Child Emperor gulped again and looked at my eyes.

"I... I was just kidding, Alright," He said and turned around, hiding his quivering lips, "Anyway, Don't cause any more trouble in City Y or else I might have to deal with you,"

With that, He left.

"Who was that guy?" Anna asked while tilting her head, cutely.

"I don't know, Maybe some underage kid trying to be a hero," Tero said with a smile, "When I was his age, I was going to middle school,"

"Yeah, Yeah, Where did you say you wanted to take me," Anna said while clinging to Tero's arm.

"My Villa isn't far from here, Let's go and i'll get you some good food," Tero said.

"Yes, Good food!" She exclaimed and rubbed her cheek against my cheek.…

CITY Z

One A-rank hero and two B-rank heroes surrounded the Purple Piccolo and looked at him decisively.

"I am Black Storm, Class A hero, Rank 50," The 1st A rank hero said with a smirk as he summoned a Rain cloud that covered the entire city.

"Is your power used to summon Rain clouds?" Vaccine Man asked with a sigh, "That's a very useless ability,"

Black Storm felt his heart break when Vaccine Man uttered those words, The B rank heroes gritted their teeth and held their weapons, An Iron bat and a Red racket.

"RACKET SMASH!!!"

"BATON BREAKER!"

They shouted and unleashed their attacks at the same time on Vaccine Man, A direct hit!Or so they thought.

A barrier made of pure energy blocked their attacks, Not like they could harm him though. Vaccine Man sighed again.

"After gaining this much power, All Humans will be eradicated," Vaccine Man said and kicked the two of them.

CRACK!

CRACK!

All the bones in their body shattered and their heads flew out of the bodies, They were decapitated. Black Storm widened his eyes in shock and looked at the monster in front of him.

Saitama squatted next to his pot plant and brought out his watering can.

"I'm going to water you now," He said and poured the water onto the plant gently.

Suddenly, The sky began to darken and rain dropped down.

"That rain cloud came out of nowhere," Saitama said, "It could be a Monster or something related to a monster,"

He stared at the center of the city and sighed deeply.

"Or it could just be my imagination," Saitama said, "Yes, It must be my Imagination, Rain clouds can't be started by Monsters,"

Saitama entered his house and plopped on the bed, He slept off.…

"Argh!" Black Storm groaned as Vaccine man groped his throat.

"Hah, Are you one of the best things that the Human race has to offer?" Vaccine Man asked.

'I won't... I won't give in,' Black Storm thought as he gripped Vaccine Man's hand with his own.

"I'll end you, even if it means that I have to take myself along with you," Black Storm said, His body glowed in a golden light.

"LIGHTNING FLASH!!!" He shouted and the rain cloud unleashed a massive bolt of lightning that threatened to consume the two of them.Vaccine Man merely looked at the bolt of lightning and smiled.

"Nature does not follow commands from you," He said as he snapped his fingers. The bolt of lightning stopped in place and vanished.

"What did you do?" Black Storm asked, He barely had any breath left in him.

"I control and command Nature and all of the things that fall under it, Humans are scum and must be destroyed," Vaccine Man said, tightening the grip that he had on Black Storm's neck.A machine tentacle collided with Vaccine Man sending him flying through three buildings.

"Who saved me?" Black Storm asked as he struggled to get up, He looked at the hero that saved him in the face and smiled brightly.

"Child Emperor," He said.

Child Emperor was wearing his newest creation, The Octopi Suit, A Machine version of the Octopus. Looking at it more, He looked like Iron Spider...

"Get away from here," Child Emperor said and Black Storm nodded, He ran off.

Just in time too, Vaccine Man suddenly appeared and cracked his knuckles.

"You are worse than a Human, A Machine..." Vaccine Man was saying but was interrupted by Child Emperor.

"100% ENERGY BLAST CANNON!" He shouted and a huge machine cannon formed above his suit out of nothing. It emmited a bright red light and shot out a powerful beam of energy...Vaccine Man smiled and then raised his hand.

"Watch and Learn," Vaccine Man said while hitting the beam away, The beam hit a building.

BOOM!!

!A huge explosion sounded around Z City.
