CHAPTER - 6 { City Mall }

Early morning the next day, after having my breakfast I stepped out of the Hero Association Headquarters.

I left Mjolnir back in my room since I saw no need for it for now. The stronger monsters should be appearing in later years.

My hands alone were more than enough to squeeze those small monsters.

"Sir Thor, let me take you to the best shopping mall in the city!"

My guide, Jake, said with a clear voice. He was excited to show me the city. My fake story of coming to this world had spread among the workers and staff.

Almost everyone knew that I was a 'God' from another world. As for who made me a 'God', I didn't care.

They all believed that I was the real Thor from the Norse mythology.

"Sir, please."

Jake gestured for me to get in a luxurious Rolls-Royce Phantom. It was my first time getting in one, so I was curious about the interior.

"It's very comfortable."

I was surprised that the car had more than enough space for me. I was 2.25 meters in height and very heavy.

"Thank you, sir. It's our honor."

Jake got in and smiled. The car drove smoothly on the road as I gazed out of the window.

Tall buildings, beautiful parks, busy people and hundreds of shops. City A was very big.

City Mall.

On the fifth floor, there was a ruckus.

"Haha! Look at me! See these!"

A huge muscular naked man, without any genitalia, tightened his arms and showed off his biceps.

"Ahh! Monster! A monster!"

"Damn it! How could one come here? Where's the heroes?"

People were in distress as they ran and created distance from the naked man. Girls and women partially covered their faces in embarrassment .

"Hey you! Go away from here!"

Two courageous security guards rushed forward and ordered the naked man in front of all the people.

In their minds, they were no less than heroes. They might even get an increase in their salaries.

BAM!

Right before everyone's eyes, the naked man stretched out his arms and grabbed the two security guards.

With just little pressure, the two guards had their heads crushed into paste, instantly killing them as the result.

"Ahhh!"

"Help! Monster!"

"Run!"

Only now did everyone understand the gravity of the situation. Their lives were in serious danger.

"Hah hah hah! My muscles are big! They have mass! The greater the mass, the greater force of attraction! Watch me! Look at me!"

The naked man threw the dead bodies and clenched his fists. Then he started doing poses to show his muscles.

"Look! There's someone behind that monster!"

A man in the crowd shouted loudly and gathered everyone's eyes. They all found that a taller man with long red hair in light blue clothes, stood behind the monster.

"Huh?"

The naked muscular man, the monster, was confused and puzzled. He turned his head and saw that someone was behind.

And that individual was even taller than him by far. The monster raised his head and saw two black eyes with greenish-yellow pupils glaring at him.

Exactly at that moment, when the monster's eyes made contact with Thor's, the monster felt fear.

Menacing Aura, a god's ability. Thor had a naturally menacing aura and presence that brought fear into anyone he glared at.

His aura was so menacing that it frightened and caused the normally calm and collected Brunhilde to lose her cool in the manga, Record of Ragnarok.

"I-I"

In front of the Norse mythology god, the monster couldn't even mutter a word properly.

Thor moved his left hand and grabbed the monster by his neck, then he applied strength in his fingers.

"Ahge!"

SNAP!

'Ah, I killed it.'

Thor released his hand and let the monster's dead body fall on the cold floor. It was quiet for a second.

Immediately, the very next moment people rejoiced.

"Wow!"

"He killed the monster so easily!"

"So handsome!"

"Isn't he the new S-Class Rank 4 hero, God Thor?"

"Yes! It's him! Please give me an autograph, hero!"

…

I looked down at the crowd that surrounded me. Most were women, who tried to touch me but were afraid that I would become angry.

"Excuse me! Please move!"

Jake pushed his way through the crowd and came to my side. He took a deep breath and announced.

"Everyone! Please don't disturb, sir Thor. He is here for shopping! The monster has been killed and the situation is all cleared. Then please!"

A few staff came and helped Jake in clearing the path for me. I glanced around the people once, then walked towards the upper floors.

I felt a little weird. Those two security guards, I could have saved them if I wanted to.

I just had to rush and slam the monster to a pulp which would kill it directly.

But I was so focused on watching that I didn't react in time. Was my god mentality kicking in? A human life was no more than an ants?

"Haa…"

I sighed and pushed those thoughts in the backroom of my brain.

Whatever it was, I finished the monster and concluded any further deaths, and saved the people's asses.

"Would you like to eat something, sir?"

Jake asked. I nodded and he led me to a restaurant. The menu had everything I always wanted to eat.

"Get me a lot."

I had to keep my image as an otherworldly for now and act as if these were new things.

"Okay."

Jake went to the counter to order.

In the meantime I pondered what I should do today. Movie? Random exercise? Or try to meet other heroes?

I noticed that the customers in the restaurant were all looking at me. Some made videos while others clicked photos.

I guess an S-Class hero was popular. Still, no one approached me openly or tried to make conversation.

Most probably not sure about my personality. The crowd from before were too excited to think beforehand so they got near.

Even then they did not dare to touch or irritate me.

"I will get used to this in some months."

The food came in time. Jake must have hurried the staff to rush my order before others.

The table was filled with various fast foods and drinks. I picked a pizza slice and put it in my mouth. The warm and tasty favors poured in me like a river.

Jake maintained a professional character, he stood near me and was always alert. His glares stopped many people from continuing to record me.

Unknowingly, I had eaten everything. In spite of that my stomach could handle more food.

I could go days without eating or resting because of the god's body. And my mental health was also perfect everyday.

"Sir Thor, was the food good?"

"Yes, it was nice. I will try them again sometime."

"You can just ask, I will have them delivered to your room immediately."

Jake smiled and responded with great skills to make a good impression on me. I nodded my head and got up from the chair.

Outside the restaurant, people had gathered. Jake called the staff and had these people cleared quickly.

Together with him, I went to other floors and visited many different stores.

Bought a few clothes and snacks.

The entire day we traveled from one location to another for sightseeing. I enjoyed the day.
