Black Cage

Luffy looked with excitement to the egg. Everything could be in there, even a legendary or mythical Pokemon.

The egg broke and a little chubby Pokemon stood in front of them. Luffy frowned. There were so many Pokemon, but this was the one for Alvida?

"Munchlax!", the Pokemon said. Alvida frowned towards her new partner. She had a strange expression on her face.

Luffy checked the little Munchlax with his Pokedex.

In its desperation to gulp down food, it forgets about the food it has hidden under its fur.

Ability: Immunity (This Pokemon cannot be poisoned. Gaining this Ability while poisoned cures it.)

"What is wrong with this Pokemon?", Luffy asked in shock. This little guy was a walking nuke. Why did it have 'Selfdestruct' as an attack? This guy was dangerous. The nature of this Pokemon was careful, but with this attack, how could it be careful?

The second strange thing was the move 'Attract'. There are many cute and beautiful Pokemon that could make use of this move, but why Munchlax? He had to think about a huge Snorlax with this move...

[Attract: Causes the target to fall in love with the user, giving it a 50% chance to do nothing each turn. If the user and target are the same gender, or either is genderless, this move will fail. If either Pokémon leaves the field, this effect ends.]

It would be funny to see his future enemies fall in love with a fat Snorlax. He was happy that this little Pokemon was a female, but also a little bit afraid of it.

His ability was strong, too. Immunity to all poison? He wanted to see Magellan's face if he had to fight this Pokemon.

He gave Alvida a Pokeball so she could catch her new partner, but she was still frowning.

"Why is this Pokemon so... fat?", she asked.

Luffy and Ace scratched their heads. "Well, it's the nature of this Pokemon. You have to see it's evolution, it's even more-"

"UNACCEPTABLE!"

Luffy looked confused at Alvida. What was wrong with her?

"I've worked so hard to lose so much weight. In another week I will lose even more weight! How can I have a fat Pokemon like that? I will show you how to lose your weight, little girl!"

Ace and Luffy started to fear Alvida. The first thing she did with her new Pokemon was... to train it? The way Alvida trained Munchlax reminded Luffy how he trained Alvida in Loguetown. The poor Pokemon had to go through hell a couple of seconds after it was born.

"I will make sure that you will lose all of that weight!", she said and the two of them began to run through the desert.

"I don't think it is possible to make Munchlax lose weight... This..."

Luffy could say what he wanted - Alvida wouldn't listen. The two of them began to run through the desert, they even kidnapped Chansey. Alvida wouldn't accept a fat Pokemon in her team.

"I'm sorry, little Munchlax. Well, where is Chopper? We have to focus on our next egg. Dugongs! We are going towards the capital!"

In the manga, only six cities were mentioned in Alabasta. The cities were split by a huge river in the middle. On the western side of the river was Erumalu in the south, Yuba in the middle and Rainbase in the north.

On the eastern side of the river were Nanohana and Katorea in the south, and the capital Alubarna in the north.

Crocodile and his crew were in Rainbaise on the western side, while the Rebel Force and the King were on the eastern side.

Luffy's crew decided to go to Rainbase, so they could get rid of Crocodile as fast as possible. Another person had the same plan, and he was the king of Alabasta and Vivi's father.

In the royal palace of Alubarna arrived a duck with a letter.

After the king read the letter, he had a shocked expression on his face.

"So Crocodile is responsible for this situation. I thought we were allies because he works for the World Government... We have to stop him!"

"Your majesty, we have to take care of the Rebel Force before we can think about Crocodile!"

"You want to kill our own people? I will never allow that! This would be the downfall of our entire kingdom!"

The king looked towards his strongest commanders 'Pell the Falcon' and 'Chacka the Jackal'.

"Have the army prepared to move out at once! We can not allow to let Vivi's determination go to waste. We attack Crocodile at Rainbase immediately!"

"Your Majesty!", before Chacka and Pell could answer, a servant entered the room.

"A river appeared in front of the capital."

"A river?", the king asked in confusion.

"A strange group is responsible for this!"

The king and his commanders walked towards the place where a river appeared out of nowhere. They saw a group of Kong-Fu Dugong's and two young men who smiled at them. Behind them was a huge chinese dragon.

"Who are those guys? And where does this river come from?", the king started to lose his mind. He walked towards the group of strangers.

"Oh, isn't this Vivi's father? Nice to meet you.", Luffy grinned.

"Vivi? You know my daughter? Wait, you first have to tell me about this river!"

"Well, we started our project in Yuba, but it is difficult for a village to develop without trade routes. It is too hard for merchants to travel in the desert, so we decided to connect Yuba with the capital, and what is a better way to travel than on a ship? So we created this river. It was a good exercise for the Dugongs and Gyarados."

"You... What... Gyarados? I... You... WHAT THE FUCK!"

The king started to lose his mind. Was it normal to create rivers in the middle of a desert? Was this guy a God? The distance between the capital and Yuba was huge! How could they create a river this fast?

"Ah, I'm also here to tell you that you don't have to take care of Crocodile. My crew is here to steal your daught-", he coughed and the king looked towards him with a strange expression. "I mean, to save your country."

"WE DON'T BELIEVE YOU!", the king and his two commanders started to attack this scoundrel. It was obvious that he tried to do something shameful with their princess.

Katorea.

Ain was walking through the city. She never liked the Warlords, but after Luffy told her what Crocodile schemed in this country, she was angry.

As a marine, she couldn't do anything against a Warlord because he was their 'ally'. But now, she could fight for her own justice because she was nor longer a marine.

She closed her eyes and activated her Observation Haki. This type of Haki was special because it had different abilities for each user. She saw the astonishing things her captain could achieve with his Haki, so she trained it every day and now her Observation Haki improved by leaps and bounds.

After a while, she opened her eyes, a small smile on her face. She walked into a restaurant. After that, she stood in front of a guy who worked there and smiled at him.

"What can I do for you?", the employee asked.

"Oh, I'm just searching for the rats who are hiding in this country. I think they call themselves Cipher Pol."

The smile on the face of the man vanished and he immediately attacked the blue-haired woman. Ain used her Devil Fruit and touched him three times, after that he vanished.

"So those rats are everywhere in this kingdom. Luffy was right", she walked out of the restaurant and ignored all the people around her who looked at her with fear. "We have to find every agent of Cipher Pol. Zephyr-Sensei would be furious if he knew that I attacked a Warlord, even if he hates those guys."

Ain began to search for more hidden agents. Her Observation Haki reached a level where she could identify everyone who was a threat to her crew. It was a special ability she developed in her training.

Ain looked to the sky and smiled. "Those rats can't escape. I think it's time for Hina to make her move."

The remaining time before Baroque Works operation 'Utopia' started was 17 hours. Nobody knew how Crocodile would react since the interference of Luffy, but one thing was sure.

In the next 24 hours, nobody could enter or leave the Sandy Island.

Hina was on the Merry at the coast of the Alabasta Kingdom.

"So, Hina's job is to make sure that nobody escapes from this island.", she said with a smile. "This is too easy."

She activated her devil fruit power and a small black cage appeared in the sky. The cage started to get bigger and bigger.

After a while, every citizen of Sandy Island could see a black cage in the sky. The cage started to descend to the ground and enclosed the whole island.

The cage Hina made was so big that it trapped the whole Island in a prison. Nobody could enter or escape Alabasta, everyone was trapped.

This cage resembled the one Doflamingo used in the original story. Luffy gave Hina the inspiration to create such an attack. If Donflamingo could do such a thing with strings, then how could Hina, who could create cages, be inferior to him?

She was the true master, and her cage was stronger than the one created by Doflamingo.

Nobody could escape from that island without Hina's consent.

It was time to start the operation.
