just reminisce old memories with his cousins.

“Dominic, where are you going?” Evan asked

“I’m going to the mall with the twins, we are buying materials, wanna add the list?” Dominic

“One set of color pencils” Evan

“Ok, got it” Dominic

“Wait which twins?” Theo asked

“Ren’s bestfriends and classmates” Dominic

“Ehh? But you won’t talk with Ren?” Theo asked

“Theo, enough let’s go to bed, ahh Ren can you buy condoms, the cherry ones” Evan

“Ok copy that, kids you can’t buy condoms and should not use condoms it’s not for you” Rei *Dominic*

“I know it’s a protection” Zoey and Cris

The three were surprised that at such ages they know what it is, it’s kinda like these kids with brains that aren’t appropriate for their ages.

Dominic left and went to the mall while Theo and Evan are making up, the two kids in the living are just watching cartoons with high volume so that they won’t hear a thing.

The two just enjoy playing together and watching.

Makes me think such characters are irresponsible.

When everyone seems happy but it’s not with Kelly she knew anytime soon her secrets will be out and her dreams would shatter, as far as she knows there is no evidence of the crime she had made and Seb helped her a lot.

AT THE UEISS HEADQUARTERS

“Sir the police and investigators who are handling the case of Evan Weaver, Sofia Khozener, and Mark Khozener, still have no clue on who is the third dead body, they are opening the case again”

“They are opening it now that they know that Evan is alive, after messing up with the case in the first place, Troah I’ll ask for my friend Gen. Gabriel to transfer you to the team who is handling the case, I want you to wrap it up and make sure your cousin would not be involved with this matter and so as our family” Topaz *Great uncle of Theo*

“Consider this as done sir in a month” Troah *Theo’s cousin*

Later on, Troah is already handling the case at District R.

He called Theo.

“Hello, Troah why are you calling me?” Theo asked

“Mr. Evan Denim Weaver’s primary contact here is you so it’s just right to call you, right Mr Theo Hendrix Ueiss?” Troah

“Wait are you investigating Evan’s case?” Theo asked

“My dear cousin you know I won’t bother you when it’s not for my work so please give me Mr. Weaver’s contact info we need him for investigation” Troah

“Aren’t you capable of solving cases in a snap? Why do you still want Evan to be part of it?” Theo asked

“Yes I do know who is the fourth person but I’m not at our territory do you think that this case is simply assigned to me? It’s a request from the eldest of our family, you should cooperate Theo my dear cousin” Troah

“Fine, how about we just meet you personally?” Theo asked

“Alright, don’t worry I catch thieves, I’m not gonna steal your man, send me where you wanna meet and the time I’ll bring along two investigators with me” Troah

“Ok, I’ll text you later.” Theo

*Hang up*

“I’m sorry I accidentally heard your conversation, all of it” Evan

“It’s ok, well do you wanna participate in the investigation?” Theo asked

“Yeah I wanna close this case and move on and also send back the ashes that you buried that is under my name, it’s kinda weird being alive yet already having a spot at the cemetery” Evan

“Well yeah we just wasted our time visiting the cemetery” Theo

“You didn’t do weird don’t you?” Evan asked

Theo went silent as he remembered how he cried and spent the night in the cemetery, and also masturbating there in the middle of the night.

“I-I d-didn’t,” Theo said

Evan is not convinced that Theo is telling the truth, but his phone rings.

Phone register <Zephia>

“Hello Zephia why are you calling?” Evan asked

“I haven’t heard anything from you, my dear Evan, by the way, where is your house I’m currently in your City.” Zephia

“Oh really wait where are you?” Evan asked

“Zone 6” Zephia

“I supposed you could see a café near a mall it’s called blue taste,” Evan said

“Yeah, I saw it are we going to meet there?” Zephia

“Yeah wait for me there outside,” Evan said

“Ok I’m going to sit outside the café” Zephia

Evan quickly took the key and Theo stopped him.

“Who is that?!” Theo said

“My best friend but don’t worry she’s very kind,” Evan said

Evan hurried up and took the car and drive he reached the café and he saw Zephia sipping some milk tea. He quickly pulled down the window and called Zephia.

“Hey let’s go,” Evan said

“There you are! I’m coming wait!” Zephia

MEANWHILE

Dominic brought Zoey and Cris to the park to play, while Dominic was reading books Zoey was looking at the flowers and Cris was looking around and he saw a dandelion.

“Zoey come here I found a dandelion,” Cris said

“Do you believe that dandelions make your wish come true?” Zoey

“I do believe, let’s make a wish and blow this together,” Cris said

“Let’s not say our wish out loud!” Zoey

“Ok then let’s make a wish,” Cris said

They closed their eyes as they said their wish in their thoughts,

(“I wish I could be with Zoey forever,” Cris said)

(“I wish Cris will be mine in the future” Zoey)

The two, count to 3 and they blow the dandelion and it flew away as their wish is kept by the blow of the wind.

“Cris! Zoey! Let’s go Evan has called! Let’s go home now!” Dominic

The two ran together with their hands intertwined.

As they arrived at the house they saw Theo opening the door.

“We have a guest, you two should pay respect and say hello,” Theo said

“Ok,” Cris said

Cris and Zoey said hello to Zephia

“Hello Cris and Zoey, well I heard a lot about the two of you” Zephia

“Zoey if you don’t remember she is the one who asked Miss T to adopt you,” Evan said

“You are Mama Zep?” Zoey

“Indeed I am, I’m the one who named you also, I already told Evan why I’m here” Zephia

A while ago at the car

“Evan I’m here to bring Zoey to Country N if you don’t believe me you can call Miss T” Zephia

“I already know she told me that you were ready to get Zoey, but can you do me a favor?” Evan asked

“Yeah, what is it?” Zephia

“Cris has been attached to Zoey lately can you stay here for a while? I just want Cris to be ready when Zoey has to leave” Evan said

“Of course” Zephia

End of flashback

“You are going to take Zoey away?” Cris said

“Uhm we are still here in a few days then we’ll go” Zephia

“So you are going to leave me?” Cris *looking at Zoey*

“Well, I wanna have my own family…” Zoey

Cris nodded in disappointment and with teary eyes he turned his back.

“I know those dandelion wishes are a fraud!” Cris

Evan was shocked at how Cris shouted, Theo and Evan followed Cris inside,

“Dernier what’s wrong?” Evan asked

“Dad, why is everyone leaving me?” Cris

“That’s not true… I’m here I would never leave you again… I’ll stay by your side and hold you until my last breath because I love you…” Evan said

“Cris, some people might leave us for good while some leave us for some time but even though they leave… a piece of a memory that we share with them connects us and we are not far away from each other and one day we will find our path back to each other” Theo said

Cris put a smile and his face and hugs the two, Cris still wants to stay in his room so Theo and Evan went out.

“Evan we have to meet the head of the investigation team of your case, they wanna meet us by 8 pm,” Theo said

“Ok I’m gonna close that case for good,” Evan said
