Ever since Primis came into this world, he had been focusing on two weapons who would take care of most of his enemies.
They were Herrscher of the Void and Herrscher of the Thunder.
Now's the time for this world to experience the strength of a Herrscher. The beings that dwelled in his Crown.

Herrscher of the Thunder steeped forward and stood in front of Primis.
ZAP!!
Raiden Ei tensed up and held her katana Musou Isshin tightly because with her centuries of battle experience along with Herrscher's pressure, she could that the person in front of her was extreme strong.
Not only that, but she also felt threatened from the sparks of red lightning that were occasionally appearing around Herrscher.
If someone in this world heard that the Electro Archon, God of Thunder was afraid of thunder than they will start laughing and would treat it as a funniest joke.
It's like saying fish was frightened of the very water it was swimming in.
Raiden Ei: Just who are you? Are you from Celestia?
She asked while gritting her teeth. Though that's a passable theory since she had never seen or heard of a person with such strong lightning before. Hence, the only answer would be all mysterious Celestia. The place where Heaven Principles live.
Nevertheless, her question fell on deaf ears since Herrscher of the Thunder was looking at her with same blank expression as before.
Primis: Don't kill her. She is still a use to me.
Herrscher of the Thunder nodded before red lightning gathered in her hand.
ZAP!!
CRACKLE!!
In the next moment, a Katana materialized in her right hand, and she moved.
SWOOSH!
SLASH!!
CLANG!!
BANG!!!
The Two Katanas collide a shockwave was released that destroyed the entire cave.

Outside the people who had come to pray at the Grand Narukami Shrine were shocked that the entire mountain was shaking.
Some of them walked over to the edge, looked down only to see bolts of thunder coming out of the middle-top section of the mountain.
CRACKLE!!
BURST!!
ZAP!!
They were baffled and started wondering what was going on.
Suddenly the gate of Shrine opened, and someone walked out.
The person was wearing a unique and stylized variation of clothing inspired by the colors of a shrine priestess' traditional outfit, including a sleeveless hakui robe and sandals. She wore a golden head accessory accompanied by matching golden earrings. The right earring contained an Electro Vision wrapped in a complex drop-shaped piece and decorated by a small fan-shaped accessory at the bottom. The earrings are attached to her ears by diamond-shaped studs.
Noticing her, people turned and looked at her with respect.
Civilian 1: Lady Y-Yae...
Yes, this was a maiden that overseed the Grand Narukami Shrine and was a kitsune. Yae Miko.
Nodding her head at the people, she also walked to the edge and looked down.
Seeing the thunder that was devastating the mountain, she frowned.
'Yae Miko: That is Ei's thunder. Who is she fighting?'
However, her thoughts got cut short when she saw that lightning was coming upward.
Yae Miko: Everyone, stay away from the cliff!
She shouted as the entire mountain shook violently.
BOOM!!!!!!!!!!
Then there was an explosion, and the entire Grand Narukami Shrine was destroyed.
And since she was too late to warn people, most of them fell from the mountain to their death.
CLING!!
CLANG!!
CLING!!
BANG!!
People then saw two figures exchanging blows with each other, one wearing red armor while the other was in kimono.
They recognized their Electro Archon right away. But they didn't get the chance to think about something else.
CLING!!
BANG!!
Another thunder shockwave was released from their clash.
Witnessing this, they were certain that they would die and closed their eyes.
Fortunately, in the last second, Yae Miko released her power and made a barrier to protect them.
CRACK!!
SHATTER!!
But that barrier got shattered after stopping a single shockwave.
Yae Miko: Bleurg!!
THUD!!
The kitsune vomited blood and fell on her knees with a pale face. She was jolted when she realized that Ei was using her full strength. The last time Ei used her full strength was in the Archon War.
Civilian 2: Noo!!!!
Civilian 3: Help!!!
Civilian 4: Ahh!!!
Because the barrier was no longer protecting them, people got hit by the thunder and got burnt to crisp.
Yae Miko condition was also getting worse as she was getting hit by those shockwaves. The reason why she was still alive was thanks to her strong lineage. Though, it would also fail her if she kept on getting hit by them.
Still, Herrscher or Ei didn't care about what's going on around them. Their focus was completely on each other.
In other times, Ei would realize that her friend Miko was near and would have tried to do something to protect her. This time she couldn't because not only was she going all out but also, she couldn't even afford to blink.
CLING!!

BANG!!

BOOM!!

It wasn't long before the entire Mt. Yougou got destroyed.
The only person remained alive was Yae Miko and she also wasn't far off from death.
{Primis: Throw her away.}

Receiving the command, Herrscher deflected Ei attack again and did a cut even faster than Ei could comprehend.
SLASH!!
SPLURT!!
Ei: !!!!!!!!!
Electro Archon widened her eyes as a deep diagonal cut appeared on her body and blood gushed out of it.
She was also propelled out of the mountain due to the force behind it.
Herrscher followed and appeared above her before delivering an attack that smashed Ei on the island below.
SLASH!!
FWOOSH!!!
BANG!!!
The entire Narukami Island trembled fiercely as cracks started to appear all over the island. This also led to an earthquake which shook the entire Inazuma altogether.
Now, people from other islands of Inazuma also turned their attention towards Narukami Island.
While they were thinking that their God was angry or something, the very God was currently lying in a middle of giant crater.
Two extreme deep slashes were on her body right now. Blood was releasing from them non-stop.
Ei: Aa..ah...
She was shivering in agony and was having a hard time getting up.
Still, she gathered her courage and raised her body somehow. Though she was using her sword to support herself.
TIK!!
TAK!!
TIK!!
TAK!!
Hearing this sound, she raised her head and saw Herrscher standing in front of her.
She looked down on Ei, extended her hand forward and grabbed her neck before raising her up.
Ei: Aa...
Soon Ei's feet left the ground as she struggled to break free.
BAM!
POW!
Ei kicked Herrscher's head and punched her arm, yet Herrscher remained as unfazed as ever.
Seeing that it was not working, Ei raised her Musou Isshin and slashed at Herrscher uncovered bare arm.
DING!
But in the next moment, Ei appalled when she saw that her sword can't even penetrate through the skin of Herrscher.
'Ei: T-This is...not possible. Even God will get injured if attacked by Musou Isshin.'
Herrscher ignored Ei's shocking look and gathered her red lightning in her hand. And then...
RUBLE!!
CRACKLE!!
BOOM!!!!!!
Ei: ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A heart-wrenching scream of Raiden Ei echoed.
It was so excruciating and loud that it was heard all over the Inazuma.
People stopped whatever they were going as their face paled and chest became heavy when they heard such agonizing wail of their God.
Ei was being electrocuted from every part of her body and the pain was too much for even her to bear.
While she was being tortured by red lightning, Primis was looking at her and his Herrscher atop the now destroyed Mt. Yougou.
He was pondering about something.
'Primis: Hmmmm.........I completely forgot how much Herrschers love inflicting pain on others. Since I told her not to kill Ei, she decided to torment her.'
After screaming non-stop for some time, Ei's voice started to die down.
Noticing that if she continues Ei will die or had a mental breakdown, Herrscher stopped.
CLING! CLANG!
Ei went limp in Herrscher hand and let go of her Musou Isshin.
Her almost empty eyes were looking at the sky. Never did she imagine that one day she would be hurt by lightning itself.
The red lightning of Herrscher of the Thunder was not as simple as it appeared. It's of the higher order since it contained the power of laws itself. Something one would only be eligible to when he/she entered the ranks of Dimensional Gods.
Seeing that there was no point continuing, Herrscher let go of her.
THUD!!
Ei fell on the ground. Her body was still shivering from the aftermath of the torture she went through. She experienced the pain in all her bones, organs, nerves, and brain altogether.
Herrscher gave her one last glance before she turned and walked away.
Ei couldn't do anything other than laying on the ground and look at Herrscher's departing figure.
'Ei: In the end...I am not strong enough to even stop someone who is taking the last piece of you away............I am sorry, Makoto.'
Just when Ei was about to close her eyes and give up, the Musou Isshin started shining.
Widening her eyes, Ei gathered her remaining will and courage and grabbed it.
RUMBLE!!!
Thunder rumbled in the sky as Ei could feel her strength returning. No, it far surpassed her previous one.
A huge pillar of purple thunder rose in the sky for everyone to see as Ei stood up.
Herrscher also stopped and glanced back at Ei who was currently bathing in the thunder pillar and was holding her Musou Isshin with her both hands.
She was looking at Herrscher with eyes full of determination.
Then she raised Musou Isshin over her head and concentrated all her power into it.
RUMBLE!!!
ROAR!!
The black clouds covered the sky as the lightning roared.
Ei then took a deep breath and released her strongest move.
Ei: Musou no Hitotachi.
The pillar of thunder fell at Herrscher who didn't show any change of expression till the end.
And then...
Primis: That's enough.
SLASH!!
BOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A huge thunder explosion occurred before the entire island got split in two.
But there was something unexpected. Something that shocked Ei to her very core.
Musou no Hitotachi landed not on Herrscher but the person that appeared in front of her. And that person stopped Ei's strongest move using just his finger.
It was the island behind Primis that got split in two. While both Primis and Herrscher remained unscathed.
Ei: That's i-i-i-i-impossible.
Primis: Girl, you have no idea what's possible.
At this moment, Ei blood turned cold all of sudden. Fear appeared in her eyes and dread gripped her heart as she saw something extremely terrifying. Something that sent a chill down her very being.
THUD!!
THUD!!
Both Herrscher of the Thunder and Ei kneeled all of sudden. Herrscher because of respect and reverence while Ei out of terror.
She saw Primis eyes which were glowing red in color. Yes, you heard it right. It was red instead of blue and both eyes were glowing. Those eyes matched the thing she saw a year ago. Something no one in the Teyvat could ever forget. As if to confirm her thoughts, she saw the illusion of the very thing behind Primis.
The Crimson Moon.
Primis decided to ignore Ei for now and turn his attention to something else. Musou Isshin that he took from Ei just now.
His red eyes looked at the sword for a moment and he found the thing he was looking for.
He then took out a purple orb from the Musou Isshin. The orb was very similar to what he found in the cave beneath the Shrine.
He nodded his head inwardly since this was also what he needed and threw the sword near Ei.
CLING! CLANG!
Even after all this Ei remained motionless since she knew she couldn't do anything in Primis' presence.
Primis: We are done.
He said as space ripped and a wormhole appeared.
Primis gave one last glance to Ei and the people who appeared sometime ago and were watching from distance before entering portal.
Herrscher of the Thunder also stood up and followed. Upon her entering, the portal vanished, leaving the entire Inazuma in silence and dread.
