Meeting the Queen of Elves(4)

Everyone in the hall was silent. They could not believe that this young man would care for his gold coins instead of his life. Isn't he afraid that if he tried to use the princess as a bargaining chip, he would anger the queen!

"You're quite funny kid. To think you would care for coins instead of your life, how foolish." The dark elf said to Kreo in disdain.

"You two, go ahead and free the princess. I will take care of this foolish kid myself." She said as she ordered the two male elf who nodded at her. The two dissappear in thin air leaving Kreo, the maid and the dark elf alone.

"Kid answer me, why did you believe that just because you saved the princess, Her Highness would listen to your plea?"

Her question wasn't answered as Kreo activated 『Invisibility』 and 『Phantom Movement』in front her own eyes.

"Coward!" She spat out angrily as she frantically look for any sign of where he escaped. Seeing that her prey had disappeared, she rushed towards the maid and knocked her out with the handle of her saber.

She too disappeared, not even bothering to clean up the mess they did

Meanwhile, Kreo was now in front of the hidden room behind the throne. As he was not wearing any armor, he can see the white diamond mark in his right palm.

'That was close! Great, I lost the chance of using the elf princess. Twin Star Kingdom is doomed.'

He lamented at the fact that he acted quite rashly and did not try to flatter the dark elf first.

'Hahh...how troublesome. And to think I wanted my thousands of gold this early.'

Opening up the Friend Panel from the system, he clicked on Leon Parom. He sent a message that states....

[Kreo: Leon, I don't know if war will break out. So just in case, I want you three to register our guild in other kingdom of your choice. I will go there when I have time.]

[Leon: I will follow your order, Guild Leader.]

After reading Leon's reply, Kreo closed the panel and walked into the wall. The passage behind it was barely three meters in width, making it so that only one person can enter.

At the end of the passage, Kreo saw a relatively small room made with grey bricks. On the middle was a brown pedestal with a book and a blue crystal on top.

He then used 『Appraisal』.

Genesis annoyed voice reach him, who was annoyed that Kreo was belittling his own bloodline.

[If you use that thing as the foundation, you might be able to create the fire bird bloodline, earth bird bloodline and the other elements as well. Well forget that for now and check the book.]

[Don't bother to learn it now. Do it after the war. Go to Death Forest, North East of Twin Star Capital. Hurry up and you will see something good.]

Genesis said to him making him curious.

Storing them in his [Inventory], Kreo exited the secret room.

Following what his father said, Kreo departed from Twin Star Capital as he rushed towards the North East.

It took him an hour to to reach the forests, making him frown.

The trees were black instead of brown, with it's dried leafs as well. Overall, the whole forests was gloomy.

Just by looking at this already gave him some creepy vibes. Shrugging it off, he entered the forests.

"Ho? I wonder who is brave enough to enter my domain?"

A melodious yet dangerous voice sounded in the whole forest.
