Chapter 2 : Awakening

5 Years later...

In a simple house in Foosha village, a family of 5 can be seen sitting at a table having a fun time. These five are Coby, Hina, Makino, Shanks, and User0192.

Today was User0192's birthday. Out of the two brothers, the youngest one hasn't been named by their parents nor their guardian. In fact, whenever they tried thinking about it, something bad happens.

The first time it happened, Hina suddenly slipped on a banana peel.

The second time it happened, Coby suddenly peed his pants.

The third and last time, before they gave up, Shanks suddenly slept next to a doll and started kissing it. The two adults felt shivers and jolt at the same time looking at it so they just let the baby be.

Eventually, the baby was being called as User0129. They had no idea when it happened, how it happened, or what does the name even mean. But they just took it as it is.

"Mom. Today is my birthday and you promised me to answer any question I asked." The birthday boy asked before blowing away the cake in front of him.

"Of course baby. Anything you asked, just for today. I promised." Hina said to the birthday boy before resolving herself. She regretted promising him on answering any question on his birthday. Mainly because she knew they aren't ready to know who their real parents are. But a promise is a promise and she hopes that it won't bring them trouble.

You may ask why shouldn't she just lie to them? Well, she got cursed when she was little by a witch. Whenever she lies, she losses a part of her heart. She was given three chances to lie and she already used up two.

[A/N: Woah there. Setting up a big flag there... Foreshadowing intensifies woo~~]

The birthday boy's brother, Shanks, was especially excited as well, so is Makino. Kids are curious creatures and having a Q/A session with their parents may quench their thirst for curiosity.

"Ok..." User0192 said while looking above, hoping that something will pop out in the air. "Ah! I got one. Why did mom name Shanks as Shanks?" User0192 said with glee.

After hearing the question, Hina was relieved. "Hmm, your mom really liked to have a knife in her pocket at all times. Since your mom likes it so much she named her son Shanks." Hina said with confidence. "Okay. That's your first question okay?" Hina said with a grin of a fox.

"What--? That's unfair. Okay then, why did mom named me User0192?" The birthday boy asked disapprovingly. He wasn't told that there would be a limit as the how much he can ask.

After a while, he didn't get any response from his mom. He got worried so he suddenly looked down, towards his parents. They were all smiling... that's it. They were all looking at him without any motion, even a tinge of muscle.

Suddenly, a massive screen suddenly pops up in front of him. Almost instantaneously, his memories from his previous like came back.

After the boy's memories came back, he suddenly remembered everything about him, and the lists that is being shown in front of him. These lists are characters for a game called League of Legends.

However, the boy, or now Lee, ignored the Interface as he started looking around him, disbelievingly. Lee repeatedly pinches his cheeks, thinking that it could be just a dream. However, he felt pain. His heart started to beat fast as he was too excited. After a couple of moments, he calmed down and finally started to focus on the interface in front of him.

Looking at the list, he was excited. Although Lee had no clue what in the world are inheritance, he could infer that it relates to the champion's abilities.

After scrimming to the lists hundreds, if not thousands of times, he still could not pick. Suddenly, he remembers the memories of his current life. For one, his body, or the previous owner, is very smart. Just by taking small clues, he already knew that the two adults in front of him are not his real parents.

He also knows that Hina knows that he knew that she knew that... wait. Yes, they both know what's up. However, the owner of this body is still childish as added to the fact that he was planning to ask it today, in front of Shanks and Makino who were oblivious to all of these.

The previous body was also gifted by an acute sense of his surroundings, kind of like a haki, and had a stupidly good vision. It was like the body was a cheat. The good news in all of these is that he now owns this body. Meaning, he would have these cheat-like gifts.

Another thing to take note of is that the village he was residing in is called Foosha Village. He recently picked up the anime, One Piece, so he knew what does the name entails. In addition, the name Shanks and Makino living in a village called Foosha... I mean who would not realize which world they are?

One Piece... Lee is going to be living in the world of One Piece where most of the story takes place in the sea. Realizing this, he selected Miss Fortune as she lived in Bilgewater...

However, as he motions his hands towards Miss Fortune, he had forgotten the difference in the size of his body from his former so he stumbles. He suddenly pressed Aphelios and as he continues to slide forward, his lips pressed [Lock In].

Fuck... Is what Lee was thinking as he continues to abuse his small body... that was hia first kiss as well.

Suddenly, the world seemed to start to move again, and his body went back into his original position before the time stopped.

"...Okay. That's your first question okay?" Hina said, grinning like a fox. Looking at this scenario, Lee immediately adapted and followed up.

"Okay, mom. How about this. I will keep the rest of my questions for next time... maybe when it's just the two of us." Lee said while whispering the last part, just barely inaudible for his siblings who are farther away to know.

Hina was shocked by hearing this statement of her son. However, she knew that kids are normally curious and she thanked the gods who had blessed his son with maturity as he didn't quench his curiosity at this time. She can already infer how sensitive his "private" question is going to be so she immediately agrees.

"Sure thing, Lee," Hina said with a gentle smile. She then started to cut the cake and handing it out to everyone.

This time, Lee was the one to be shocked. As for all this body can remember, he only remembers her calling him baby, honey, or User0192. It wasn't really a shock for Lee himself but the body suddenly felt a sudden jolt in his chest. Suddenly, everything started to turn black. He is slowly going unconscious.

[A/N: Mana and Stamina... I wanted them to be tied together. I wanted his actions to relate to his abilities. Like if he auto attacks, excessive Haki, or some stuff like those, he will lose mana and stamina together. It may sound like a nerf but if you think about it, some Animes show that excessive mana usage could lead to exhaustion or being tired. Just take it as it is if you don't like my idea then take it to the court. Bet you won't,]

[A/N: Okay I apologize for the massive notes. The agility is tied with attack speed, move speed, dodge, crit, reaction time, etc.]

[Skill Lists (Aphelios}]

- The Hitman and the Seer (Locked until level 1): Weild five weapons of different uses. (More information will be provided at level 1).

- Swap (Locked until Level 1): Swaps the five weapons. More information will be provided at level 1.

- Use (Locked until Level 2): Depending on the combination of mainhand/offhand, different effects will be triggered. (More information will be provided at level 2).

- Moonlight Sigil (Locked Until Level 6): Casts of a lunar spotlight that releases effects from the mainhand weapon. (More information will be provided at level 6).

[Weapon Effects (Unique to Aphelios)]

-Calibrum the Sniper Rifle: Bonus Damage

Abilities casts create an empowered follow-up which will always track them down until follow up is done.

-Severum the Scythe Pistol: Life Steal

Abilities casts apply increased agility

-Gravitum the Gravity Cannon: Applies Slow

Abilities casts apply slow

-Infernum the Flamethrower: Area of effect damage.

Abilities apply extra area of effect damage.

-Crescendum the Chakram: Applies extra damage through Stacks

Abilities apply stacks. There is a max of 5 stacks.

Upon seeing this information, the only thing that Lee could say is... What the fuck. To start with, he had not even tried the new champion that came out. I mean it literally came out an hour ago and when he tried to read it's stats online, he gave up as it has too much information. In fact, he had not even planned on trying him out as he looked really hard.

After the whole incident, Lee just drifted off into the space of nothingness as he sleeps peacefully at a table and his whole family in worry after seeing him suddenly collapse.
