As Nora looked around, she saw that she was in a completely different location. She was standing in a deserted alleyway, surrounded by tall buildings that seemed to stretch up to the sky. The air was thick with the smell of garbage and decay, and Nora could hear the distant sound of sirens wailing.
She stumbled forward, trying to get her bearings. Where was she? How had she gotten here?
As she walked, Nora noticed that the alleyway seemed to be getting narrower and darker. The buildings seemed to be closing in around her, and she could feel a sense of claustrophobia starting to creep in.
Suddenly, Nora heard footsteps behind her. She spun around, her heart racing, and saw a figure emerging from the shadows.
It was Dr. Kim, and she looked pale and shaken. "Nora, I'm so glad I found you," she said, her voice trembling. "We have to get out of here, now."
