Open When You've Had A Bad Day

Virgil shut his door and face-planted on his bed. He's been having a terrible day so far and doesn't want to hear anything from the others or Thomas for the rest of the day.

He looked at the satchel and picked it up. He dumped out the cards and looked through them. He stopped at one that said 'Open when you've had a bad day'.

"Just what I need," Virgil muttered and opened it.

'Dear Virgil,

You're having a bad day, right? I assume that's why you opened this. To get your mind off of this terrible day, come to my room, for I have a surprise.

'A surprise?' Virgil thought. He walked out of his room and to Roman's. He knocked on the door and Roman answered.

"Greetings, Virgil! What brings you here?" Roman asked and flashed Virgil a smile. Virgil blushed and showed him the card. "Oh right, come in. Sit on my bed."

Virgil walked in and sat on the Prince's bed. Roman walked over to his DVD shelf.

"Which one?" He asked.

"What?" Virgil asked, confused.

"Which Disney movie?" He cleared.

"It doesn't matter..." Virgil muttered. Roman smiled and picked one. Virgil looked closely and saw that it was 'The Black Cauldron'. Virgil smiled but hid it with his hand.

Roman put the movie in and joined Virgil on the bed.

It was almost the end of the movie when Virgil started feeling tired. He leaned his head on Roman's shoulder. Roman responded by putting his arm around Virgil's waist.

"You can go to sleep Virgil. I'll be right here when you wake up." Roman whispered in Virgil's ear.

"Thank you, Princey..." Virgil said before closing his eyes.
