"What's a vigorous cell" I observed the Daki's cell through microscope.

First stage, I tested it with all deadly poison. As I expected, Daki's cell resisted it all. Not like normal demon that I captured. After injecting 100 types of deadly poison, they are all dead. But Daki is immune to all kind of poison, excepting wisteria.

"Now this is my favorite part." on my hand is the tube of Nezuko's blood.

"This is a breakthrough in my science" after spending time on observing, I discovered that Nezuko's blood had strange cell. This strange cell can change demon cell to human cell. In other world, this is a cure but it's too weak and not enough to kill all demon cells.

"I can't turn after this." I took Nezuko's cell mixing it with Daki's cell. I want those two cell neutralize with each other so accurate ratio is very necessary. Let's start ratio between Daki and Nezuko

First ratio 1:1.

Failed. Reason: Demon cells too strong

Second ratio 1: 10

Failed. Reason: Nezuko's cells overwhelm Daki's cell which make Daki's cell dead.

Success. Nezuko's cell and Daki's cell are harmonious with each other. No defect trait was discovered.

"That's it. I find the perfect ratio." using this ratio, I mixed Nezuko's blood with Daki's blood in bowl.

Holding a bowl containing demon blood, I swallowed saliva.
