One Piece: The Strongest Warrior

On the Summit War of Marineford, a man with a single blade in his hand stood before the entire world. "Ace, my foolish younger brother, I'm here to save you," Leo said. "Luffy, don't worry. Today I'm going to bring our brother away safely." With a single Conquer's Haki, over half of the marines all fainted to the ground. It was so strong that even the wall showed measurable cracks. He stood in front of the three admirals, saying coldly, "Borsalino, have you ever been sliced in half by a blade before?" He is the strongest warrior! The sworn brother of Ace, Sabo, and Luffy. "Leo, become my son," Whitebeard said with a proud smile. "You have the potential to be the next Pirate King!" "I don't have the strongest physique," Kaido ushered with fear. "Even my strongest attack can't make a scratch on that man's body." "He is the most perfect man ever alive," by the 'Pirate Empress' Boa Hancock, with love signs in her eyes as she ogles over Leo's wanted poster. "But that man won't even bother to give me a single glance."

With Nami

"I think his head is worth a million, so I'd you cash it in. You might be able to live off that for the rest of your life," Leo commented as he walked over to the storage room. "But I don't think Arlong would let you go even if you did gather all the money he wanted."

"What did you say!?"

But Leo didn't answer her, and instead, he went into the storage room and started to feed himself all the bread and meat with joy.

Nami tagged along behind him, "Answer me! How did you know?"

He stopped eating the meat and crackers in his hand and glanced her way with a mysterious smile on his face.

Finishing chewing up the food, he finally told her, "I have some ways of gaining intel. Although I still can't believe you would be so desperate enough to listen to the lies of a bloodthirsty pirate."

His words hit her heart at the exact spot she had been trying to avoid the entire time. And the answer he gave her was the exact words she knew which is the truth.

"I…don't…." She tried to make some coherent sentences to express a rebuttal. Though deep in her heart, she probably knew it was the truth.

"You're smart enough to know that in this world, people will only respect power," Leo added coldly. He watched as Nami's eyes glanced down on the floor. Trying to desperately cling to her past beliefs that perhaps Arlong would keep the end of his promise.

"If you have all that money, I suggest you hire a pirate hunter or someone strong," Leo said to her. Then, he walked out to the top of the ship through the ladder.

When they got on top, Nami saw all the blood on the floor with her eyes. The heads of the dead men with their eyes still wide.

The smell of blood was in the air. It is a disgusting smell, especially the smell of dead people.

She asked him one last time, and he could hear the boiling cling for hope in her voice, "I don't know where to find someone like that. The fishermen are too strong…Nobody can stand a chance against them."

He looked straight at her and said with a smile on his lips. Then, he points his index finger to himself, "Have you forgotten about me? Am I not that someone who could stand up to Arlong?"

"Arlong is not like these pirates," Nami said with seriousness written on her face. "He has a bounty of 20 million! Do you know what that means?"

"20 million, huh? Maybe he is good enough to be cut by my knife then, haha," Leo says with interest. He had been searching for a good opponent. "How far away till I get to sharpen my blade?"

Name is left speechless by the confidence of the man that stands before her. Yet, he possesses a powerful aura, a certain presence that makes her want to rely on him and believe in him.

That presence doesn't belong to Conquer's Haki; it is simply the presence of Leo's character and ambition. But, for some reason, Nami feels like she has to play this bet even if she doesn't know anything about him.

"You can't be serious?" Nami asked with a smile as her eyes twinkled.

"Oh, I'm quite serious, haha," Leo said to her back with a confident grin. "I can't wait to beat that guy's ass. Especially for making you cry."

Nami smiled, and happy tears guided down her face as she looked at him. Then, finally, he came up close and put his large hand on top of her head.

He smiled warmly, "Now, let's throw these smelly pirates' bodies over the water."

Nami stopped crying after hearing him say that and smiled even wider as she wiped her tears away.

That night she watched Leo concentrate on his sword practice in silence as the ship sailed calmly on the seawater. It was already getting quite late at night.

The moonlight shines down a large spot on the dark sea, which is quite mesmerizing. She sits in one of the spots at the edge of the ship and seems to be in deep thought.

Her orange hair moved in the wind. She looked over at Leo, and her lips carried a smile. It is a mystery what is going on inside her mind, Leo put his sword back to the spot behind his b, practicing his weapon's final slice. And noticed that Nami was glancing in his direction.

And when their eyes met, she quickly averted her eyes away. He walked over and put his hand on her head, which caused Nami to blush a little, "I'm going to go to sleep now. You also shouldn't be staying up too late, Nami."

She rolled her eyes at him and joked, "I'm old enough not to need someone to tell me what to do."

"Right, okay. Goodnight, Nami," Leo said to her as he went to bed. Finally, he could find a spot where the light is quite dark to sleep—borrowing some fabric to make a simple bed for the night.

Now that his physical power is strengthened to a superhuman degree, he doesn't feel the heat or the cold similarly. It is like his body could better regulate temperature. He was able to test it out before when he swam pretty deep into the sea.

When he couldn't arrive at an island, he would sleep by floating to the ocean's top and just keep floating. So it was not too hard for him to sleep peacefully and soundly in that manner.

I'm the next couple of days, the two of them would do their own thing. Besides eating and sleeping, Leo would focus all his attention on his training. He is like an addict to training.

A workoutholic, which can't be entirely blamed on him. The sight of even a single experience point on the system would make his blood pressure go up more than killing a ship of pirates.
