Chapter 6

"Hey Gin, do you still want to follow a captain, who doesn't know the height of the world and doesn't even care for his crew?" asks Luffy.

Gin was very conflicted right now, he wanted to defend his don but he just couldn't get himself to do it.

"Why don't you come and join my crew?, I promise you I will be a much better captain than Don Krieg."

"But, But... " Gin stutters to find a reason to reject but even after thinking hard he couldn't find any reason to do so he finally sighs and gives up, "I will be in your care captain." Gin says.

By this time Nami had returned, she robbed the Krieg pirates clean of all monetary possessions with Usopp, Sanji, Yosaku and Jhonny's help.

Usopp even took all of don Krieg's weapons and remaining armour for study purposes and found blueprints for the armour on Krieg.

"Guys these two will be joining our crew from now onwards. This is Sanji our Chef and this Man Demon Gin formerly of Krieg pirates. So load everything up on the ship, our work here is finished."

After setting sail for a few minutes, Nami asks "So where to next Luffy?", but you could see the anxiety in her eyes, she had already collected all the money required she just had to get it to Arlong.

Seeing that it was time he called a crew meeting.

"Guys I am calling this meeting to discuss our next course plan," says Luffy

"So where are we going next Don," asks Gin

"Don't call me Don, it reminds me of Krieg call me either captain or Luffy," says Luffy while shuddering at being compared to Don Krieg.

"Nami's island is being held hostage by Arlong Pirates, but he gave Nami a chance to free her village by using 100 million berries," says Luffy and see's that Nami stiffened when he completed the sentence.

"How do you know all of this, I didn't even tell you," shouts Nami

"I have other sources for information, anyway, we will hide with Merry while Nami goes to give Arlong the money, if he honours his promise and leaves her village alone we will just kick his and claim Nami and act like we saw Nami stealing from us, if he goes back on his promise we won't need to act anyway."

"You can't do that, Arlong is too strong, he will kill you," says Nami panicked.

"Oh, is he as strong as my Grandpa?" asks Luffy

"N-No. Okay, do what you want," replies Nami and goes out onto to deck.

Sometime later, Mohmoo comes to attack the Merry. But Luffy used conqueror's Haki on it and made it tow merry on another island near the village from there they took and Nami went to her mother's house. There she collected all the money and slowly rolled it out to Arlong Park.

The crew was secretly following her from a distance. When she got to Arlong park she kept wheelbarrow full of money in front of Arlong.

Just after she kept the Money, Hatchan had brought Nezumi along to see Arlong.

"Arlong, I brought it just like you promised, 100 million Beries, Now please leave Cocoyashi village alone."

"Shahahaha, Captain Nezumi What did you come for?" asks Arlong not replying to Nami.

"I was just on my way to confiscate this gold from this thief Arlong-san, chichichichi" replies

Nezumi.

Nami's face goes pale"What do you mean confiscate my money? This is already Arlongs"

"I still didn't Accept it Nami," says Arlong with a Grin

"You, You, You planned this all along didn't you, you were never going to let me free Cocoyashi village," says Nami with anger on her face.

"Shahahahaha, What do you think? Why would I cater to the wishes of an inferior Human Being, I intended to steal the money from you all along. In this world, there is no way to keep your money while being weak. Only the strong can enjoy their Riches." says Arlong madly laughing.

"Arlong, Arlong, Arlong" screams Nami and break's down crying. "Luffy, Help me" she mutters weakly.

She suddenly feels something being pressed on to her head. When she looks up she sees Luffy putting his Hat on her.

"Of course," says Luffy. "Common Guys, it is time for an all-out battle."

Immediately the Sanji and Gin, Jump down to Luffy's Left and Right, Immediately followed by Usopp, Yosaku and Jhonny. Luffy didn't let Zoro Participate because he wanted him to rest and not aggravate his injuries.

"Yo, Your name is Arlong right?" asks Luffy.

"Yes," replies Arlong amusedly.

"I have come to Kick your ass and take Nami as my Navigator," replies Luffy.

"Oh, you weak Human's want to take on Arlong-san" Kuroobi replies.

"To prepare a fish, first descale it then, Cut open its belly and remove the organs, Next Cut off the head and neatly wash it," replies Sanji cooly.

Kuroobi has a vein bulge out hearing Sanji."What do you say we first let our crew fight it out before we begin" says Luffy to Arlong

"Shahahaha, Guys show them the power of Fishman" Laughs out Arlong.

Luffy stands to the side allowing the crew to fight. Sanji and Kuroobi attack each other while, Gin attacks Hatchi, Chew and Usoop face-off after going away from Arlong park.

Johnny and Yosaku were slowly taking on the small fry but the numbers were probably too much for them as they were slowly getting exhausted. But just as Luffy was about to interfere, A whip attacked the Fishman and pushed them back.

Luffy turned around to see Nojiko fighting. "Nojiko, what are you doing getaway, it is dangerous here," says Nami.

"Sorry Nami, but this is my fight too, I have been training so that I can take on these bastards for a long time," replies Nojiko while continuing to fight.

Meanwhile, Gin is having a hard time-fighting Hatchi. But even though he was having a hard time he was still able to gradually get the upper hand in the fight(Get it Upper Hand against Hatchi who had 6 hands). Due to growing pressure by Gin Hatchi was constantly dodging. Gin seeing this constant dodging lured Hatchi near a small rock so that the next time he would dodge he would stumble due to the rock. Taking the moment that Hatchi stumbles Gin performed his "SIlver Pendulum" attack by repeatedly barraging Hatchi's chest at the same spot and caused Hatchi to go unconscious.

Sanji was having an easy fight today, he was constantly combo attacking Kuroobi who was looking down on Sanji's Chivalry. Having no reason to jump into the water for rescuing Luffy the fight was over pretty quickly as he finished it a "Mouton Shot".

Usopp's fight had gone the same way in canon the only difference being he completed the battle with Krieg's explosive war spear. He came back running shouting that 'Captain Usopp had finished the long lipped Fishman'.

Luffy was watching all these battles and analyzing the Crews weaknesses and strengths, He even observed Usopp's battle with observation Haki. He was very impressed with Usopp's aura increasing. Seeing all his comrades falling one by one caused Arlong to get angrier and angrier. When Usopp came back he couldn't hold back anymore and shouted and attacked Luffy "You filthy human how dare you to attack us, Fishman".

Luffy kept on Dodging and was also mocking Arlong to increase his anger"Oh, I didn't that there were Fishman Tenryuubito, will you call an admiral now that we hit your friends"

"Don't compare us Fishman to those scum" shouted Arlong and started attacking more violently but it was all for nought as Luffy was dodging using Observation haki.

"Oh, How are you different then? They take tributes and kill everyone who doesn't pay tributes, you take tributes and you killed Nami's Mother for not paying it. They have slaves doing their work for them and own territories. You own all these surrounding Islands and use Humans as Slave labour for your work for Arlong park etc. They look down on Humans and you also look down on Humans. If you are not trying to emulate Tenryuubito then I am not sure what you are trying to do, because the similarities are pretty high for me."

Arlong was getting more and more agitated as Luffy kept talking and finally he shouted shut up and Jumped into the water. Luffy knew what was coming, it was the shark on darts attack. He was waiting for this attack so he could break the stupid nose of Arlong. He immediately threw his arm back into position for a red hawk and timed it exactly the moment Arlong came out of the water.

The moment Arlong came out of the water, Luffy's Haki infused red hawk hit Arlong's nose and promptly bent it and then promptly drove Arlong into the concrete Ground hard and created a huge crater with Arlong at its centre.

When he saw that Arlong was still a little conscious but slowly losing consciousness Luffy came down and whispered in Arlong's ear "You hated Tenryuubito so much that you unknowingly became them, think about this while you are in Impel Down." causing Arlong to widen his eyes and slowly lose consciousness.

"Nami you are our Nakama" shouts Luffy. Nami sobs and nods her head. Just as they were having the emotional moment, captain Nezumi who was hiding from the start of the fight took his gun and was about to shoot Gin who was not paying attention, only to be attacked by Nojiko who was paying attention to him.

"Coward aiming people at their backs" heard Nezumi in Nojiko's voice before the sweet unconsciousness took him away.
