I want to kill DEMON

In the darkness of unknown position, a glint of shiny thing reflected the moon's light.

I was assessing the situation in safe zone. I don't have a gut to let a single word out of my mouth.

[Dear diary.] Seeing them still wandering around, I decided to write diary to kill the time. However, I don't have book or note on me so I write it in memory.

[Due to their stupid and some screw lost in their head, I'm successfully escaping from them. If not, I will be in their stomach.]

"This human is delicious"

"That's my."

"Fuck off."

Those 2 cannibals were fighting over the meat.

[I don't know what are they. Their behavior is close to vampire but they eat human not sucking human's blood. I also thought that they are ghoul. Whatever they are, I just group them into one categorize.]

[DEMON]

[The mythic creatures mentioned in story. My previous worldview is destroyed. If I compare zombies at previous world, they are even more dangerous and fiercer than several times.]

*Chew*

Those demon spent their time chewing human's meal. Old, young, woman, man. They don't spare any thing. They are just gobbling up everything.

[Even I'm hard to believe, those demon almost don't have any weakness. At least. For now, I don't know anything about them.]

[I analyze and observe them. The conclusion I draw is they seems like getting stronger after eating human meat. How much. I don't know. Also their healing factor belong to top tier. I witnessed a brave man and old man inflicted damage on them but healing in blink of eyes.]

I turned my eyes to corpses of people who dare to fight back. However, I chose to shook my head in disappointment. In fact, I really appreciated that they have a gut to pick a weapon to resist. What I'm disappointed is that their effort is wasted like garbage.

[Also. I think I am the last one to survive in this place. ]

I witnessed their slaughter. Women and children took an initiative to run into forest but bear no fruit. Their corpses were piling in mountain before me. Their face is full of horror and despair.

[If I run like them, I may be joined with them. This is the first time I learnt what is true despair and fear. The first time I really feel powerless. If I say how I feel last world, I only feel subtly fear and despair.]

I want to sneer because of this horrible smell but the situation didn't allow me to do that. First, the place that I hid is very special. Second, their hearing skill is very sensitive. I only took a sneer with my hands holding my mouth, they turned their head towards me. Only one second. From that moment, I learnt how to silence.

[While I was waiting, I also came up a compare. If I create armor, can I defeat them. The answer is Yes. Just a farm tool, it can inflict wound on them so modern weapon can do it better. The only remain task is explore their witness. I guess I will catch the weakest and then. Experiment.]

Knowledge is power, I was taught this by old commander.

[I also think some counter. For their healing factor, I think I can use radioactive element to counter it. I'm sure it will be effective but the problem is radioactive is very dangerous. I think I can't handle this element but I may find a way in future]

I nodded in satisfaction. Nonetheless, I will do it after they leave this place. I can wait in here for 2 days. Unless, they make this place into their nest, I don't have any word to describe my feelings. Just hope that they don't do it.

I closed my eyes. Ready to sleep to pass day.

"I smell human's scene."

"Yeah me too. That girl's smell smelt. I never forget it."

"It's so close. So close."

Hearing that voice, I opened my eyes immediately. I can see they make the distance closer to me.

[Open diary. New chapter.]

I took a deep breath before writing my thought. In this kind of situation, I can only do one thing.

[Please god. Don't let them come here. I'm friendly and obedient. I beg you. Do something to them.]

"We're so close" he licked his own face with long tongue.

"And where it could be"

Yes, that's right. I was hiding in human's shit hole. If you ask me why I can do this, then I will explain like this. When instinct to survive took precedence over honor, they will do anything even dirty thing to survive. And I was one of this case.

I can see his hands closer to me. I can only watch with trepidation.

Suddenly, his hands stopped. I watched his nail with widened eyes.

Far off, there is a shadow of person moving towards them, Demon.

"Who is he?"

"Human. There is an another fool human giving life. How convenient."

"He is mine. Don't touch it."

I can hear the acrimonious conservation between demon. A demon approached him.

"You. Weak human. Ready to jump into my stomach. Haha" he laughed maniac with his face facing the sky.

The person that they say is human. Didn't do anything. He was just standing there. If I were a normal person, I would tell that he is stupid or confused but I had an experience of fighting. I know he was not simple. Despite the fact that the village was massacred, his eyes told the difference.

He was just assessing the situation. I could see that he exulted a strange aura.

After assessing, he slowly closed his eyes and his hands touched the handle of sword.

He drew the sword revealing the high quality sword. Even in the night shrouded with darkness, the sword is still shining. My eyes glued on that shiny sword.

He put up an attack stance.

"What are you going to do. Lowly human"

"I think he want to revenge the villagers"

"Hmph, stupid meat doesn't know their place"

Eventually, those 2 demon who were near me also joined the bickering.

"That's mine"

"Go away. I can't bear with your attitude anymore."

[Dear diary. Chapter 3]

[God doesn't exist but hero exists. I assume.]

[By the way, look like I'm saved from recent crisis and now I just hope that young man doesn't die.]

Writing those line in brain, I came up a idea. Why don't I run away while their attention is on that young man.

After considering, I still chose no. Because even I ran away, they will notice something abnormal. By smelling, they will eventually find me. Waiting here is not different from waiting death. If that young man is dead, they will continue finding me. I do this cause I believe in young man.

"Go. Kill them" I cheered him in slow voice as much as possibly.

He disappeared in a blink of eye.

In one second, 4 demon were kill instantly. Their head were flying in the air.

I dropped jaw when seeing this.

"Holy fuck. He is too strong" I exclaimed.

"WOOHOO. My life is assurance"

Their body were dropped to ground one by one together with their head.

"Samurai at this era is op. Why I don't know this."

Even their head were separated from body, they still can talk.

"Lowly human. You dare doing this to me"

"I will eat you to the bone."

[As I had expected, even beheading their head doesn't work.]

I continued watching. Even so, he still kept looking them with cold eyes.

"I will show the true power of me. Prepare to die."

"Just a little more, I can go up to upper moon" another head added.

Immediately, their head fused with their body. They became a lump of meat.

That lump revealed 16 eyes on it. I looked into those eyes. My back was chilled when doing so.

"Show me what you got" its voice sounded like 4 people speaking at same time.

The lump was gradually formed into one being. 4 arms, 16 eyes, bipedal, muscle bigger and stronger.

After completing transformation, it swung its arm towards man's position without hesitation.

The ground was shock, the dust was flying. However, that man was no longer there.

I took a quick glance and found him standing on the house.

"Still alive. Good. It will be bored if you die so soon." it leaped towards him. Smashing the house where he was standing.

I watched with great shock. This time I found him on the ground.

"His skills is far than me. I just like a little child if I compare to him" I made a short comparative between me and him. To be honest, he was far better than me on everything.

"He make me feel shame on my sword skill." I can only cried inwardly.

"Is that your power? I will end you soon." his aura was changed. He put up a stance.

"What can you do, mobile meat?"

It attacked him from the sky.

"Tenth form: Constant Flux." the mysterious samurai said.

He dashed forwards in incredible speed leaving behind a trace of water. A flow of water gradually condensed into dragon.

I was in great shock and that demon too.

Flash. He appeared behind the demon.

"12 consecutive slashes"

12 cut appeared on demon. A flow of blood gushed out like a fountain.

"No. It can't be. I don't want to die" I watched that demon slowly becoming dust.

He calmly sheathed his sword into cane.

I was still in jaw drop.

"That's it. It was killed"

An invincible monster that I thought can't be kill was killed right in front of me.

"That's a coolest move that I have ever seen."

He assessed the situation. Seeing the demon was killed, he slowly turned ready to leave.

"Wait. He's ready to leave." I was waked up back to reality.

"Quick. I must beg him become my master" yeah, it's not like you will see master like this everyday.

I crawled through the hole and made a beeline to him.

"Wait. My benefactor. Can you slow down? I have a word want to say." I shouted out while running to him.

He seemed to be heard my voice. He turned back.

"You turn back. Good. Thank you" I stood in front of him.

I exhaled heavily because I ran with all my strength while he walked very fast.

His face frowned.

I knew why he is frowned. If I were in his place, I would do the same.

Cause my body was covered with shit smell. I was hiding in shit hole for several hours. Now I smelt like shit. Even I disgusted myself which I will never do. I know first impression is important but he walked so fast. I don't even have time to wash my body.

"What you want to say" he made eye contact while using his hand to block his nose.

"I…" I cried inwardly.

"I want to kill Demon. Please accept me."
