"Water Behind" is a special Saint in the Old Testament of the Toaru Majutsu no Index series, possessing both the characteristics of the "Holy Mother" and the "Son of God."

Each Saint has a "stigmata," which gives them the power to conquer a city easily —equivalent to a nuclear weapon on the magic side. Among these Saints, Water Behind, by William Orwell, is particularly special.

William Orwell is also a member of the Roman Catholic Church's "God's Right Seat."
